I booked an "accessible" room which I received. The problem was the bed was so high that neither myself nor my mother, who uses a walker, could easily get on it. She almost fell out of bed. The pool and water slide were closed closed (although this was disclosed on their website and I had not seen it). The "breakfast" consisted of strong coffee, weak juice (like water), apples and "muffin tops" that tasted like they were stale. Also, the ice vending machine did not work. The extra "pillow" that was provided was more like a wadded up ball of feathers.
The hotel has gone downhill since the last time I was there. Would not recommend.
