DazzleWhite keep getting charges on credit card

i too have been scammed for a teeth whitening product. the article i read said to use 2 different products, dazzle white and then smile brite. they offered trial size for $1.95 & $0.99 to cover the shipping only.
Now to my horror i open my credit card statement and find more charges in the amounts of $92.37, $6.95, $79.95 in just the past month, all under different names but all have same phone number. if you try to call they tell you it is after hours or if you do get someone they tell you, you only had 10 days to cancel or you'd be charged monthly. i can't get the same story twice or canceled. i had filed a dispute with my credit card & they seem helpful but this is terrible and i don't know who else to contact. what a scam and i just got this from a story i read. wow!

I too was scammed by Smile Brite/Dazzle White. I signed up as did everyone else to receive the 2 products that were together to make teeth white. It didn't whiten my teeth & now I'm getting more of the stuff + they're taking money (lots of it) out of my account. This should not be allowed. I'll find out who to contact to get this stopped & never again will I try something like this!

These companies are out there to scam the public. They advertise a free trial and then charge you every two weeks. I got a charge on my credit card for $92.37 twice and one for $87.62 twice. Also, they proceeded to charge me for a membership to "World Club Fitness" for $24.82/ per month. I called to complain and ask them to refund these charges and all they could offer was to cancel the account but meanwhile I am out of the money.

I am also a victim of this Dazzle White/Smile Brite scam. I tried both products but it is not worth the price. I was surprised by the charges on my credit card for $70.00 twice every month. I was able to cancel the Dazzle White after getting charge for a month but the Smile Brite phone number written on my credit card statement was not in service. Thanks to this site I was able to get 2 contact numbers for this company. This is ridiculous and a total rip off. I will not trust any internet offers again asking for a credit card.

The first thing to do is call customer service at [protected] if you are unhappy with this company, I am told they are willing to work with most people. But call sooner than later because I was also informed after so many days you can not return the product.

DazzleWhite POOR BUISNESS HABITS

Nothing is free in this world. One day I saw a blog on msn.com about a woman that got an amazing deal by signing up for two free teeth whitening trials that only cost her .99 and a 1.95 for each trial. I ordered both. A couple weeks later I was out $240 between both companies, and on top of that you automatically get enrolled into a fitness/weight loss club (8.53 & 6.95). Not only do you have to wait for 10 mins to talk to a representative to cancel your account I got numerous phone numbers that I had to call to cancel all of these things that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. One of which gave me a busy signal. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES AT ALL!

This is because we gave the LONG NUMBER ACROSS THE FRONT OF THE CARD.
This is legal theft and must be stopped by our stupid finacial laws.

I also fell for the tooothwhitening scam i spoke to my card company and they said that its difficult to stop as its a recurring payment that only the company can cancel AS I GAVE THE LONG NUMBER ACROSS MY CARD, (they have said that 90% of their day is dealing with this sort of complaint and will not allow future payments if possible) i have set a petition up at the web adress NUMBER10.GOV.UK to try and stop this type of legal robbery to be permitted without our control.
please go to the site and sign this so we the public have sole control over our accounts and not these scam companys.

I agree with all that have written how this company rips customers off. Their web site does state on the home page or the order page that there is a 14 day trial. I found out from the company that the trial starts at the time of the order but in my case the order did not come until after the 14 day period. This company, in my opinion, is totally unethical, and what it does should be illegal as well. We need truth in advertising and protection against fraud. I am making a complaint to the BBB and to the AG of Florida (their address is Cleanwhites LLC, 300 NE 62nd Street, Miami, Florida).

DazzleWhite Internet Scam/Fraud

On the MSN Homepage on the lower right corner there is a link to some teeth whitening products. When I ordered in the middle of Aug. '09 it was for Dazzle White and Smile Brite, but these are sold under other names as well.

They offered samples of each for 1.97 and for 4.95. I said, hey what've I got to lose? Well, there were no indicators that I was entering into an agreement, or that I was giving them permission to give my information (including CC details) to any other companies, but that's exactly what happened.

As of today, I've already accrued close to $200 in charges. Many from a company in Greece. The phone numbers provided on the bank statement and on the receipt (of which I only received one of the two) lead you in all directions. Each call to cancel/refund says sorry, and will cancel your account/membership right away, but will not offer refunds. The little charges just keep coming, and they told me that I authorized them when I signed up for this that or the other ...

After a month of this, I filed dispute forms with Master Card and had another card issued. Hopefully, when all is said and done I'm only out 4.95 and 6.95 (which are the original shipping charges billed to me).

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

This company is a complete fraud and if you do a search online you'll see thousands upon thousands of people have fallen for it, including myself. I was suckered in because I trusted that my homepage, MSN, would do it's homework before posting a link on their page for something like this, I learned I was wrong. Dazzling White should be smiling pretty after the millions they have scammed out of people.

No insult intended but it's people like you that keep businesses like this in the money.

Always read the terms of service BEFORE you buy anything on line. In this case you would have seen that other charges would be automatically added to your credit card.

DazzleWhite fraud charges

I was charged 1.95 for sample never received. After reading complaints on the board and after searching forever for dazzlewhite online, I chatted with someone at dazzlesmile customer service chat line and cancelled trial offer. They stated "It's a full month supply with a 14-day trial period. If you choose not to return your package before the end of the trial period, you're charged just $79.28(a 25% savings) for the package"

I never received a package of anything.

Sampler beware

DazzleWhite tottaly rip-off

Do not get in to this people!
Dont order from this.. Dazzlewhite.. Its a s c u m! I've got charged $14 (shippment tax all 2gether) for a pencil wich suppossed to whitening the teeth plus another $58.71 after wich included the same product (the same pencil) so bassicly it cost me $72.71 for a pencil wich it'll cost 5-7usd.in top of that i've received from bank another 2 (two) new direct debits with the amounts of 2.72eu respectively 5.07eu so I rang the bank and the only choice I had to cancel all this was to replace my card with a new one and report this as a big #.
My advice... Stay away from those bstrds!

DazzleWhite Fraud (unexplainable Charges)

I would Like to give a warning to all future potential victims of this company. I had ordered the free trial of Whitening Brites and canceled in the time frame allowed both (written e-mail and phone). To make sure it was canceled...Whitening Brites sent me e-mail confirmation the Membership was cancelled, which I saved and the Phone confirmation said all was canceled even though I declined other offers at the Trial Time. All was done so to speak. Going over My bank statements with my banker turn out to be very interesting to say the least! They never charged anything though Whitening Brites again. But instead changed the name of the company or whatever this business really is and Starting Charging me again, Without consent. I had no ideal what Dazzle White Max or White Smile was? What there Product Was? And never received anything in the Mail? So Why Was I being Charged with no consent? So Happens all the #'s linked around the same Businesses! And when I spoke to Someone today They first acted as if products were shipped to me, but When I wanted to know the tracking #'s and Shipping company they decided they wanted to reship the products for free? And As a reminder as all of this is said...I still hadn't found out what these products where! And Had never gave consent to any of these companies...The thing is why would you want a Product You still don't even know what it is and never ordered in the first place? Bad enough they are charging your account without you knowing with no consent...Some money is getting reinburised, but the supervisor is going to have to reinburised the rest within 48 hrs...they say! And I ask the man on the phone about these others (VH Access, Health Member, OnV/Weightloss) And He said he Put my Name in and It doesn't show Me? Hum? Well Why are they Taking Money out of My account? How did they get my info? So he couldn't refund me! Well I have all the statements to Prove They have been charging me. And if they don't refund me in 48 hrs. The bank has A signed affidavit ready to submit a claim on the Fraud Activity and it won't be over. I have spent my day dealing with this. What A Smack in the Face, Never Will I give my info to anyone else on the internet. I guess you can change the name of your company and reactivate people's info without a consent, Plus give out their info to other company's and try to get away with it...I also supposed these company's enjoy scamming people and feeling that is Okay? How many Name Changes have they did? The man on the Phone told me the change the name all the time! This is Sad and Has to stop...I still do not know what it is they Produce?(VH Access, Health Member, OnV/Weightloss, Dazzle White Max or White Smile)

DazzleWhite fraud

The Dazzlewhite site is a total scam. I ordered the free sample plus $4.95 shipping. The pen applicator does not work at all and then I began getting mystery charges from VH Access and ultifreshwell. Ultifreshwell has the same phone number as Dazzlewhite. I found out the charges were coming from Cyprus and of course there were international transaction fee charges. The ultifreshwell charge is $79.28 - for no product at all and no explanation of what it should be!

I noticed there is no name of the President/CEO or any other personal name associated with the company. All they did was spend some money on graphics and a slick website to fleece people. Stay away. I had to cancel my credit card. Maybe it is a way for terrorists to fund their activities.

Hi everyone,
I was also scammed, but have a way for you all to cancel. I had money taken out that I didnt expect and am annoyed, but I have been to my bank to try and claim back my money and they are in the process of doing so.

In the meantime you could also cancel to ensure no more money is taken (if you are from anywhere and have been scammed, check out this website for the customer care number for your country)
http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php

Visit that website and you will find numbers for the Dazzle Smile company customer service, If you are from the UK this is the number: [protected].
Once you call and get through, you will need to give your name, (and depending on how you ordered) your email or telephone number. Then you ask them to cancel your account, and any pending or further payments, they should give you a cancellation reference number, make sure you write this down.

Then make sure you ask them for the telephone numbers for their affiliate companies, which are World Club Fitness and Weight Loss Resource Membership...write these down and call them asap. You will go through the same process to cancel as you did with Dazzle Smile, make sure they give you a cancellation number and stop all pending a future payments.

Ask all three companies to not pass your details on to any future companies!
I hope this helps as many of you out as possible.

Hi,

I am student, and I recently discovered that I was one of the recipients facing issues with the teeth whitening products specifically - white dazzling product. I was led to believe that I could only receive a sample for a cheap price later to find out that it would cost me more than twelve dollars - more in the sense of time than money!

So, I signed in and gave my credit card number, however, later on to realize that they have charged me $83. 97, I called to cancel the service, well they stated you should have read the terms and conditions. I felt it was my fault but I disagreed to give up, I demanded that they stop future charges which would have been the $83.97 God knows for how long. They canceled that for me but stated that they can't do much about the order that I had just placed which is already on the go to be shipped to me. I was instructed to send back the product once i received it. I agreed to that.

I had ordered the product on November 6, 2009 and until now November 20, 2009 I have not received the product. Supposedly, I have to return the product back before November 24, 2009 to get my full refund on my VISA. So I called back today, November 20, 2009 and demanded for the product not to be shipped, unfortunately I got the same excuse, that the product has to be shipped in so that I could send it back, hence increasing the date of the returning of the product to December 15, 2009.

I am sure this is one of the ways that they use so people could get tired and let it go, I am not going to be one of those people and I am going to follow up with this, whether I get the money back or not.

I have however, canceled my credit card- and very soon I am going to change my account number.

The banks seem not want to be involved in this - they will ask you to send these scam servers an email and so that it could be a proof - check in with your bank in regards to fraud issues they will explain better. I just feel that our system is supporting these services to exist.

DazzleWhite Fraud alert

The ad starts with a "mom's story" of how she used two different products to whiten her teeth. The product names vary as customers get wise to their scam. They say you will receive a 14-day trial for under $2, then enrolled in auto-shipment, unless you call to cancel the membership. When you call to cancel, you are told that the "trial" they sent (size of a small mascara) WAS your first shipment and you will be charged over $70 if not returned and received back before the 14 days are up.

DazzleWhite scam

worse scam I have been part of, many other scams were checked by default...and FREE product cost $94. for one, and $59 for other...Trial consisted of product that can be purchased at dollar tree, and was anything but FREE...so far I have been charged for three other promos that would be a monthly charge...from $7.14 for some sort of weight loss website? and insider secrets...$3.30 per month...my fault for considering that FREE product would not have to be paid $153. for monthly...have cancelled and sent back two weeks ago...heard nothing yet...it will cost them a fee if I have to have my bank replace money...but I am going to do that-I only hesitate because I live in a small town, and it is embarassing to explain my stupidity...go to dollar tree or dollar general for this peroxide based whitening gel...or even cheaper...YOUR dentist...amazing...this is why I do not go for make money online...I feel all you have to do is become scam artist...steal money from people and become wealthy...

DazzleWhite unauthorized charges

i signed up for a free sample of each of these products because i read an article about how if you mix them together they will work wonders. not only did the products not work, they charged about 80 dollars in fees from multiple other "subscriptions" that i signed up for when agreeing to the "terms and conditions" which are bull s**t. regardless, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THESE PRODUCTS. go to the dentist and get you teeth whitened there! don't be scammed by these companies.

This is an example of the most despicable online maggots that are not concerned about destroying internet commerce and leeching off the innocent. It is amazing to me that reputable online vendors don’t band together to hit these immoral cretins with every possible punishment allowed by law. It is a sad reflection on our society that we now allow intolerable horrors to occur online that would make Hitler shudder in disgust. When the Romans threw the Christians into the Coliseum with the lions, the society watched on in horrified fascination as they were mauled. Perhaps online citizens have the same feelings, knowing that innocent children and the elderly will fall into the incredible jaws of this online predator. If I were a millionaire, I would spend my entire fortune to eliminate these ghastly terrorists from our planet.

Called this company to find out how to get my refund of $86.93, charged to my VISA card on 12/29/09. I was told to send back what I had received in the mail, which I informed that I had not ordered anything other than the free trial. I sent back both items I was sent over the last month, unused, to the Colorado address. I included a note as to what I was requesting. Sent US Postal Service w/delivery confirmation receipt on 1/08/10, this was received in Colorado on 1/11/10, I called on /26, to ck the status since no credit had been posted to my ViSA card. They confirmed they had received my return, that it would take another 48 hours to process my refund. I called today, 2/02/10, and was told they were not authorized to refund my $$, that I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I was told that on the 1/26 call I was told that is what I needed to do. This was not what I was told. Spoke to my credit card company, which they informed me with out a REM ## they would not be able to file a dispute. Of course I did not get this ##, nor did I no to ask for it. Also was informed by my credit card company, that I was charged in November, total for both month charges is $173.86. I feel totally scammed.

I am 100% agree to the complaints of all the customers because i'm one of them, who gets nothing but lost.i returned back the package they sent me cos aside from it's not effective, they charged my card a lot and charged from any other companies too that i never signed up.Thats true they dont have free trial, and just even you cancel they still gotta sent you a package, bad thing is that i returned back the packages they sent me to get back my money but never happened.STOP cheating for your own good!

I also have been duped for 200$. It's a very expensive free sample. The product is very poor quality.
The best advice is to stay away of free stuff when they ask you for your credit card. Is there any thing we can do to get our money back, a group action...

The worst about ths is that I have read about it in an article on Yahoo.

There are many other scams like this one, win a trip to FLorida and a cruise to Bahamas, is a good example of a ligit contest. They will tell you that in order to get your prize you anly have to pay a ''service charge'' of 200$...
PAY IT AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR TRIP THAT IS FOR SURE

So smile everyone, that's all we can do

I signed up and the next day they called me asking me to do the 30 day trial and I said no cancel me now and they said they would. latter they denied I ever canceled. Just reseal your package and return it through the us post office saying I refuse this package. I have also found this outfit working in malls. they call themselfs dazzling ultimate smile and sell the machine bleaching service that is normaly $500 for $99 but you can get them down to $69. they say will lighten you 6 shades and try to tell you your teeth are darker than they really are and when they are done they try to tell you they are lighter than they really are. they will let you came back a week later and do it again for free if you point out that it did not lighten 6 shades. they also sell the bleach pen which is why I believe they are the same people. make sure they change thier gloves because they have been seen going to the bathroom without changing them because they were down to thier last pair. they ware white coats but are not licensed. If you want to yell at someone that is the place to find them.

They wont credit my account even after numerous phone calls to both the UK "Toll Free" number and their american number. Both packages were returned to them via Royal Mail sent recorded delivery! They now came back with "oh only one of the packages falls withing the 30 day refund", so how come when i only receive them 1 day before the 30 days are up will they not refund my account... SCAM...

getting your money back

When I realised charges for $80 had come out of my acount my way of thinking was that its my fault for letting mysefl get signed up to it and, best thing I could do was cancel it and let my bank know about the claims so no more can come through. As it turns out- in the UK anyway- it is possible to file these charges as 'fraudulent transactions' as officially you ''did not recognise them on your statement''- to use the official term. So that's what i've done. I'll try calling the company when it comes to opening time in the US: to officially cancel. But really the call is just to let them know that the card they are using to charge me has been canceled and they will not be able to bill me anymore. I suggest anyone in the UK that has fallen prey to this does the same. and you should get your money back.

DazzleWhite free sample not free

I fell sucker to the same scam a lot of people have by ordering the so called free tooth whitening trials. "Only costs you shipping and handling" was the gimmick. Now after over $300.00 of combined costs for an initial shipment from each company and having to pay for the samples for cancelling within the 14 day trial my check book is bouncing all over the place! They don't tell you about these charges and when you find them on your account and try to cancel it is too late to return the sample and too late to stop the first initial order from processing. After almost and hour on the phone if you can even get through you finally get a cancelation number, and now after what I have read on here I am praying it is really cancelled! This free trial is nothing but free! Shame on the news company and the home pages that advertised this without checking it out first! I hope this is the last $300.00 mistake I find myself caught up in! I just hope it doesn't add up to more and they really are cancelled now.

DazzleWhite scam

I ordered a 'free' trial and canceled but keep getting billed from several different places, actually it came out of my checking account. This is the worst ripoff I have ever had done to me. I had to call several places and seems I cannot even get my money back, I was taken for over $600.00 trying to get it stopped is a nightmare. Is there not something we can do to stop this SCAM?

Thank you, Lord!
I posted on this sight first "honest hard working American" on May 26 when I ordered the trial sample from Dazzlewhite. Since then, many folks have taken the time to state their same experience. I personally called to cancel within minutes of filling out the online form. I was given a refund number, but the charges were still pending until I canceled my cc. I emailed Dazzlewhite@abuse.com many times, talked to many of their reps by phone, and chatted online with a rep. The same day I received my trial, I returned it certified mail, unopened, to : Dazzlewhite, PO Box 10233, Des Moines, IA. Nine days after they signed for the sample, I was charged on my NEW cc $58.76. I was really convinced I might have to close all accounts and change banks.
I called my Bank of America cc dept and told my story. They mailed me forms to fill out, wanting every detail. I mailed them the same day I got them. This past weekend, much to my amazement, Dazzlewhite refunded my account. Glory! What a relief! I've learned my lesson...I will not be scammed again. Thank all of you that admitted just for a second, you trusted too much. Good luck in getting out from under the grips of these scam artists!

I ordered a trial sample of teeth whitening product from Dentech Whitening.com and cancel due to all there hidden fees. Now I keep getting more charges on my account. Beside the one place where they said it states the terms and the costs, which I did not see. I do remember a free gift offer which I refused. But I guess even if you refuse the gift they are still signing you up and after so many days if you do not cancel these other trials they to charge you a monthly rate. Look out for sign ups to AXIS WELLNESS PORTAL, Insider Secret and one more I can't recall all which have monthly fees.

Dazzlewhite free sample is set up the same way. BEWARE of the fine print, if you can find it when signing up.

I highly recommend that you do not sign up for any of these products. It is a big scam, they will not refund your account, you spend the trial period trying to get your money back to where you can't even try the product, and I also called Den Tech three times before one of the customer service agents could locate my account. They will not help you if they can not locate your account.

Please do not buy from these scam artiest

I ordered a trial sample from Dazzlewhite.com after reading what I thought was a genuine advertisement from a satisfied customer. I paid £11.90 for postage and packing. The advertisement did not clearly state that I would become a Club Member for Dazzlewhite and for two other memberships. I have had money taken from by bank account for a membership, 3 months supply of a product I have still not received and memberships I did not even know I have. If I hadnt gone online to complain on Dazzlewhites chat window, I would not have known about the other 2 memberships. So far I have had at least £250.00 taken from my account by all 3 of these companies, Dazzlewhite.com, Ultifreshwell and a weightloss company. I am certainly going to my bank to put in a complaint. Dazzlewhite is a scam and they should not be allowed to advertise.

Unfortunately I was taken in by this scam too. I found the trial sign-up info through an article about one woman's way of trying to save some money. The article looked legitimate. I had not clicked on any ad links to find it and it was on CNN's site. Very sneaky! The article explained that if you use DazzleWhite and Vibrant Whitening one after the other, you could lighten your teeth better than just using one brand. She also provided the codes to lower the shipping and handling costs.

Like a fool, I didn't read the extra fine print that stated I had to cancel within 15 days to not be charged. I was hit with an $88.97 charge and received more Vibrant Whitening applications. I contacted Vibrant via email at support@Vibrantwhitening.com. I received a response telling me that I would have received a refund if I had canceled within 15 days of receiving the trial. I did some digging and found out that I could get a refund if I was unsatisfied with the product. Here is what it says on the website:

We have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee return policy on all shipments.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused
portion 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped
to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a
FULL refund, your return must be postmarked 15 days from the date that
the product was originally shipped to you. Please note, the following
terms apply for all returned items:
To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund you will need to
obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting
the billing department at support@Vibrantwhitening.com.

I emailed this to them and they promptly sent me an RMA number and received a refund within 10 days of them receiving the unused products.

I am glad that I was able to get my money back and I hope this information helps others.

DazzleWhite Unauthorized enrollment and debits to account

Like others, I signed up for a "free sample" of Dazzle White. During the order intact, I was offered the Weight Management (Healthmember) and VH Access (Insider Secrets & Tips) and refused both offerings. While balancing my checkbook I discovered foreign transaction fees and unauthorized debits for each VH Access and Healthmember. Contact customer service as follows: Dazzle White: [protected]; Healthmember: [protected] VH Access [protected] I have yet to receive a refund from DazzleWhite; Healthmember stated I would receive 1/2 of the charge refunded and VH Access refuses a refund. What a hassle...not only has this wasted time but, I had to terminate my card which will require more calls. By the way, my banker informed me that each company is headquartered out of the country; in Cypress, Malaysia and UK.

DO NOT ORDER FREE SAMPLE: I ordered a free sample of Dazzlewhite and this is what happened. I was charged by the following companies 1. VH Access $3.24, , 2. Healthmember $ 7.14 and 3. Whitesmile charged me twice in August on the 9th and 19th for a total of $117.42. The total for my "FREE SAMPLE WAS $127.80. This is a scam and the product is junk. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop the charges.

I ordered a free trial size of Dazzlewhite through Internet, I called Dazzlewhite several times to cancel the order and do not charge me as soon as I put the order, but they still charged me 14.9USD from my credit card on Jul 2nd and did not ship me any product. I have been charged 3.24USD by WEBACCESS [protected] on Jul15, 3.24USD by VH Access [protected] onAug18, and 7.14USD by Healthmember [protected] on Aug16. I certainly did not intend to subscribe to any of the above companies. How could I stop them? How could I get all my money back? Help!

I want to ditto Rochelle Campbell's comments...

"Like everyone else I to have been SCAMMED BY DAZZLE WHITE...DO NOT sign up for your free trial they say you only pay $ 14.95 for postage & handling, but, then you are still charged $79.95 for the product. You will still keep receiving products and be charged for them unless you cancel them, They don't state that though! Oh and you will also notice on your BANK STATEMENT withdrawls coming out of your account from names like ELITEPACK...VH ACCESS...KITACCESS.As far as im concerned this is STEALING, like everyone else this company should be INVESTIGATED and shut down.I was one of the lucky ones by the sounds of it to be able to send the three dazzle white products back and be reinburst for my money. But also to be safe i had to cancel my credit card and be issued another one which cost me $10.00...I AM VERY ?*@# off with this company for scaming so many people...SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT !"

In my case I had entered my credit card numbers to enroll in a $1.95 shipping cost of the "free offer" - June, 09. Thankfully I did not enter any bank card numbers when enrolling in the "free trials".
I cancelled my credit card a few minutes ago- Nov., 09. I believe that when this mess is done, I'll have paid $450.00 to these fraudulant "companies".

Wow! I wanted my teeth whitened... I should have gone to my dentist for the service, and I would have paid much less and had great results. These products did not produce any better results than what whitening strips from a drug store have done.

As for the other companies listed as making charges to my credit card... "accessmember" "elitepack" "healthmember" "VHaccess" and etc. ETC.- customer services reps. could not give me descriptions of products or services that they were supposed to provide. The "healthmember" representative I spoke with by phone (Don) said that his organization manages payment plan"services for over 5o companies" and that I would need to look on the internet to find out what services the "healthmember" company offers.

Consumers beware. MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN AND ARE CONTINUING TO BE AFFECTED BY THESE SCAMS.

I am having the same issues with my credit card and have to call and cancel everytime. However, after I get a cancellation email, a new charge under a different name would be added onto my account. I have had one representative openely admitted to me that they are all one and the same mother company while charging under multiple company names, why she doesn't know. I also get an overseas charge from my credit instituition for each transaction since I am from the US. This is getting very frustrating and I am looking into a Class A lawsit against this company for handing out confidential information and for unauthorized charges. Does anyone know if there has been one started? Or any formal complaint line where I can bypass calling each time to cancel and have it done all at one time once and for all?

DazzleWhite unattorized charges to bank account

They have charged my account twice for their product, which was to be free. I have still not been refunded the total of 117.42. Their product is not worth $10.00, and I still think it is not worth it. This product is misleading the public to try a free product which they then charge you $58.71. Two weeks latter they charged me another $58.71. Don't try it or you'll be in the same boat I in, and no refund.

DazzleWhite Don't be fooled

Dazzle white has changed their name to dazzle smile, it still the same scam to get your money. Don't get trapped.

These people a sharks. I cancelled with dazzelwhite and returned the product within the proper time, then i noticed small charges to my bank account from healthmember and onv/insidertips.

I had charges of $3.24 and a charge of $0.03 for a international transaction fee for onv/insidertips, and i also had charges of $7.14 and a charge of $0.06 for a international transaction fee for healthmember. All of which are in bed with dazzle white!

I called [protected] which is a number that handles the complaints of which "thank god i found here on the complaint board", they gave me the individual phone numbers for those other sharks to individually cancel with them, which is what you have to do even if you've already canceled your free trial order with dazzle white, easy white and all those other whites. It doesn't matter. If you do not call their individual partners that they are in bed with to cancel, you can expect small debit on your bank account each month.

Here are the actual individual cancellation numbers to cancel for the onv/insider secret tip and the healthmember just in case you need it.

I was also taken by Dazzle White. I was charge the $4.94 for the shipping and handling, and then a week later I was charged $87.23 by beauty club for join. I never agreed to join any club and specifically told the rep that I only wanted the trial product nothing else. They kept insisting on sending my the Dazzle White Tray. I declined. Then 2 weeks later I received a charge of $24.85 for a World Club Fitness also connected to the same scam. None of which I agreed to. When I spoke to a rep, she told me that the membership had been canceled, and would email me the cancellation confirmation and the address to send the product back. I received the cancellation email but it had no product return address. I contacted them a second time asked for the address, I was told that company policy prohibited her from giving me the address over the phone, it had to be emailed to me. 2nd email no address. After a 3rd unpleasant call, I guess the policy changed I got the address to send the product back. I am now waiting for my refund.

Yes i was bloody taken by this scam and I'm furious. It goes without saying that you should never cross an angry law student! I'm all for legal action against this scam! This is international fraud. I'm aware that this has effected many countries so i would be interested in co-ordinating a world wide concurrent class action suit. We would need representatives in each country that could compile all information and complaint testimonials relevant to their respective country. The power of this information combined is enormous! On its own, individual complaints will get lost among st the rest of individual complaints. Once we have a global indication of the extent of this scam we can forward all our collective information to each and every trade organisation. Next, we can obtain media attention. Anyone from Australia will be aware of A Current Affairs, a program which seeks out and exposes these scams on television. I can work on Australian media however, representatives of the USA, New Zealand, UK and any other nation would have to employ their own media coverage (although i will try and help).

Unfortunately It is total scam. I am just after Chat conversation and cancellation and before even giving me the option to return in response I was informed that I will be charged 78US Dollars. I need to return this trial to avoid problems and this was my given option not theirs. Guess what...I have found a little international charge for 6cents on my card account. Seeing this I immediately contacted bank and card number was canceled to avoid any suspicious activity. Imagine thousands of transactions just a few cent which by many will be ignored... They even have website that you can find goggling for "scam Dazzle White " where it is only good recommended product among others and active link to their criminal sites. Stay away and go to local Grocery or Pharmacy Store to get more affordable same working products.

How's this for irony: Dazzle Smile has a link down the bottom of their site to a page called "False Advertising."

It says: " If you believe that any affiliate marketers are operating a fake blog, have distributed a fake news article or have participated in other fraudulent behaviour in connection with the promotion of our products and/or services, please notify us immediately."

And yet that "Mom from TX" article saying you can whiten your teeth for FREE (plus $2.98 shipping) has been doing the rounds for for ages. I clicked an ad for that article via Facebook. No Mom from TX is going to pay to put an ad on Facebook, of course, so clearly this is Dazzle Smile/Clean Whites etc. etc. participating in the very same false advertising they claim to abhor. And in order to complain about such articles, you have to provide personal details and a signature. WHY? If a blog or site is providing misleading info, these companies should shut them down without the need for personal details of the person who brought it to their attention.

If these companies would be more honest in the first place, they wouldn't be named as scams all over these complaint boards, causing them to have to spam the site with the above "Your satisfaction is our number one concern" garbage.

The website http://www.dazzlewhitenow.com/ is no longer working but they have set up a new website and renamed the product Dazzle Smile Pro. That website gives an address in Cyprus.

Farend Services Limited
3 Athinodorou Street, 2025 Dasoupoli,
Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus
http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php

They are also using the same name ( Farend Services Ltd ) with a US address of PO Box 10276 Des Moines, Iowa 50381 United States for various websites/products:
http://www.google.com/search?q=Farend+Services+Ltd.+PO+Box+10276+Des+Moines%2C+Iowa+50381+United+States&ie=

People are also reporting unauthorised charges under the following names:

DazzleSmile, Dazzle Smile Pro, Pristine Health, White Smile, Well B Health, Elite Pack, World Club Fitness, Weight Loss Resources, VHAccess, VH Access, Beauty Pack, Weight Loss Research, elitepack, ezykit, weightlossebookmembership and worldclubfitness.

Just Think Media d/b/a Dazzlewhite Dazzle Smile etc are still listed in two of the top 10 'worst rating' positions on complaintsboard.com with hundreds of consumer complaints.

Anyone who has been caught out by Dazzlewhite or any of the other Just Think Media products (scams) listed above should file a complaint with the FTC (online, by phone or by mail) as the more complaints they receive the more likely they are to investigate and prosecute:

hello, I just realised how dazzle smile just got me, they took more than 50 pounds in my account without my permission obviously because I had NO IDEA about the big "free" trial lie, and now I've used that sample and it's been about a month, I've received it! I'm in the U.K, what can I do to get my money back? Can Visa do anything?
I have a joint account, I canceled the card I ordered from, but can they still take from the account? It's crazy, almost christmas I wanted to get presents and now...does anyone know how I'll get refunded? tx

Yeh I've been conned too, argh don't know what to do don't have much money as I'm a student and I really hope I don't go overdrawn with these stupid charges. I've cancelled the "world fitness" one by phoning one of the numbers provided here (thanks!), didn't even know I had subscribed to such a thing. From one account about £16 has been taken out by "Nuralogy" ?! and healthsmile, and from another account £23 has been taken out no idea where from. I live in the UK and am having to phone all these US numbers.

I just phoned dazzle smile and they say they've cancelled my account or whatever, but will charge me 87 quid, however that I can send back my trial and get a refund in about 20 days...question is, do i believe them..I will definitely try anyway!

And then I said "am I signed up to any other companies that you can cancel me off today" and he said I would have to call back and wait in line again because he can only access one account at a time, and he can't even tell me if it's worth calling back!

Just can't believe this, the thought of them having my bank details and siphoning off money whenever they want *shivers*...I am usually so careful with online buying don't know what I was thinking when I bought that. I think as I clicked the "submit" button I saw the "free trial" thing but it was too late.

Anyway i'm going to get on with calling more numbers now and hope it works..thanks everyone for putting these numbers up..

Hi I too fell for the Dazzle White scam,
however there was only one problem I live in New Zealand and there are no numbers for which you can get hold of the company! Through online chat (which I have kept a record of so that I can prove what they have said to my bank - which I suggest you do) they have told me that my accounts are canceled and that they or none of their affiliates will be making further charges on my account. I have heard stories of people whose cards were still charged once they canceled them, the trick is to get your bank to report it as stolen and keep your account closed for a while (I know this is inconvenient but better than being charged).

Also if you are wanting to send the package back within the 14day trial period so that you are not billed for the extra amount of $80 US then make sure you get the online chat to confirm the date, you may have to ask the question a few times as you usually get programmed responses (you will notice that there are spelling and grammar mistakes!) and they try and tell you that there is no tracking as they don't use 'normal' mail, of course a company running a scam would not use 'normal' mail! Its taken a good few hours of stuffing around with them but if your not getting anywhere its always handy to drop in that you are going to report them to your bank, credit card company, chargeback, the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint centre and other similar organisations! And what ever you do keep a record of your conversations.

Goodluck

This company is a big rip off. I am so sorry I ever got in to this mess.
It appears they have the same song and dance that they give to everyone once they have ripped them off of hundreds of dollars. It has taken numerous phone calls to get out of this mess and all they have to say is I AM SORRY IT IS IN THE CONTRACT. No where did I ready you were going to allow other companies to take money from me for crap I do not even receive. It makes me shiver to even think how many people they have ripped off by being so sly! DISGUSTING!

Only found this site after i had 2 unexplained amounts appear on my credit card statement, never even heard of the companys and thought my card had been cloned! After reporting it to my card company, i decieded to google the names and came up with this site and all you complainers, makes me feel a whole lot better to know that i am not the only one to have been taken the piss out of. I phoned my card company today, and you know what, they didn't even question me about the two transactions, they refunded me straight away, no probs, so to me that says they have had to deal with quite a few of these. These companys need looking into and it needs bringing to the attention of trading standards, so if like me you are from UK, please complain, the more people complain, the sooner no one else will be taken in by these ###!

Yea, thanks guyz for info. I will be calling all the numbers and canceling each and everyone of them you have listed before my card gets charged. Plus, I had ordered the dazzle white product, but after I had found out the scam they have been using on people, it's disgraceful. So, when shipment comes in I will have write the my order number on the outside of the package, then to go to the post office to get a stamp, and ask for a return tracking number, then all this has to be done before the 14day trial or else they'll charge me $79 bucks. This is ridiculous! I have learned and I regret that I made that bad decision I have made.

DazzleWhite thieves!

I read the cnn article too and thinking this sounds good I ordered the free trial and they got 60 usd out of my debit card immediately. I called them and cancelled and my money is returned than after two weeks they charged me another 60 again and told me to return the product unopened.

They are thieves and that cnn article should be removed! Do not order from this thieves nothing is free and I am not even sure if I can get my 60 usd back and also if they would continue charging me!

Shame on cnn for making an article about these thieves. We credit cnn and do not think it is a scam.

DazzleWhite Scam, fraud

I signed up for what was represented as a free sample. It turned out this company started shipping their product and billing my credit card. The credit card company said the agreement to ship the free sample had language that said I needed to cancel within 14 days of signing up. I never saw this language.

Michelle,

Your fradulent outfit has billed me from several different overseas accounts for the past 3 months. I have cancelled that credit card, gotten another one with a different number, and the credit card company will report you with internet fraud to police and Interpol investigative services. I hope you and everyone in your company serves time in jail!

They are very sneaky!

They also pride themselves on shipping extremely fast so that they can charge your credit card. This also means even if you call within 12 hours of ordering you won't be able to cancel the order.

They also don't let you use a credit card which expires within a month. Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because they know they will be charging you again in the very near future!

It's companies like this that make people worry about performing online transactions!

Bloody scammers! They should be stripped of their merchant account services. Maybe they have already been stripped of their accounts in the USA. Why do I suggest this, well, my bank charged me an extra percentage because it was an international transaction!
