I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT A SETTLEMENT RECEIPT THAT APPEARED TO BE THE WRONG FIGURES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ADDRESSED THE SITUATION & SAID HE WOULD NOTIFY THE NEGOCIATOR OF A POSSIBLE ERROR BY THE AGENCY IN QUESTION. I BELIEVE DEBT BLUE WILL CORRECT THE ISSUE.

OMG.. I can't stress how fabulous the service is.. The starting process is well detailed and even though it may sound great, it just keeps getting better. First, there is no discrepancy between what is promised and what this team delivers for you. I was able to relieve a significant amount of stress and depression on my first call and knowing that I have a team of many valuable resources at my disposal is impressive. I was able to sleep better after that and even forgot to check my portal for a few months. LOL Then suddenly, I get a call...OMG, they really want to know if everything is good and if I was able to view my portal. I was honest about it, and I wasn't reprimanded for it. LOL, but somehow I received even better news, they found a way to lower the cost. 'What' are you kidding me right now. So, I increased my contribution and received another great surprise. He looked up my social security number and date of birth and found my account and located the bank I wanted dropped out of the program. He sent me a statement to sign that I wanted that. It took care of the business.

DebtBlue attempted to relieve any stress over handling the companies involved in the debt settlement program. However, their advice was the exact opposite of the last representatives. The previous representative advised not talking with the companies and letting DebtBlue handle it. On the other hand, the latest representative advised me to answer the calls and tell them I'm working with a debt settlement company. It is confusing to receive conflicting advice.

When she was unsure, she sought help and then came back to check in, making sure I was good. My experience today was amazing. It made me feel like someone cared about what I was going through and helped me find a solution instead of turning me away. She was 100% honest, no robot answers. I am confident my quality of life will improve after this program.

So far 95% of my interactions with Debt Blue have been great. I did get one operator with such a thick accent, I honestly couldn't understand him. I asked for another individual and he would not help, but after hanging up and sending a short email, the head of the company called me, answered all my questions, and gave me his number if I had any problems. Out of about 20 conversations, that was the only time I encountered a problem. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly and informed on getting me the information I needed. Great people and company.

The representative I spoke with was the best she was very diligent. She displayed passion in the workplace. She was very diligent, patient, and knowledgeable. When I asked a question that she didn't have the answers to she researched it and was able to give me valid confirmation of policies and procedures. She really made my day. The representative is the best, she is what you want to experience in the financial world. She has great characteristics, and is an asset to the Debt Blue Company. How fortunate was I to work with DebtBlue. She was professional, sincere and on top of her business. My situation was slightly unique and she didn't stop investigating my question, with fellow workers, until she had the answer. What a pro! When people commit to being the best they can be, to giving perfect customer service to people that got themselves into a bit of a jam and are present to them all of humanity prospers. FEEDBACK: it would be very helpful to have received a basic information sheet outlining my responsibilities as well as how DebtBlue works with creditors. I was unaware until today that negotiations with creditors do not begin until after I have been with the program 90 days! A simple information sheet emailed would have clarified this up front. I'm figuring out on my own what this lack of knowledge on my part is doing to my bank account! Did get this and some other information clarified with DebtBlue today. I was sold the program verbally, having the basics of the program emailed would really help. I did receive one text message that provided info on attorneys if I got sued by any of the creditors.

I received a flyer from the local postal office regarding DebtBlue. The flyer didn't explain what this company does. So I went to the website and filled out the contact form. The website also didn't explain what the company does. Someone immediately called me and it sounded like a scam, so I said "please remove me from your contact lists". Since that time, in the span of one week, I have received a combined 50 emails/phone calls from DebtBlue. Sometimes, they will send out multiple emails within one minute. I responded to every single one telling them to remove me from their mailing list and yet the harassment continues. It doesn't matter how many times I block the numbers and emails, telling them to remove me from their mailing lists, they just keep right on contacting me. Someone called this morning from a new number and when I said stop contacting me, he refused to add me to the no call list and instead hung up on me. I called him back and he hung up on me again, without removing me from any contact lists. There is no way I would ever work with a company that treats potential customers like this. And I can prove how many times I've requested to stop the harassment as I'm responding to every email and phone call. This needs to end before I take further action against your company.
