Hi I'm writing this in contact to the Decofurn Amorosa, I placed an order in September and was told it would be delivered on that month end as they get stock mostly on month ends and I had no problem with that, month end came and there was still no contact from them, so I to contacted them and even after that I was still not satisfied with their response and they gave me run arounds so I decided to go personally go to the shop and was told that the item requested was going to be IBT'd from fourways and will be delivered in the next week. The week passed and yet there was still no respond from them till I contacted them and only by then was I told that the stand was broken and I had to wait for the next shipment, as unhappy as I was I waited. The month started and I was sent an email from them however the name was from another customer so I called in and asked if this was my order or it was a mistake and was told that it is mine as their system save customers with numbers and I was told that the items would be delivered between the 1st or 2nd November bare in mind I specifically asked if this was legit cause I didn't want to lose not getting my items so I decided to take my leave days so I can wait for the furniture. The two days of the expected furniture no one updated me nor bothered to say anything about their inconvenience of delays with the trucks I had to call and find out about it and was told that they not responsible of the deliveries. I've waited months now for items which were supposed to be received in two weeks and unfortunately can no longer wait and demand a refund on the money I've paid for my items and delivery fee and assemble fee.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate to get the items in the prices of Black Friday prices as they have been reduced way below from the amount I spent when I bought them and a free delivery and free assembling.
