Amazing job. They arrived ahead of schedule, worked non stop until lunch and returned from lunch and worked until the job was completed. It was a very hot day and I felt sorry for them but they continued to work and cleaned up when finished. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Great company with a team of professionals from the consultation to the work done. They responded very quickly to my call and completed the work just as quick. They even followed up after the work was completed to ensure I was happy and there were no issues! Would definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future.

I had a few 2019 warranty repairs that were inherited Project Managers Grey which were delayed due to COVID-19. Grey and contractor Rafael got the job done! They provided patient and timely communication. Every interaction demonstrated care, compassion, courtesy and professionalism. My 85 yr old Mom and I received exceptional customer service. We felt valued and all of our questions or concerns were answered to our satisfaction. It was a true pleasure to work with Grey and contractor Rafael.

I was connected to Del Mar through my insurance company after our basement was unexpectedly filled with water. After we'd done the disaster recovery part (drying, removing damaged things, etc), Del Mar came in to provide an estimate of the work needing to be done to rebuild our basement (half finished / half unfinished). They were responsive, provided a detailed, reasonable estimate and plan, and the project was well managed throughout. The team that was here doing the reconstruction did a really, really great job - outstanding attention to detail, very professional, and took care of every single thing on our project plan. Drywall, painting, installing sinks/vanities, trim - the works. They even built me a great new workbench as a replacement for the damaged one! Highly recommend.

I had my townhouse fixed up by Del Mar Builders after a fire incident. They gave me a 5 year warranty in June 2022. But now, the roof leaks, damaging my living room walls and upstairs bedroom ceiling. I've talked to the contractor multiple times and he promises to send workers to fix it. However, they always call to cancel and reschedule. I've even met with the roof repair team myself, but the issue persists. I tried reaching out to the company again but received no response.

I paid Del Mar Builders to build me a new porch in 2017 under my insurance claim. But man, was it a mess! The iron rails were used and the concrete was rough and uneven. To top it off, the steps were all wonky. They said it was under warranty for 5 years, but when I reached out to them in February , they said they'd send someone out to fix it when the weather was better. I followed up in March and got a response, but then in April and May, nada. I called the office four times and finally got through to someone who said the owner had a problem with the contract. They wanted a copy of my 2017 estimate from Allstate because there were some exclusions on the contract that referred to line items on the estimate. I mean, come on, they should have that document! I don't have a copy of the estimate, so I contacted my insurance company to send me a PDF. In the meantime, I sent them a copy of the front porch line items page from the estimate. But Del Mar is still trying to weasel out of honoring the contract. They keep asking for my estimate, which I already sent them. They blame it on an ex-employee who took some documents with him when he left. But is that really why my porch is falling apart? They're refusing to fix it, even though the contract says it's under warranty for 5 years. I showed them the page of the estimate that clearly shows the line item wasn't excluded. It's getting worse and worse, and I'm at my wit's end.
