Delaware State Prison. Howard R Young Correctional Institution review: Psych technician 2

I work for the prison system for 16 years and I was let go because I was doing job. I work for Centurion Healthcare Services. Management is run very poorly are very disorganized the communication is no good at all. The warden does not run his jail the guards do. I work in the Infirmary where I watch inmates that are suicidal and try to harm themself. The guards in the bubble do what they want to do they sleep all night and they treat the inmates like trash when the food called comes at 3 in the morning they asked for seconds and a total food in the trash and don't give it to them something has to give. If you have family members in there they're really being treated unfairly.
