Effortless Purchase and Perfect Condition: Dell Laptop Review
Dell is the bomb! I got my laptop from them and it was so easy peasy. I ordered it on a Thursday and by Friday it was already on its way to me. I was so excited to get it and when it arrived on Monday at 9:00am, I was over the moon! The laptop was in perfect condition and I'm using it right now to write this review. I'm so happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Dell to anyone looking for a new computer. They're the best!
Dell XPS 17 Delayed for Two Months and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a Dell XPS 17 on June 17th and was told it would be delivered by July 6th. That's already a long time to wait, but now they've changed the delivery date to July 31st! Two whole months to wait for a $4000 laptop? Come on, man! This is ridiculous! I can't believe I have to wait this long just to get my hands on a new computer.
And to make matters worse, the customer service is terrible. I've tried calling and emailing, but it's like talking to a brick wall. No one seems to care about my order or my concerns. I'm starting to regret buying from Dell in the first place.
I mean, I get that things can get delayed sometimes, but this is just too much. I'm not sure if I'll ever order from Dell again after this experience. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I hope they can get their act together and start delivering on their promises. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for my tech needs.
Disappointing Experience with Dell CA: Poor Website and Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Dell CA. These guys seem like they don't know what they're doing half the time. Their website is a real mess, and I didn't even get an order confirmation email after I made my purchase. I mean, come on, how hard is it to send an email?
To make matters worse, my order was supposed to arrive on the 13th, but it's now the 14th and I still can't even access tracking information. I'm starting to wonder if my order even exists at this point. It's really frustrating, and I'm not impressed with Dell's customer service.
Honestly, I think Dell should be ashamed of themselves. This is the worst website I've ever purchased from, and I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past. If you're thinking about buying from Dell CA, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually know how to run a website and deliver products on time.
Disappointing Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service: A Review of Dell CA
Dell CA is a company that has seen a decline in the quality of their hardware. It's a real shame because their customer service is not helpful at all. They try to be friendly and polite, but they don't know much about computers. They just keep saying "thank you for choosing Dell." It's frustrating when you need help and they can't provide it.
Another thing to watch out for is Dell's marketing tactics. They are very clever and will bait and switch you on pricing constantly. It's not fair to the customer who is trying to make an informed decision. If you're looking for a quality computer, it's best to choose literally anyone else.
Overall, Dell CA is not a company that I would recommend. Their hardware quality has declined, and their customer service is not helpful. They may be friendly and polite, but that doesn't make up for the lack of knowledge and assistance. Plus, their marketing tactics are not fair to the customer. It's best to look elsewhere for a quality computer.
Disappointing Experience with Dell CA's Customer Service and Bluetooth Issues
I got myself an Inspiron Laptop from Dell CA and also got an extended business warranty. But let me tell you, I've been having some serious issues with my Bluetooth. And it seems like Dell CA just can't seem to fix it. They've tried everything, from replacing the motherboard to the Bluetooth card, and even reinstalling windows twice. But nothing seems to work.
To make matters worse, I've been getting the runaround from their customer service. They told me that my problem has been escalated to L3, but when I called back after four days of not hearing anything, they told me that I needed to reinstall windows and that they were just following procedure. But get this, I had an email from four days prior that said L3 had already been informed. What a bunch of liars!
Honestly, I'm just so frustrated with Dell CA right now. I paid good money for this laptop and warranty, and I expect better service than this. It's just not acceptable to have to deal with these kinds of issues and lies from customer service. I really hope they can get their act together and fix my Bluetooth problem once and for all.
Dell CA's Dishonesty and Poor Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience
I had a really bad experience with Dell CA. I ordered a desktop computer on December 31, 201, and the website said it was "ready to ship." But when I checked the delivery date after placing my order, it said it wouldn't arrive until January 28, 2022. I contacted customer service and they told me they would expedite my order. I even reached out to the CEO, Michal Dell, and the head of the Canadian office, Pam Pelletier, but they completely ignored my requests. It's really frustrating that there's no accountability when it comes to Dell.
To make matters worse, I received an email on January 26, 2022, saying that my order was delayed and the new "estimated" delivery date was February 23, 2022. I waited almost a whole month just to find out that my order would take another month to arrive. This is completely unacceptable! I would strongly advise against purchasing any products from Dell.
I mean, seriously, how hard is it to be honest about delivery times? If they had just been upfront with me from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements. But instead, they lied to me and wasted my time. It's really disappointing to see a company with such a bad attitude towards its customers. I hope they take some steps to improve their service in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Dell's Disappointing Service: Broken Laptop and Poor Customer Support
I was really disappointed with Dell's service. I mean, come on, my laptop stopped working right after the service contract expired? And to top it off, the Dell update that was supposed to improve my laptop's performance ended up breaking it completely. I felt like I was being scammed when Dell contacted me to renew my service contract for a hefty price. I mean, why would I pay that much money when my laptop was working just fine before the update?
I tried to contact Dell's customer service, but it was a nightmare. The wait times were long, and when I finally got through to someone, they were not helpful at all. They just kept telling me to renew my service contract or buy a new laptop. I felt like they didn't care about my problem at all.
In the end, I had to take my laptop to a local repair shop to get it fixed. It cost me a lot of money, but at least my laptop is working again. I will never buy another Dell product again. Their customer service is terrible, and their updates are more trouble than they're worth.
Nightmare Experience with Dell CA: Constant Crashing and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased an Alienware PC from Dell CA for almost $3K. Unfortunately, since it arrived, I have not had a single day where it didn't crash at least 5 times. It's been a complete nightmare.
I reached out to customer service for help, but their advice was half-baked at best. They suggested some things that made the crashing less frequent, but it still happens about 4 times per day. I've tried everything - reading through forums, watching YouTube videos, and more - but nothing seems to work.
To make matters worse, I suspect that the components in my PC are just garbage. I think Dell passed off some old return on me because I tried to cancel my order when they changed the ship date and it was too late to cancel. When the PC arrived, it was covered in dirt and looked like it had been sitting in a back alley. It was in a new box, but clearly not a new product.
The worst part of this whole experience has been dealing with customer service. Every time I call, I get someone from India who barely pays attention to my complaint. They give me advice like "have you tried turning it off then turning it back on?" and then quickly say "okay byeeeeee!" before I can even respond. It's incredibly frustrating.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dell CA. I will never buy another Dell product again. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
Disappointing Experience with Dell CA: Shipping Delays, Poor Tech Support, and Limited Upgradability
I recently purchased an Alienware R12 from Dell CA in 2020. The website stated that it was ready to ship, but it took a month and a half longer than what they had told me. This was quite frustrating, but I was excited to finally receive my new computer. However, I soon discovered an issue with the FX lighting coming from the power button and front of the tower. While it wasn't a big deal, I decided to call Dell tech support for assistance.
Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone could barely speak English and was confused about what the FX lighting was. It was a frustrating experience, and after five minutes of trying to explain the issue, I hung up on the tech support "professional." I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge and assistance provided by Dell's tech support team.
Recently, I decided to upgrade my CPU, but I quickly discovered that I couldn't do it without a motherboard to match. My CPU is an Intel i9 11th generation, so my motherboard is not compatible with the 12th or 13th generation. To my dismay, I found out that the motherboard was fused to the tower and couldn't be replaced. This means that I can never upgrade the CPU since I had the best one of that generation. It was a major letdown, and I wish I had known this before making my purchase.
To add to my frustration, the fan on my power supply stopped working. I contacted Dell to see if I could get a replacement, but they told me that they didn't have any compatible ones in stock. They said they would send me an email if one became available, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Overall, I would not recommend Dell CA to anyone looking to purchase a new PC. While their products may seem appealing, the issues I've experienced with shipping, tech support, and even their sales department have been frustrating and disappointing. It's not worth the hassle and lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrading or changing components after just two years. If you're willing to spend thousands of dollars on a new PC, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Dell.ca: Overpriced, Substandard Components, and Poor Customer Service
I've been a loyal Dell customer for over a decade now, having purchased four computers from them since 2006. As someone who works in IT, I consider myself a bit of a "wiz" when it comes to technology. However, I have to say that my recent experiences with Dell.ca have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
First and foremost, let's talk about pricing. While Dell has always been known for producing solid products, I feel like they've fallen behind in terms of value. It's no longer enough to simply offer a decent product at a decent price - consumers are looking for the best possible value for their money. Unfortunately, Dell seems to be more concerned with cutting corners and swapping out components to make it seem like you're getting a better deal than you actually are. For example, I've noticed that they'll often swap out an inferior component for a better one without notifying the consumer, all while charging the same price.
Another issue I've encountered is with their online sales agents. If you chat with one of these agents on Dell.ca, they'll often quote you specific items and then pressure you to call them to close the deal. This is frustrating in and of itself, but what's even worse is that these agents are often based in foreign countries (India, in my experience) and will either fail to send you a quote altogether or send you a quote that's completely different from what you discussed in the chat.
All of this adds up to a pretty disappointing experience overall. Dell Canada used to be known for producing great products at great prices, but now their warranties are under-covered, their prices are too high, and their components are substandard. It's a shame, really, because I've always been a fan of Dell products - but I can't in good conscience recommend them anymore.
Update: It's now 2019, and my experiences with Dell have only gotten worse. While I still believe that they produce solid products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Case in point: I recently ordered a gaming desktop from them that was on sale online. The website advertised a 5-8 day delivery timeframe, but as soon as I submitted my order, that changed to 11-14 days. I was willing to wait, but then I saw the exact same desktop with a better video card for the same price just a few days later. When I contacted Dell to ask for the better deal, they couldn't change my order and offered me a $50 credit instead. I declined and cancelled my order so I could re-order the better deal.
That's when things really started to go downhill. Despite cancelling my order, it still shipped a few days later. When I contacted Dell to ask for a refund, they told me that I couldn't get one until the computer had been received and restocked - which would take 10-15 business days. And even then, I'd have to pay a restocking fee for a computer I never wanted in the first place. It's frustrating, to say the least, and I can't help but feel like Dell is more concerned with making a profit than with providing good customer service.
Dell CA Complaints 3
Dell CA: A Nightmare Experience - Unprofessional, Rude, and Useless Customer Service
Dell CA is a complete disaster. I had a terrible experience with them from the beginning to the end. They kept delaying my order for a whole month, not once, not twice, but four times! It was a complete nightmare. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were.
The managers were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. It was as if they were doing me a favor by taking my money. And don't even get me started on the customer service. They were completely useless. I felt like I was talking to a wall.
Overall, my experience with Dell CA was a complete zero. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and professional company, look elsewhere. Dell CA is not worth your time or money.
Expensive Dell Computer Fails: No Warranty or Service Provided
So, I got this Dell computer from dell.ca and it was pretty expensive, like over 2,500 bucks. But now, the battery is all swollen up and I can't even use it on battery power anymore. I tried to get a new battery from Dell, but they ain't got no service or warranty for me. It's a real bummer, man. I mean, I paid all that money for a computer that I can't even use on the go. It's like they don't even care about their customers or something. I wouldn't recommend buying from Dell if you want a computer that's gonna last.
Disappointing Dell CA Laptop: Screen Border Detached and Expensive
I've had my Dell CA laptop for about 3 months now, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed. The screen border has completely detached, and it looks terrible. It's also pretty expensive, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The worst part is that I had to use glue to try and fix it, which is just a pain. Overall, I'm not happy with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
