I am making a serious complaint regarding your hopital’s treatment of my son. His nurse was named Alana, based at Dennis Scott Unit, Edgware Hospital. There is at least one other doctor involved, a senior of Alana (he would not provide his details). I am aware that other doctors may be involved but those mentioned, are the ones that we have evidence of. Isaac was diagnosed and given treatment and medication (namely Fluxetine and Olanzapine), without him being properly informed of what the medication was for. The medication had a near fatal effect on him.
Alana seriously neglected Isaac, she was not one bit interested in what was really good for him. Alana went about her duty of care towards Isaac, in a particularly cold and inhuman way.
I am Isaac’s father; my name is also Isaac (senior). Isaac Junior was brought to the hospital by my son in law, Elad Rubin (from Israel), who we have never had any contact with since he married my daughter Ruth. They got married during a dispute which involved Elad taking over our family business. Elad’s father is Uzi Rubin, Israel’s leading antimissile defense expert, an influential character who uses his connections, with doctors, lawyers and judges. Ruth herself had been admitted to a mental hospital in 2004 and has never fully recovered from this. Isaac was living in Bournemouth at the time and was fully cared for by his family. Isaac was always a bit slow and had a slight lack of concentration but never anything serious that couldn’t be handled by his family. In January 2009 while we were away, Elad took Isaac out of our care, and brought him to London, hiding him in Golder’s Green. Elad made Isaac see a series of doctors and psychiatrists, including bringing his own brother Amir Rubin from his surgery in Jerusalem and diagnosing Isaac in a restaurant, while Isaac was unaware of it even happening. These professionals gave Isaac all kinds of diagnoses, eventually deciding to register him as a mental health outpatient, at Dennis Scott Unit, Edgware Hospital. Alana was allocated the job of Isaac’s carer/social worker. Isaac was prescribed antidepressants by Dr Wolfman based in Golder’s Green. Isaac had been with us for 30 years and had never taken any pills, had never been registered as mentally ill and had never had any trouble with the law.
The one theme that kept reoccurring in the time Isaac was away, was that Isaac’s family were never to be mentioned. Not one of these “experts” ever showed any humanity, by simply asking Isaac why his parents weren’t in his life and never wanted to know what was really best for Isaac. Isaac had been taking the antidepressants for 2 and half years and was living alone in isolation, in the most appalling conditions. Elad needed Isaac Junior to support his court case against us (which involves Elad using Ruth to demand huge sums of money including all of our properties). Elad needed to create a story for his case that Isaac and Ruth had ran away from their family. The staff at your hospital appeared to be well informed and strongly aided Elad, with this ridiculous and hurtful fabrication. Your mental health department, made sure Isaac was safely hidden and sedated. This way Isaac could be used for the court case without any one ever questioning him.
After much heartache and frustration and over 3 of searching, we finally managed to convince the manager at Dennis Scott Unit, to speak with Isaac. The manager called Isaac and for the first time in 3 years, Isaac’s parents were mentioned to him. Isaac immediately contacted me on the phone and we agreed to meet up with my other son Daniel. When Daniel and I saw Isaac for the first time in 3 years, we absolutely could not even recognize him, I nearly collapsed. This was the most shocking change in a human beings appearance that we had ever witnessed in our lifetime and in such a short amount of time. Isaac looked seriously ill and his face appeared severely distorted. Isaac was on the verge of suicide. He had gained a lot of weight and looked and smelled like he had been living on the streets for a very long time. At first Isaac was very scared and looked at me and Daniel with terror and suspicion. Isaac could hardly speak and was stuttering all the time, he was afraid to open up. Within just a few minutes of talking to Isaac normally in a café in Golder’s Green, Isaac started to relax and remember who we were. Within a very short time (about half an hour) Isaac wanted to come home with me and Daniel to stay in Barking. Isaac immediately stopped taking the Fluxetine and Olanzapine pills.
Elad filed a complaint that Isaac was missing, so we immediately went to Barnet Police station with Isaac, to show that he was much happier and looking much healthier with his family, who genuinely care about him. We waited for Alana (Isaac’s doctor) and another senior doctor to walk in to the room. When they first saw Isaac, it was clear that Isaac’s appearance (since he was back with his family) had improved so dramatically. Rather than acknowledge this and ask Isaac how he was doing, Alana just started staring at Isaac the moment she walked in to the room. She was also staring at me and my son Daniel. The other doctor also was very rude and dismissive towards us; he made it very clear that he was in charge and that we didn’t have any say in the matter. When we showed them both a picture of what their “treatment” had done to Isaac, they appeared extremely uncomfortable. Alana then started looking for something negative to say, instead of genuinely being happy for Isaac and relieved that he was back with his family. It was clear the whole time while we were in the interview room, that she and the other senior doctor were there for one purpose, to cover their tracks.
Myself, Isaac Junior and Daniel were speaking to each other freely and normally, then the most bizarre occurrence that I have ever witnessed in my life, took place. As soon as Alana and the senior doctor sat down, there was a massive change in Isaac’s behavior. Isaac instantly lost all his confidence. We suddenly saw Isaac freeze, lower his head down and look at the floor. Isaac was shaking and stuttering, he started to respond in the way that the doctor’s were treating him. Suddenly it appeared as if he was so terrified of the outside world and needed the doctor’s protection. We felt we were losing Isaac in front of our eyes and there was nothing we could do about it. The moment we would get upset at his treatment and protest, we would be labeled as unstable and unfit to take care of Isaac. It was a sickening situation, we knew if it continued like this, Isaac would be taken away from us and put back on the antidepressants and the doctor’s were behaving as if their life depended on making this happen.
The other senior doctor started speaking to Isaac in a very strange and calm voice. He asked Isaac if he knew his name and was speaking to him as if he were autistic. One of the doctor’s first questions to Isaac, was whether Isaac studied at the college, we thought this was a rather strange way to find out how Isaac was feeling. The whole time Alana hardly said a word and just kept a cold emotionless stare at the three of us. It got to the point where Isaac said he felt sick and asked to be allowed to leave the room. Alana suddenly decided to say something at that particular moment, asking Isaac “do you need the toilet Isaac?” I found this quite disturbing as I always spoke to my son Isaac normally and he responded normally but now, I was seeing somebody speak to him, as if he were completely disabled. Once Isaac Junior returned, he wanted to wait outside the interview room and as soon as he was away from the doctor’s, he spoke freely and confidently again with his brother Daniel and the policeman, Paul Speer. It would appear that Alana and the senior doctor present were briefed and had a preconceived idea about our family, through their dealings with Elad Rubin.
We discovered that the senior doctor is Israeli and possibly has connections to Uzi Rubin, (Elad’s father) who has a lot of connections with doctors. Uzi’s wife Ilana, runs an elderly home in his home town of Gedera, which Isaac Junior has visited.
We have attached a link of the newspaper article describing how we became reunited with Isaac:

We have also included below, 1 picture of Isaac in 2009 (when he was in our care) looking exceptionally healthy and another picture dated May the 24th, the day we found him. The second picture shows the horrific change in his appearance from the effects of the treatment and isolation from his family.
You can zoom in to see the difference.
We trust that you will take this matter extremely seriously, as it has been an absolute devastation to our family.
Thank you,
Isaac Purim (senior)
You're stupid
