Department of Children nd Families review: Snap benefits

I applied for Snap benefits on January 18, 2022. I have been out of work since November and need the food assistance. Two days later I received a notice telling me I need to use my card or they were going to shut it off however, I have $1.00 on the card.

I finally reached a representative who completed the interview after 35 days of applying. I was told that I would need to upload a letter from Our Florida. I have no way to do this as the website does not allow me to upload. After speaking to several other Snap recipients I discovered they also have had the same issue.

I have tried for the last two weeks to reach someone for assistance. I have been on hold several times for over 4 hours at a time and then get disconnected.

How am I supposed to complete what is asked? It is ridiculous that you can never reach anyone at any office. All I get is call again later. I have tried for over 2 weeks!
