This company is a scam.

Ordered a dress over a month ago, guaranteeing a four day delivery and still have not received the item.

They appear very professional and legit... but do not purchase from them.

They will not return emails or phone messages and take your money instantly!

BEWARE!

I had the same issue - ordered goods in Feb money taken in Feb and a shipping notice sent to me - no goods received 4 weeks later, waitied over 2 weeks for a reply from them, saying that the goods were not in stocka nd that they had refunded the money. Have had to get the money back through the fraud section at my bank. Money has now been refunded. Do not buy from these people.

I placed an order with this company and later saw these complaints. I was concerned about the order and emailed the company. I received no responses but two weeks later, the dresses arrived. The shipment came from China but they say they are in Australia. While I received my order, I do not recommend this company. They seem very shady!

do not buy from these people, i also ordered an item they do not reply to my messages and have taken the money from my account. I have reported them to my bank and department of fair trading, I hope they get caught up with.
my daughter was very dissapointed i will never buy anything from the internet again

Im having trouble with themto, very shocked wish i had of read this comments before buying a dress which was for my 21st birthday party. Some one needs to stop it. Its not fair at all.

I ordered a dress several weeks ago from Designer Brand Outlet - same story. They gave me a fake tracking number and never responded to my emails. I called Visa and disputed the charge and got a complete refund. Thank you, Visa!

I have now bought 3 items from these people and friends have also purchased goods too. The dresses are beautiful and shipped within 4 days. No drama's! I want to buy another dress and have questions regarding the pictures being inconsistent. Sent 3 emails with NO response! I'm very nervous to order anything else now, especially after reading all other complaints! and their phone number is unreachable! Def something dodgy here but I have received the 3 dresses I paid for all in beautiful condition.

I also placed an order for 4 dresses and several emails later i got a response and the dresses took ages to arrive-almost 1 month. The dresses did finally arrive in perfect condition and are really beautiful. I am glad i've read these comments and realise my situation wasn't a once off. I love their stuff but i'm not buying from them again unless they aknolwledge and address their communication issues. Can any one recommend another site?

I purchased a dress but was sent a size far larger than the size ordered. Designer brand outlet did not reply to any of my e-mails
or telephone calls. I sent the dress back as it was their error not mine and have not recieved a new dress in the correct size or a refund.

Note that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has recently taken action to have this website shut down.

They have issued a media release which is online here:

If you lost money and didnt get it back through your bank etc you should contact the ACCC through their website.

I experienced the same problems. They did not send total4 dresses. Received 3. Returned 1 and did not get $ back. Could not track in my bank. So I lost the money. Do you know what else I can do to get my money back?

PLEASE! somebody investigate this web www.buy-designer-dress.com I think these are they again!, trying to get more money from innocent people, I payed for a dress I never received! and nobody replied my emails to designerbrandoutlet
