This was resolved by editing the hosts file afterwards, yet it has begun occurring again since 2023.9.23 and it's confirmed by multiple users in the People's Republic of China.

This is probably caused by a misconfiguration of CloudFront, and we wish it to be repaired asap as we have been unable to access the web site at all and greatly interfering the sharing of my work.
