Absolutely a nightmare. Everything was priced too high. White dog 7” high priced $65, back leg was broke off. Some quilts priced $50 and $80. I brought it to their attention that they weren’t old and I bought them at Ross’s for $10. They said that’s ok someone will buy them. Well I still have them. Things were left in cub boards not taken out or priced. There was not enough exposure, hardly any signs. The head representative came out looked around, we signed the contract and never seen him again. I didn’t see one local person because they didn’t. Know about it they rely on signs. Customers said they were unprofessional and rude. I asked them several times not to stage anything. Upstairs in the small house. The stairs were steep and narrow. It was very hot up there. They staged it anyway and I don’t think anything sold up there. When they left my dolls were just thrown in baskets. Some christmas stuff was just thrown in boxes. Before the sale I had just about everything sorted so all they had to do is set it out and price it. Now I have a bigger mess to clean up because things didn’t sell because of outrageous prices. The stickers they use to price things are so small you can’t see them and they fall off. They would be very easy to transfer. I brought that to their attention and they said they would be fine. Well stickers were falling off. I’ll bet not even 3/4th of my things sold. I was so dissatisfied, and stressed out I would never higher this company again or recommend them to anyone.
Awful, unprofessional and way over priced. Not enough exposure. Pricing stickers way too small to read and could be very easy to transfer.after signing contract never seen representative again.
