I jus got a bill from Diagnostic Lab Services, Inc. for sumthin that happened 2 years ago on 5/18! They say it's cuz the insurance company, *** Shield, was slow to bill. But I pay all my bills so I don't know which credit card it was charged to. They want me to pay the bill anyway, no apology or nothin! It's ridiculous! I'll pay it this time but I won't be goin back to them again!

They seemed confused even though they had the paperwork and testing kit that said "generic carrier testing." After they put the needle in my arm, they kept grabbing the testing kit and looked nervous. When they finished, they said the vial wasn't full and they weren't sure if the test would be accepted. Afterward, I had a big bruise on my arm that was sore and lasted for a month. I emailed the organization and someone called me to apologize. It seems like the person who took my blood was new and didn't have enough training or supervision.

I got some tests done at Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc. on March 18, 2022, because my endocrinologist told me to. Then on April 23, 2022, I got a bill from them for $50.55. I tried to talk to the clinic and the lab to figure out why I had to pay, but they didn't help me at all. They just kept sending me bills every month. Then on October 13, 2022, some debt collector named *** got involved and asked for more info to collect the debt. I have to get these tests done every three months, and my insurance (*** and HMSA) is supposed to cover it, but it looks like I'm stuck with this problem.

I got a bill from Diagnostic Laboratory Service (DLS) but it's all messed up. The account ID keeps changing and the collection letter doesn't even tell me what I owe for. They don't even put the date of service or how much I owe for each visit. DLS gives me a different "Accession ID" for each visit but the collection letter just has one account number and a big total amount. When I pay, they don't even give me a statement of what I still owe. But when they send me to collections, they magically combine all my bills. And when I try to ask questions about it, they make me sign up for some fancy email account. It's all a big headache.
