I am reaching out to support on the daily it seems. There are non stop glitches and I’m not receiving rewards/winnings. I spend a lot of money with y’all and I’m having to wait days to hear back from support and when I do they never address all my issues usually just one. They use some copied and pasted from their FAQ and give me some of my missed rewards but they never make up for all the game play I’ve lost not to mention all of the things I was close to winning and without a doubt would have got had I not been waiting on my thousands of rolls. There are so many issues I can’t begin to list them all so I’ll just list yesterdays issues that I’ve yet to receive a response or solution for. Currently the Pancake Mission is running. You collect whisk and spatulas and I’ve been earning them but they haven’t been giving them to me. They replied yesterday and gave me what I was missing, but I’m still missing the board they attach to that gives me the prizes for them so they have not done anything to actually rectify that. They didn’t respond about me taking 2nd in the in the Adventure Tournament that owes me 1.6K rolls, a chest with more rolls, millions of coin, and and tons of rolls for My Pet, Fast Food Trails moves, plus a gold sticker. Then later in the day while they are focused on all the people issues with the Pancake Mission because I read many others are having similar issues all over Facebook I took 5th in the Sled Race Tournament and again I didn’t receive my winnings of 320 rolls, 35M in coin, and 6 stickers. I followed up on my other issues and the new ones as well and it’s been crickets. They’ll probably wait until all these things have ended per normal to compensate me once I have no way of using those rolls or move’s because the game has moved onto the next events. I’ve only been playing this game for 2 months and this is the norm. I spend hundreds of dollars a week on this headache and I’m at a loss.

Desired outcome: I want to feel fully compensated for my loss in game play, missing rewards, missed winnings and not have similar issues the next day.

Spent a lot of money on this game dice dreams and I never received my 18.00 that was owed to me
