I purchased FC 25 and received STEAM login credentials along with an EA account. However, the instructions did not clearly mention the use of both STEAM and EA accounts together, which caused confusion about how to properly access the game. I am seeking a return due to this inconsistency and lack of clarity.

2. Delivery Delay and Lack of Clarity on Offline Modes:
The game was supposed to be delivered within one hour, but it took longer than promised. Additionally, the game does not support offline modes, and the title did not clearly indicate that it was online-only. This lack of transparency, combined with the delayed delivery, led to dissatisfaction, and I would like to return the product.

3. Banned EA Account Issue:
After receiving the account from the seller, I discovered that the EA account was banned. When I attempted to log in, I received a notification stating that the EA account had been permanently disabled due to a violation of the platform's user agreement. I request assistance in resolving this issue or processing a return.
