I recently made a purchase from Pulsetto.tech on April 8th. However, on May 12th, I had a change of heart and requested to cancel my order. Unfortunately, it seems that my request was not processed in a timely manner as I received an email on May 16th stating that my order had already been shipped on May 15th.

To make matters worse, I discovered that there is a return policy of only 21 days. I immediately sent several emails to the company inquiring about the return process, with my first email being sent on May 30th. However, I have yet to receive a response from them. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

As a result, I had to take matters into my own hands and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. It's unfortunate that it had to come to this, but I refuse to do business with a company that treats their customers so poorly.

In conclusion, I strongly advise others to stay away from Pulsetto.tech. Their lack of communication and poor customer service is not worth the risk of doing business with them.

Battery won’t charge. They asked a million questions to blow me off. Took days for emails to show up. Just sending a call tag would be simple. Can’t reach by phone. Their goal is to sell sell sell. Customer service deflect deflect deflect.

I like the function of the product but cheaply made.

They need to replace my unit and send call tag.

I’m a practitioner and they are way too shabby to recommend to professionals.

on Father's Day June 18th, I have not received any information regarding shipping and delivery of the unit. I also have sent numerous messages to customer service, and have not had any replies.
