buying so called under armour track spikes
We thought we were on Ann Australian site, for these track shoes, when the payment went through it came up with this first pay e mail, they sent us shoes alright they were fake Nike kind of running shoe with fake shoe size and they are hideous. Can't contact anyone to complain, these came from China, I still have the address on the package but I guess that's fake.
Payment taken no goods
The below is a website I found and ordered clothes from. When I received the email below I immediately sent them 2 emails cancelling the order... Nothing back and they are off with my cash. I called my credit card company to cancel the payment and they told me impossible. What a joke that you can't cancel the payment especially as it was still in "processing"...!

All stars trainers
I ordered a pair of All Stars in March 2016, received the order confirmation and a confirmation that my payment was piad to Fristpay.
A month later I received a plastc envelope with the wrong pair of All Stars. I immediately emailed "custimer service" and had an email back saying that I could keep the shoes - and that I would be happy with these, since they were also smart (!).
I have since then emailed back and forth stating that I either want the right pair of shoes or a refund. At some point I was offered 15% refund, which I denied, since it had then taken two months. Also, "customer service" sent the same email several times, as if I had not already replied.
I am really unhappy with this. Furthermore I had to pay extra tax, since my parcel came from somewhere in China!
In the middle of this ridiculous email conversation, the person I had emailed with suddenly was no longer available on email, Thus, I had to start all over Again with a new "customer service" person, explaining why I am unhappy and why I want a refund!

Online shopping website which has a British web address but once you purchase something you will be sent an incorrect and imitation version much cheaper than you order. Will not respond to email. Same email address as above. http://www.farmsteadstoolkit.co.uk/
They also operates another website www.peoplepower.org.au which advertises genuine Dr. Martens using the exact pictures and descriptions from the Dr. Martens official website but send out counterfeit items. The email addresses used are service.fannie@gmail.com and service.christina@hotmail.com
It is a complete scam site.
I had a near miss with her. I enquired about a waistcoat I'd seen in House Of Fraser which wasn't available in my size in store. In the time it took her to reply I'd seen one in Next which I bought and received a refund from House Of Fraser. She now keeps e-mailing me, banging on about customs charges and saying I can sell the one from House of Fraser on Ebay if I order one from them. I keep telling her I'm not interested.
She is now operating from another sit, same procedure!

Rubber shoes instead of real leather, wrong shoes altogether
I ordered a pair of shoes from a website masquerading as Swiss. Aargauertafelrunde.ch. An instant after ordering, I thought something was fishy. I tried to stop the transaction. My bank refused to comply. Weeks later I'm getting red shoes made of rubber instead of a snake print and patent leather. Fristpay contacted me shortly after I'd placed my order. After that, everyone shrouds themselves in silence. I'm a German lawyer. Judging by my experience with the police, they'll do zero about this internationally relevant matter.
I have just had the same experience - Fristpay took the money through a shoe website: TheSolutionRoom.co.uk (which is a front for some Shanghai based company) and sent me two pairs of ugly vinyl boots - nothing like the branded leather boots I ordered. I have just contacted them for a refund but do not expect to hear back. Complete scam adn found this out too late. Am now NZD140 out of pocket. These crooks have to be stopped and it's so frustrating. I wish someone would hack them! Scammers :(
Exactly the same happened to me but this time via a website called tsreurope.co.uk. As soon as I got the payment email alarm bells started ringing and 10 days later a pair of plastic / rubber boots arrived.
unreceived shoes
I bought shoes from uk website bennieblancos.co.uk which has now changed to the name of timetogetaway and is still selling shoes. Shoes were never received, payment made to Fristpay who will not answer my e-mails. Original site bennieblancos is connected to a guy called Jake Webster from 14b Station Road Puckeridge Herefordshire SG11 1SN, UK . IP address also linked to a site in Turkey. I don't expect to get the money back but want to warn people not to buy from these crooks.
Fraud on dress ordered and overcharge from price quoted.
Everyone please beware they now have another company website called lasermaxroll.co.uk.
I have to say something did not feel right when I was ordering but the dress looked really nice and the price reasonable. The minute I pressed send and got the email from fristpay and a service named cheap wedding dresses I knew something was not right. I googled the names and found this site. I had originally found no reviews under lasermaxroll. I called my bank who tell me the money had already been taken (in less than 5 mins!) and the amount was more than I paid for. They also have no information under there shipping and returns tab so bottom line I am sure if I get anything I won't be able to return it. This NOT a UK company but a chinese scam. I don't leave out much hope for getting what I ordered but my bank cannot raise a dispute for 15 days. Oh well let's wait and see. I just felt I need to get the name lasermaxroll into the internet reviews as I did not see any when I initially searched.
Sports Shoes
I ordered shoes from hr7.co.uk and payed with Mastercard. When I didn´t get any confirmationmail for the purchase I got suspicious and contacted them, which is only possible via a contactform on the website. I didn´t get any reply. After some days, a package from China arrived, with a completely different product from what I have ordered, and most likely a piratecopy. At this point I also got an email from them confirming my purchase. When I replied to the email-adress suggested and requested a refund I din´t get any response. Therefore I have filed a complaint with the police and will make a reclamation with my bank to try to get the money back. I have found out via internet that lots of people have hade problems with Fristpay.com, under different names, and not getting any product or completely wrong product without getting the money back.
Plus size clothing supplier, unethical behaviour and fraud.
I searched Google for Plus size clothing supplier and the above company came up. I did not know this site was based in China as there was no indication where the goods were coming from. I believe they deliberately withheld this information to snare unsuspecting purchasers online. I ordered 3 items of clothing from their site and received, eventually 3 items nothing like what I had ordered. I ordered tops and received ridiculous dresses which are neither plus size or what I ordered. I have sent several emails and been told that they will refund 15% of my money back even though they claim "there was a mistake by their warehouse!". I have asked them for return details as the clothes sent are no good to me. they say I should keep them and make a further order. I am concerned other people will be caught by this fraudulent company. I have included copies of some of their emails.:
Me;I am concerned that I cannot find yr company and the only contact is this
email. can you confirm to me that you are a real company and how long it
will be, estimating, that I will receive the goods I have recently ordered?
...I have confirmed that the warehouse made the mistake. We feel very sorry about it.The goods you have received is our best selling this year, It is very popular now.The price and quality is better than the goods you ordered.
How about keeping the goods in your hand, would you like to buy some others from our website. For your next new order, we will offer you some discount.Thank you for your cooperation!
mE:...There were 3 items ordered, not ONE of the items I received was what I
ordered. I am not happy at this as I needed one of the items quickly! I
would like to return what you sent me immediately as they are nothing like
what I had ordered. and ask for a full refund of my money. Please send me a
return form and address so I can return these items to you as they are not
what I ordered. I will be making a statement online about this company as I
am not confident that I will receive what I ordered. I await your response.
...I have confirmed with our warehouse department that they are out of stock now. I feel very sorry about it. So how? How about keeping the items in hand and then we could help you apply for a certain refund? Thank you for your cooperation!
Have a good day!
mE;To: Aline Lee
I have received your response to my email regarding a refund. I do NOT, repeat NOT, want to keep the items you sent me as they are nothing like what I ordered.
there is absolutely no point in my keeping them as they are completely the wrong size! Just let me know when I will be refunded my money immediately.
...I have delivered your e-mail and complaint to our manager, and have negotiated with our manager, then he told me.After my great efforts to help you, the most refund we could do for you is 15% as compensation. And for your next new order, we will also offer you some best discount. Thank you for your cooperation!
And so it goes on and on...
Thank you
Hi exactly the same had happened to me...Same emailer-aline lee! I brought a dress ...they sent wrong dress and wrong size! I'm still in process of emailing them back and forth. 15% is all they offer. Any ideas on what we can do?
Company is neubillig.de. ...plus size clothing company. I even paid postage to return to shanghai! Contact me maybe we can work together to get our money back

Dereksremovals.co.uk / Lionelleprov.com - Scam
So, I thought I bought a pair of Adidas Dragon Originals Suede Brown & Black Trainers. They looked very nice and reasonably priced on the website dereksremovals.co.uk (Should have realized something was fishy!) How wrong was I?
A week later my purchase arrives unboxed in a EMS delivery bag from China. It was no 'Dragon' believe me. However, it does have the 3 stripes and mustard yellow isn't too far from brown I guess! The sizing is off by 1 size so they are going to be a squeeze.
I've conceded to getting a refund after reading other complaints here, but would urge people to check thoroughly before making online purchases. And to definitely, DEFINITELY NOT use any of the sites mentioned in this thread, as some scammer is making money out of our misfortune.
Scam! Beware of fake Nike merchandise from Giftszone.co.uk via Fristpay.com
SCAM ALERT : GIFTSZONE.CO.UK / FRISTPAY.COM
I ordered a pair of Nike Sportswear Tiempo 94 Mid F.C. - Triple Black/Ivory (shoes380755) = £57.14 from www.giftszone.co.uk online store only to receive a different pair of shoes which appear to be fake (image attached).
I should have paid close attention to their website which has over inflated prices (>100%) discounted to normal retail price.
You live and learn : )
To fellow online shoppers, always check the domain with whois.com if the website is suspect.
SCAM : Giftszone.co.uk / Fristpay.com
Not surprised that nobody responded to the customer support email (repeated attempts) and there is no contact phone number or address on their website. The domain was also recently registered (2016).
Support Email : service.[protected]@hotmail.com
Hotmail account for support ?
Fristpay recently sent me an email with a tracking number to confirm my product had arrived (image attached). There is a contact number although the number is constantly engaged.

Outlet Shoes Scam
I ordered a pair of shoes, CHIE MIHARA at http://www.thehouseofstyle.co.uk on May 2nd, and received just only a payment completion e-mail, not an order confirmation e-mail from Fristpay.com. I knew the company name for the first time, so explored how the company is operated on the Internet. As result, I was not able to find out the homepage of the company, and reached out this complaint board about Fristpay.com. I still didn't receive an order confirmation from the seller even though I contact them several times from their contact form. I already explained about the situation to the credit card cmpany. I hope to get back my money from the scamming company.
Scam
BE CAREFUL AND AVOID THEM!
I bought a pair of shoes from gravers-helseservice.dk (allegedly shoe seller - scam 1). Then I received an e-mail confirming the payment from fristpay.com (payment services provider - scam 2).
Scam 1 was supposed to be in Denmark. However, I realised with the e-mail from scam 2 that scam 1 and scam 2 were located in China. At that moment I sent an e-mail to both companies and wished to cancel the purchase. I have never heard from scam 1. Scam 2 refused to cancel the purchase and later sent me a pair of rubber (I even had to pay for the transport cost from Chin to Europa).
I have applied to the authorities but there is nothing that can be done. Those two companies are still active.
AVOID gravers-helseservice.dk and fristpay.com. THEY ARE SCAM.
Lesson learned: I never buy online from a company that does not provide contact info on the web-page and without calling them to confirm certain information.
I am also a victim of same kind of crime with exactly same situation, I live in Sweden and ordered shoe online in the beginning of this month (1st July) through "www.stilkonsulenten.dk" and received confirmation from "safesslbillpay.com" . I thought they were from Denmark but they had not provided any contact number and then I came to know that they were from Hong Kong, China. Sent me fake products. I paid 750 DKK and I guess the shoes which they sent me must not worth more than 50 DKK. After a weak of receiving these fake shoes i also received a bill of 200 SEK from custome department. I have sent several emails but no positive response... I got same lesson as yours .
Fraud: Cheap Sneaker copies.
I also ordered a pair of New Balance Sneakers and received a completely different model that is only a cheap faux.
I tried to contact someone from the shop several times. They offer a contact form, but that seems to be just a fake, too.
Further not being able to find any contact information (neither on their website nor any kind of sender information inside the package) makes it impossible for to send it back.
If you try to change you log-in data for the website you will find the following e-mail address:

Charge more than invoice and counterfeit, faulty products sent
http://PandoraVIP.cc advertises itself as a certified pandora retailer. I purchased items in March 2016. My credit card was charged more than the amount of the invoice. When I received the goods they were obviously fake and didnt cip or fit the way they were supposed to. I contacted the seller for a refund of the overcharged amount and a refund or replacement of the faulty items. Seller requested photos of the items which I provided. Seller then refused to refund or replace anything stating instead "hello customer, wish you have a nice day!
As you know, the authentic item of this item can only be purchased from authorized dealers.
Our products are Class A product, but we have a guarantee on high quality that you should expect,
and they're nearly the same as the real ones!
also, we have many returned customers from over the world, pls do not worry, thanks!"
Shipping different products than advertised, no response
I placed an order on this website and purchased a pair of brown leather Clarks boots which cost €109. I received the order well past the shipping time given and what I received was a pair of cheap plastic boots which did not even resemble what I ordered.
I got in contact and had an email back from Emily blaming the supplier and offering a 15% discount. I emailed back saying I was requesting 100% refund and requesting return authorisation and documentation to retrun. I did not reveive a response. I have emailed numerous times since but have never had a response.
Fake Nike sneakers sent / totally different from picture on website / refusing refund
Bought a pair of Nike sneakers on their website. Didn't get emailed a receipt. No shipping info on their website.
Sneakers arrived and are completely different from the ones in the picture and are clearly fakes. There are no Nike trainers anywhere online that look like these. The ones in the picture are brown suede. The ones that arrive are orange rubber.
I sent them a message via their website saying I want a refund. They replied eventually offering me a 15% refund to keep them. They didn't deny that the sneakers are fakes. I said no I want a refund and will send these back to them when I get my refund. They replied again offering me the 15% refund to keep them. I said same thing back. I haven't received a refund and now they're ignoring my messages.
Australia dvd box sets collection ( paid through fristpay)
although I do check out when buying from an unfamiliar company, I didnt suspect this one until a week later. http://www.australiadvdboxset.com/
I bought a dvd set through this company, and after I paid I saw it went through fristpay. The usual response emails saying I had made a purchase came through.
However, although I emailed there was no response. No product has arrived.
