This company, iMerchant Direct Inc, is a complete scam. They will take your money and create fake checks with your name on them. They even write whatever amount they want without informing you. They are nothing but scammers. I strongly advise against using their services.

Solid experience and great communication. They helped me a lot during the onboarding process, which was fast and simple. They offered better rates and even guarantees, but I'm not too worried. As long as I can process payments and save money, that's what matters. There are too many shady people in the processing industry, but these guys really know what they're talking about and are transparent. They're excellent in my opinion.

It's really difficult to talk to someone who can actually assist you. They shouldn't have my banking information anymore. They said they resolved the issue last year, but they didn't because I can see another pending charge in my account.

Our account got closed, but they keep takin money from our account. I called and talked to an account manager on 12/19/22. He gave me a ticket number and said we'd get contacted in 72 hours. That didn't happen. I called again on 1/6/23. They transferred me to tech support. The tech support person took my phone number and said I'd get a call back. It was 9:50 am. At 11:25 am, I sent an email. Still nothin'.

I wouldn't recommend using this company. They're really dishonest. They came to us with a proposal offering a rate of ***%. They claimed there were no set up fees, cancellation fees, or monthly fees. They even threw in a free machine. But after processing for 3 months, the monthly fees were higher than what they initially proposed. And they kept increasing each month. We noticed some unknown charges on our account and when we asked about them, they said they were for the machine and other monthly fees. When we tried to cancel, they demanded over $11k for a soft loss in order to close the account.

I ended my contract early due to lack of communication and no statements ever sent. I was charged over $1000 for early termination fees. That isn't the worst part. They continue to charge me monthly fees after charging me $1000's for termination. Termination here in *** means we are done and our business is done. IMerchant still continued to charge me monthly fees stating that my account wasn't closed so my complaint is if my account isn't closed why did you charge our account termination fees. This company is scam and would not recommend them to anyone.

This company, iMerchant Direct Inc, is absolutely terrible! I've been dealing with them since February and it's been a constant battle. They're really quick to sign you up and take your money, but the agreement they give you doesn't match what they actually put in the contract. It's a total misrepresentation. They basically hold your bank account hostage, like it's their own personal piggy bank. My account has been closed since May , but somehow I just got charged $189 today. How is that even possible if my account is closed? It's been months and just when I thought I was finally rid of them, they pop back up! Their customer service skills are non-existent, and the two staff members they have are completely useless. I can't understand how this so-called company is still in business when there are so many negative reviews with the same complaints as mine. I've reported them to my bank for fraud. By the way, they told me to send my terminal back to the owner's house in FL. Seriously, what kind of professional company does that? Are they operating out of a basement or something? And then they had the audacity to claim that it never got delivered! Nice try, but I have the tracking number that proves otherwise! Oh, and let me tell you about the terminal they gave me. It was a $745 piece of outdated, old technology. It was huge and ugly too. I could go on and on about how awful this company is. Seriously, save yourself the stress, money, and time and find another option.

We joined this company in August . The machine never worked right, and we reached out to the salesmen and company multiple times, but no solution. We contacted them several times about cancellation fees, but no clear answer. We didn't sign a cancellation notice, but after a month of no transactions, they took out $5900 from our account and called it a "force close". We tried to contact them multiple times, but no calls or explanations. ***. promised to call but never did. I also emailed different addresses for instructions on returning the equipment, and finally got a response after messaging on Facebook. The whole process has been a nightmare! The salesman knew the machine didn't work because he saw it fail twice.

However, we were not satisfied with the setup and decided not to proceed. As a result, they canceled our policy on our behalf. Unfortunately, the representative returned our machine in a broken state, rendering it unusable. All we want is to return the machine and receive a refund of $725, and then we can put this terrible experience behind us. We have been trying to reach out to *** for the past two months, but we haven't received any response from them. They are dishonest and have taken $1800 from our account without any justification. They conveniently blamed everything on a representative who no longer works for them.

iMerchant Direct has been takin money out of our business account for no reason. The "fees" they assess have ranged from 30-40 dollars to 180 dollars. We stopped usin iMerchant Direct's services cuz they falsely claimed the business transactions would post to the bank acct the NEXT day. Transactions took anywhere from 2-4 days (weekdays). I have called multiple times and spoke to different customer service reps who have assured me they have no idea what I'm talkin about... the transactions are date and time stamped so I have the proof. Unfortunately durin this pandemic, the truckin business took a nosedive as freight came to a halt, therefore no truckers were havin their rigs repaired. This business not only has made fraudulent transactions (withdrawals) out of my account but now they won't even answer my phone calls. I am beyond aggravated with this business and cannot escape from them due to their "early termination fee of $500". This business needs to close-- they are a bunch of liars and thieves.

I started an account with iMerchant on 10/27. The original contract says "in writing" that I have 90 days to cancel with no fees or E.T.F's. I tried to cancel my account twice in December that year with no luck. It was my fault for not keeping a record of the first 2 attempts. I tried again on 1/18. I filled out another closure form. on 5/07 I received a *** return label to return the equipment I Payed for. On 12/10 I filled out another closure form. On 1/03/2022 yet another charge to my account. it is now going on 15months of me trying to cancel this account. for 15months this company has been taking money out of my business account. I have talked to 5 different reps form different depertments trying to close this account. I am getting to know them on a first name basis. All I want is this account to be closed and ALL of my money to be credited back to me. I can include emails, forms, bank statements, even text messages from different individuals at this company that say they will handle this, and yet here we are 15 months into it and iMerchant is still pulling money from my account.

They then stated they'll charge me $100 a month until July since I was no longer processing with them. Then on April 15th, without my authorization, they took $2000 from my business account even though I never agreed to cancel. When I called, they then said they can only give me my money back via "credits" if I switch back to them. When I offered to turn the machine back in, they said they wouldn't take it back because the machine isn't worth anything anymore but they charged me $745 even though it doesn't cost it anymore. When I told them I completed my contract so there was no reason to charge me the $2000, they simply said "there's nothing they can do unless you switch back to us." Completely unethical and the fact they took $2000 without my authorization and without notifying me first is completely ridiculous. This company is stealing from their customers and needs to be stopped. I fulfilled my contract and they still said they had the right to take all that money from me. When I told them I'm a small business owner and that this hurt our business, they simply said "switch back to us then we can give you your money back." Completely unethical practices.

The contract was supposed to include a $99 annual fee and a monthly fee for credit card processing services. However, they never gave us a copy of the contract, and the link my mom signed on has expired. To our surprise, they charged an extra $124. When we confronted them, they said it was for a terminal charge, but they never mentioned it before. I spoke to the VP, ***, who apologized for ***'s lack of communication. My mom trusted this company and their sales rep to be honest and reliable.

As a customer, my mom should receive a copy of her contract, but she still hasn't gotten one.

These amounts include processing fees. A few days later, the owner, Les, told me that he didn't receive the funds in his account, but the charges were on my cards. He contacted *** at IMerchant Direct, *** location, to find out what happened. *** thought it was a network issue and said the money went nowhere. They said I should get my funds back after a certain number of days. I kept waiting and checking, but nothing happened. Then I received my credit card statements, and both showed the transactions with my funds sent to Rush Truck Ctr in ***, . I immediately contacted Les and sent him pictures of it. He contacted IMerchant Direct, and after *** looked into it, they admitted they made a mistake and paid the wrong merchant. They told me to dispute the charges with my credit card companies because of the processing error. I filed the dispute on 5-18-22, and it's still in dispute. I talk to them every week to check the status. From the beginning, I've asked Les to get the information on Rush Truck Ctr from IMerchant Direct for my credit card companies' dispute departments, but they won't provide it. I even contacted the *** of this company to try to get something done about the error they made. The last thing he told me was that *** supervisor was working on it, but I haven't received any information or proof of what has been done or any communication they've had with *** if there was any. They even said that the funds were dropped off on that end but won't give me any more info that I need to speed up my disputes. I tried to track down someone at the truck ctr myself, but no luck. IMerchant has their info. It's been over 2 months since this error occurred, and they aren't helping to resolve it. They only keep asking me for proof of my pending charges, which I provided, but it's not helping me. IMerchant is an unprofessional ***.

I told them that Square already provided me with the features I needed and I didn't think I would find them with any other merchant. They claimed to have solutions for all the features I mentioned and promised to have them up and running within two weeks. They also said they would transfer my existing clients. However, it's been two months and they haven't transferred any of my clients. They promised to save me 1% in fees, but in reality, I only saved 0.2% when I used their services. They also said they would transfer my e-commerce website to their system, but that turned out to be another lie. They claimed that Clover had subscriptions, rewards, marketing, and more, which I already had with Square, and they would help me set everything up. They tried to assist me in the first two weeks, but nothing was working on their end. They faced technical issues and had no solutions. They told me I would be charged a $50 monthly fee, but I'm actually paying $109. Lastly, they assured me that I could cancel anytime if I didn't like their services. However, after three days of trying to cancel and numerous phone calls and transfers, a representative informed me that I couldn't cancel because I was on a lease with a company and would have to pay off the payment processor they put me on. When I first spoke to this representative in December , I mentioned that I had tried to reach out to Tawia and his colleague to cancel my account, but they were ignoring my calls and texts. When the representative told me I couldn't cancel, she said she would send them to help me set up everything they promised. However, two weeks went by and they continued to ignore me. On January 05, 2022, the representative said she would come to my office to assist me, but she never showed up.
