Digital Air Strike review: Digital marketing, deceptive billing practice

We signed up with Digital Air Strike 5 months ago, monthly the reported the wonderful things they were doing and how they were helping with no increase in sales being experienced. When we signed up we were told it was a 3 month commitment and a 30 day out. Our monthly billing was from the 6th of the month through the 5th of the following month. We gave them 4 months then informed them November 3rd before our billing date of the 6th we would be done and they informed us we were locked in until January one because we had to provide one full calendar month. I paid for the 6th of November through December 5 and informed them I would pay for no more services. During November I hired a real internet sales company and have seen a marked increase in traffic and sales with less spent.

They are informing us that we owe for the month of December per the agreement of needing to provide a full Calendar month notice. If this is not a deceptive or predatory practice I do not know what is when signing up it was not made clear except the 3 month commitment and 30 day out. I gave them over 30 days ( 36 to be exact) I am only glad I never signed up my other dealership they were pressuring to do so.

I had no intention to complain about their lack of performance, false promises or high pressure tactics but since they are insisting on the fake extra months payment I have no option.

Avoid this company at all costs! There are many reputable digital retailers out there.
