We signed up with Digital Air Strike 5 months ago, monthly the reported the wonderful things they were doing and how they were helping with no increase in sales being experienced. When we signed up we were told it was a 3 month commitment and a 30 day out. Our monthly billing was from the 6th of the month through the 5th of the following month. We gave them...

Digital Air Strike Facebook Marketing Zero Performance Repeated Credit Card Charges

Terrible performance and service from Digital Air Strike! I've been conned by these guys. They market themselves by offering a proprietary platform that enables their clients to attain results that are completely exaggerated. After a 90 day trial period I did not receive one viable lead from Digital Airstrike. I repeatedly requested revisions to the marketing plan. All I received was lip service and worse yet repeated credit card charges. I requested to speak with the account representatives manager but the account rep refused to provide contact info. Stay away from this company. Poor service, they don't respond to calls or emails. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from repeated charges.

Digital Air Strike Superior Service

Digital Air Strike is one of our most valuable partners. They assign strategic digital specialists to our account and fully manage all of our social media sites. Their graphics and special apps are second to none. We've seen a lift in overall traffic to our store and we appreciate that they go the extra mile for us. They are the best out there and my only complaint is that more business owners do not know how good they are. If you've heard anything negative it is from another vendor that just can't compete so they resort to spreading false information. I am a very happy client and I am more than wiling to answer any questions you might have.

Haha, Digital Airstrike is such a joke! I can't believe so many dealers believe in them. Everything davidj10103 has said is true. They have PHANTOM fans, no one who will actually ever purchase products or services from any dealership. They set up accounts, pre-schedule everything (you can tell because it says posted via hootsuite - a 3rd party platform which enables you to pre schedule content), so you know that no one is actually in front of the computer screen monitoring accounts. They are deceiving and know how to make it appear as they are doing this the correct way. Their apps are terrible and don't even work. They hide their likes and populate that real estate with their garbage apps. DEALERS BEWARE! They are a scam and provide a service that will give your dealership a black eye. Do all of us customers a favor make sure your nature with social media is actually being social.

They also BUY Facebook fans for their clients. Click on their 3, 000+ Facebook fans and their "most popular city" is in Lebanon. I recently saw a lady call them out about it. Not right. Their service also drives ZERO engagements and ZERO leads. STAY AWAY

Mike, I'd like to inform you of the service your provide. They connect Facebook to Twitter and consider it social media? I think you have to be SOCIAL to participate in SOCIAL MEDIA. Your page looks the EXACT SAME as every other dealer, cool. Their "apps" aren't even "apps". They are JPGs with a clickable link, cool. Products "second to none". Not true, about 10 other companies over MUCH better social media services. Their graphics are also not unique or creative. They create 1 template, change the colors, and replicate on every page. Dealers are THROWING AWAY $1200-$3000 a month on their services. Digital Air Strike is giving social media a bad name by not providing results. Search "Digital Air Strike Scam" in Google and you'll find everything you need to know.
