I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO DIGITEL-BIDA PLAN 999 LAST SEPT. UNTIL THIS VERY DAY, MY TELEPHONE LINE WAS NOT YET OKAY. THE VERY FIRST TIME THEY INSTALLED THE LINE IT WAS TRANSPOSED TO ANOTHER NUMBER THEN, 3 WEEKS AGO AND UNTIL NOW, IT HAS NO DIAL TONE...
I'VE BEEN CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WENT TO THE DASMARINAS BRANCE MYSELF TO FILE MY COMPLAIN...ALL THEY DID WAS TO MAKE A REPORT ABOUT IT!

hi i do have a complain regarding your service, is this the right email address, if not well then i just hope that you can help me? I am so pissed off of your service in digitel cavite branch, my mom and dad tried to call you branch in Dasmariñas Cavite everyday to report regarding our internet connection. It's been a month now since we dont have our connection. I believed that there is something wrong with the modem which i assumed should be checked by your technician. Everytime they called DIGITEL DASMARIÑAS CAVITE they always make excuses and even said they will send the technician over and they always asked which light is on in the modem. My mom told them that the modem was totally dead and she even ask a help from a friend of her who do know something about computers and internet, he do confirmed that the modem is defective and that the digitel should check it .What the... They been saying this stu... things everyday, why don't they just send the technician over so that they can check it. We are paying 2+++ a month with this kind of poor service. Can you please do something about this one? I really do need that connection because this is the only way that i can communicate with my family since i am living far from them. As far as i know this is not your digitel standard, you guys usually has a very good service, well then what happened to this one? Do we really have to called them everyday until they get tired of our complain and finally send their technician over? I hope you can help me with this one.

i also have this bad experience since im paying 2200.00/month dsl and line, 3 weeks from now no actions taken in their part talagang buwisit na ako sa serbisyo ng digitel sana wag na kayong mag apply para d na nnyo maranasan ang sakit ng ulo at kalooban. puro hintay at pacensya nlng ba lagi, business ang nalalagay sa alanganin and i hope ...for those who wants isp and line service sa iba nlng kayo.

digitel, ano b nmn tong service nyo?, nakakainit naman po talaga ng ulo!., kase po, maayos naman kami na nagbabayad sa inyo, pero sobrang pang aabuso naman po ang ginagawa nyo sa mga subscribers nyo..., kung walang dial tone, hndi ma contact ang landline..., mas nakakaasar pag palaging walang internet!, my connection nga po, wala namang internet!, wala den!, pakiusap naman po., baka naman po pwedeng paki check nyo ang line sa tejero, gen.trias, cavite!, kase po kayo na den ang gumagawa ng ika gagalit sa inyo ng mga taong nagtiwala sa inyong serbisyo., kayo den po mismo ang sumisira sa pangalan ng inyong companya..., baka nmn po pwedeng paki respondihan nyo kagad ang complains sa inyo..., nakakasira kayo ng araw! ta...nyo!
