Rosalyn is great at picking out the exact right thing, getting the best price and quality, and is very quick to get back to me. I have had Dillabaughs Flooring of America do my personal home and and three rentals. Never had any complaints. Rosalyn you're on notice. Have another house to do end of June .

Thanks to Kim, one of the designers at Dillabaughs, my projects turned out beautifully. She spent several hours helping me decide which flooring, tile, bathroom cabinets and granite would all work together. She also scheduled the movers and installers for me. So happy I went to Dillabaughs and got wonderful customer service!

Just ordered flooring for the whole house (2 B 2 B). Away goes the carpet! Derek was the rep. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out the perfect items for my home. Now I have to wait impatiently for the installation. I hope to do more upgrading in the near future and will be looking to Derek for his professional help.

Highly recommend Dillaboughs Flooring. From sales *** scheduling (Senea), to *** and is crew from Floor It for an awesome installation. Couldnt be happier with this company. Very professional, did what they said they were going to do, and were on time. Answered all my questions and concerns. Walked me through the process and made sure we were happy before they left. Wish there were more companys out there like this one.

We weren't sure of which vendor to use to replace our carpet which was only six years old, but was a 'construction grade' and had been bad for the last 3 or 4 years. We called Dillbaughs on Fairview Ave and talked to Rosslyn. Her demeanor over the phone was great and we decided to visit the store and see what they had in stock and price the carpet they had. After the visit we decided to go with them to get an upgraded carpet, made a selection and had it installed. Very pleased with the carpet and the service we received.

It was so nice to be able to shop locally for our new carpet! We walked in "cold turkey" and were so very lucky to have Rosalyn reach out and help us. Rosalyn was extremely knowledgeable in carpet facts, and even better at leading us through all the different "beiges" we were interested in. She showed a great deal of patience and grace. The order was placed; Dillabaugh's removed and installed as promised (we needed two different days). Ryan the carpet installer was a gentleman to have working in our home. Well done Rosalyn, Ryan and Dillabaugh's Team!

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would I guess they default to a 1 star. We purchased a *** home and didn't get to make any changes to the brand new build our island and surrounding countertops were all white quartz and they were horrendous. Our island was warped in the middle, the sides were uneven and wonky and there was chipping all over. They came out to look at it again after we made a complaint and said that's just how it's supposed to look and they can't do anything about it. So if you want to spend a lot of money for crappy work this is your company. I would not suggest anyone use them for any countertop needs.

I obtained a bid from Dillabaugh's to replace carpeting and vinyl in my house. I advised them to proceed and they had their sub contractor contact me to schedule removal/replacement of carpet and vinyl. The sub contractors were constantly late for scheduled appointments and sometimes didn't even show up on the same day they scheduled. They also did poor work and did not clean up after themselves. The new carpeting installed in the living room has a gap between the carpet and wall which you can fit the side on your hand in. They left cut carpet fibers all over the floors. They removed the base in the bathrooms but did not replace it with any new base. I paid for the work and reported these problems to Dillabaugh's 12 days ago and they have not had anybody call me to schedule an appointment to resolve the carpet problem. I would give them a zero rating but you do not have this option on your site.

I went to Dillabaugh's Flooring America for new carpet in my crib this spring. I also hit up Majestic and RC Wiley, but I went with Dillabaugh's because a craftsman who worked on my carpet before said they had the best stuff around. Plus, they assigned me a project manager. I agreed to the quote on March 14, 2022 and they charged my VISA $13900.82. The carpet was supposed to arrive on April 8th, but it didn't start getting installed until April 26th. They brought 1785 sq feet of carpet and pad, even though the estimate was for 1300 sq feet. They removed the old carpet and pad on the first day and finished the install on the second day. They had two rolls of carpet and a bunch of pad left over, which I asked for a 20% credit on. The store manager, Osa M, refused to give me any refund. The quality control manager, Larry L, came to inspect and said everything was done right. Osa M said he was gonna try to sell the extra carpet I paid for. The installer only charged for the 1300 feet they used. Osa M won't give me any credit even though a 20% overage is normal. I'm out $2793.39 and got nothing for it.
