I had this Company come out to fix my furnace on 02/03/2022 because I have a contract through Homeserve. The guy they sent had no clue on how to even start the furnace let alone fix. He burned up the transformer and said he’d be back the next day to fix it and the next day called and said he wasn’t coming. My wife and I are disabled seniors and we had no heat in the house at all. I would never let this company into my home again.
