Unconfirmed payments
I paid $242 which is £190.87 for my passport renewal on Friday, the 26/01/2024 and was debited instantly. The payment was authorised on Monday 29/01/2024. However, my application is still showing that I have not paid. I called your customer service but was blocked after the person at the other end pretended not hear me.
I need help to sort out this issue. Attached is by dashboard as it is currently is, the transaction code, and a screenshot of my bank statement, circling in red this particular transaction.
Let me also add that I emailed your complaint email address but have not received any update.
Fraudulent company.
I paid for passport but could not get a date to go into the passport office and could not get a refund. I called the phone number listed on the website to request a refund, a guy answered said he could not hear me and disconnected. I called the same number back so many times but my number seemed blocked as I could not reach the line anymore, my phone showed user busy each time I called back...

I filled a passport application and paid for it (don’t understand why we need to pay before we can see available passport dates) but since I am only in the United States for a limited time I didn’t find a date I can attend early enough as a business woman. Visa payment done twice
I paid twice for a VISA. I sent a proof that my account was debited but was never reimboursed and the company does not send any proof that they did not receive the money. This is the email I received from your service.

Disappointing service and troubling refund policies
I am disheartened to write this review following a frustrating experience with the visa service. The company seems to enforce vague and perplexing refund policies. If for any reason, you end up not proceeding with the visa, they offer no straightforward option for a refund.
Communications have been far below par. Requests for clarification or assistance are met with a generic link to their refund policy webpage, devoid of any personalized explanation. The lack of transparency and meaningful dialogue feels unsettling, creating an unhelpful and frustrating environment for customers.
The overall conduct of the company is alarming, with elements that hint at possible fraudulent activities. It's surprising and concerning that such a service is utilized for official visa applications.

Passport fee
I paid US $142 for a passport renewal on May 28th 2023 and 2 days after I had to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance that I can't put here.
I contacted "Innovate1" for a refund and they straight up decline my refund. Its mentally exhausting to imagine how Nigeria hopes to clean up corruptive practices if a company like this is allowed to represent them outside of their shores. I have read comments upon comments on this blog. I can only hope that someone can help to push to ensure these concerns are addressed; or multiple customers complaint watchdog reads this and push for an enquiry on why this "scam" is been allowed. When no service is offered, none whatsoever, how could they decided its their policy not to refund. In my opinion it's an absolute total madness of highest order for an organization to carry on scot-free doing business like this.

Innovate poor service
I honestly think Innovate is a fraud. Is there any other way to pay to renew a Nigerian passport? I've had the same experience as others. Paid up to 4 times using different cards but it bounces back, payment is pending in my account. When I contacted them they don't even address the issue. They said I should check with my bank. What a poor customer service.

Passport renewal application
This company's payment portal is absolutely rubbish and for the life of me I simply cannot understand why the Nigerian government has to employ such a useless company to process its payments.
I applied for a passport renewal online on the Nigerian immigration services portal and completed my application on the 19th of April 2023 and went to the payment section, gave in my debit card details and pressed pay and nothing happened, an error message came up saying there had been an error and that the payment didnt go through and I would have to pay again. Being of a suspicious nature I decided to first check with my bank and sure enough the bank informed me that the payment had been debited from my account to Innovate1 pay, I sent an email to Innovate1 as you can only email them, another reason to be suspicious of this company, and explained to them what had happened and that my account had been debited and could they please sort this out that I can continue with my passport renewal, they got back to me on the 20th of April and after much back and forth writing emails they asked me to provide them with all my application and payment details including proof of payment and I emailed them back including a screenshot of my bank account showing the transaction details and since then I have no longer heard from them.

Please I paid for a Visa twice , that was Entry Visa from Uganda to Nigeria(Paid $112 on 7th December 2022,App ID 5894005, Reference number [protected]) which could not be processed due to technical issues at the Nigerian embassy as i was told. I was therefore advised to apply and pay for Visa on arrival (which i did on 20th December 2022, Application ID 431309, Reference Number [protected], Amount $112) and then ask for a refund of the earlier payment made on 7th. I have followed up after the end of 5-7 weeks refund period but in vain,refund ticket 184619.

I have try to purchase online visa
On Tuesday 14 March I have try to purchase a visa online to travel to Nigeria for holidays. The money was taken from my account sum of £211.05 and £6.20 for non sterling fees.but on websites my visa is saying unpaid. But I have received a email about the purchase and was sent an application num and reference number. Using these number to enter to book an appointment they said they are invalid. I have try on serval occasions to reach out to innovate 1 service threw phone calls are by email but fail to get connected with them and they have not reply back to email about this product. About my friend visit visa
My friend Mr Kyle Connor applied for a visit visa from UK to Nigeria on the 14th of march he paid $211.05 the money was debited from his account but on the website it says unpaid when he tried to enter the application number 5924939 and reference number ID [protected] the code saying invalid when he tried to book an appointment the service number [protected] please what is he going do about this? I am unable to make payments for my passport on this platform.
I registered my visa card on the innovate platform on the 12th of January 2023 and I duly received a mail stating that my card has been approved on the 13th of January 2023 but each time I try to make payments for the renewal of my passport on the platform the payment is not processed; I just logged out and I have to login and start the process again with no results.
I had tried to reach out on the email ([protected]@innovate1services.com) that is provided on the home page but it does not work.
Desired outcome: Please fix your payment platform so we don't have to go through this kind of ordeal to renew our documents since the Nigerian government will not provide us with an alternative.
This is very frustrating. I can understand why I cannot make payment for my passport.
If you have any problems, try a Bank of America master card. I also tried severally with my NFCU card but it wouldn't go through until I tried a friend's BoA card and it worked on first try. On the consulate's website, I saw that they mentioned that BoA cards may not work but it worked for me, so try it, and good luck!
I have been experiencing the same problem. My card was approved January 9 and to this day they keep sending stupid responses and closing the tickets as "fixed" without fixing the problem.
Customer care is terrible and they are clearly incompetent.
Update: If you are still having problems, call +[protected]. There is a nice American lady who has stepped in to cover the rank incompetence of the organization. She helped me complete the process. There definitely is something wrong with their Innovate1 payment platform.
Please can you share with me the number you called to get this issue resolved. I have been experiencing the same problem since November 2022 - I have been trying to pay for a passport renewal, each time I smoothly go through my bank authentication, and it goes back to Innovate 1's home-page ...then NOTHING..- I intend to travel in 10 days time.. Payment not approved
I applied for my passport renewal. I had to register the creditcard. They are not approving the creditcard. I need a Swedish creditcard, its the only way. But I do not live in Sweden. However, the only way to renew a passport whilst living in Denmark is Sweden. Innovate is not approving the creditcard: how do I know renew my passport before it expires? I cannot call them. No contact information. I have emailed them.

Find attached the response I keep receiving everytime I try, have used different laptops, browsers and even my phone, I still get same response,
