please reopen payment. fruster has collected my money since i filled my account number and code . i ve los over 300euros. please i ve read alot of complain about your payment process. please i beg zou to change payment process. this is too much. there so many simpler payments method available in internet.
fraudulent transactions on my account
I visited your website on the 12th May to make a payment for my Nigerian passport renewal. In the course of being on the page, my payment card details were declined for all the 3 cards I attempted to use until I found an alternative payment option.
To my wildest surprise, by the 14th/15th a number of fraudulent transactions totalling over £12, 000 were made on thesame 3 cards and extremely disappointed I have been put in this position.
The issues have been reported to all my banks and currently under investigation. There is a very high chance your website leaked my card details to the wrong hand and this is a serious breach I am taking up with the financial conduct.

Run from INNOVATE 1 SERVICES. The staff promised to help people to renew the passports. My friend has filled the form and waited for the response. While he waited, he have paid huge amount of money to these guys. They only said to wait and didn’t give any estimated time or date. My friend wasted money, time and he still didn’t get the passport.
Hi i booked an appointment and i was overcharged. i saw 162cad while booking the appointment but when i saw my bank charges i saw 225.72cad

They steal your money and let you know there is nothing you can do about it. This is not a company but an association of criminals!
We were charged twice for a visa to Nigeria. Although we had several assurances from Innovate that the amount will be refunded. 8 months later we are still waiting for the refund.
[censored] this service. They are a fraud! this is suppose to be connected to a official agency is ridiculous.
These people are fraudsters. They have also refused to refund my money after paying a visa and not receiving it. I plan to launch a class action suit in the US. I have been trying to make payment on this rubbish innovate1 platform twice. it keeps declining and even debiting my bank without remitting and my portal shows application pending.
the most embarrassing thing is that there is no one to call and their customer service is so useless as you can only mail them.
I paid $142 for my passport renewal using my bank card. Whilst the Money was Debited From My Bank Account, However, the Immigration portal Status for me shows Unpaid Application.
This is after four days of making payment. This is very frustrating to me as I am unable to make further progress with with my appointment at the embassy.
