Hi
I made payment for the issuance of a new e-standard passport (32 pages) via this company as it is the supplied site for paying for a new passport. I went to the supposed embassy that handles consular services which is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was informed that issuance of new passports for adult Nigerians had been discontinued. I wrote an email to innovate1 services asking for the refund of my money, they replied asking for the proof of payment of which I supplied. Only for them to respond with a new email that they cannot refund my money to me after the services I paid for has not been provided. I need the refund of my money.
This is not yet resolved, I just got an email from innovate1 services that my request has been closed. This is ridiculous when the company has not refunded my $106 for services not provided.

I paid for a renewal passport for me and my family on the 16th of March, 2020 with an interview to be held on the 7th of December but our names did not appear on the list at the embassy. I did a new application [Appl.ID: [protected], Ref.#: [protected]] with correct information [Emekuku].
