Horrible orginization to work with
Horrible orginization to work with. Untimely response and do not pay for services rendered. Its been three months and they owe me money and I cant get a response. STAY FAR AWAY.
I've been working with them for a few years now, but I recently finished three signings and had to bug them for payment
I've been working with them for a few years now, but I recently finished three signings and had to bug them for payment. Eventually, they paid up, but now my bank has hit me with a fee for each payment - a NSF fee! Can you believe it? All three checks bounced!
I did a signing for Coast2Coast Signings on 12/19 up in Omak, WA for a Partial Claim-Quicken for $200 and it's now Jan 29, 2021
I did a signing for Coast2Coast Signings on 12/19 up in Omak, WA for a Partial Claim-Quicken for $200 and it's now Jan 29, 2021. I have left several messages for them to get back to me, and I have sent out more than 1 invoice. I still haven't received payment. This is a HORRIBLE company to work for.

I no this is generally a forum for complaints and low reviews, however, I am a Notary Signing Agent, and I have completed many signings for Coast2Coast. Whenever I have had a question about payment or anything else they have been very responsive. They have never dinged my pay or shorted me. I have have been paid in full by them for all of the signings that I have completed for them. I hope this review provides another side to the story.
I did some jobs for Coast 2 Coast Signings since last year and everything was fine until now
I did some jobs for Coast 2 Coast Signings since last year and everything was fine until now. I did two signings for them in January 2022. They did send me payments on Feb 23rd 2022, but both got returned, and my bank charged me fees for those bad checks. I tried calling and emailing them many times, but I haven't gotten any response or new payment yet... It's becoming a really bad experience for me. I did the work quickly for them, but now I'm just waiting for my payment and fees... I should have checked their reviews before accepting any jobs... Lesson learned!
They scammed a beginner
They scammed a beginner. I had 2 signings with them and I forgot a stamp. They sent me a form already filled out for me to stamp and send. NNA said it's against WA state law to send the new certificate without the original. They threatened me by saying I won't get any more signings. Second signing they forgot to upload Lenders docs and blamed me for not telling them. I said it's only my second signing ever and I don't know what's included. They took me off the order and gave me $25 for printing fees. I got $0 from the first signing. I notarized 9 documents in total and this company needs to pay me for my service! The worst part is they probably BLACKLISTED me from SnapDocs.
I done 5 orders with Coast2Coast Signings and all orders were 100% satisfaction, no issues
I done 5 orders with Coast2Coast Signings and all orders were 100% satisfaction, no issues. Now it's time for payment on 2 orders, one is 47 days since order closed and other 40 days. They got this weird NET 37 day policy but both orders past that. I called and messaged customer service and got no where. I emailed accounting and owner info they gave me many times, got one response with wrong info. Still no payment. It's sad that I gotta chase around and waste my time following up so many times even though I gave amazing service. Let's see if I can even get paid for the two or any of the remaining 3...
I did a signing for Coast 2 Coast on 8/15 order #XXXXX for witch they sent me a check in December for half of the fee with no explanation
I did a signing for Coast 2 Coast on 8/15 order #XXXXX for witch they sent me a check in December for half of the fee with no explanation as to why. Completed another signing on 8/22 order #XXXXX still haven't been paid left several emails and no reply. Completed another signing on 12/16 order #XXXXX this was the second time I went to this signing because it was a two part signing and the first notary messed up so I haven't been paid for either times I went out. No response to my emails or invoices. I completed these jobs and expect to be paid. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Communication is key and they don't have that. If you hire me to do a job and I do the job uphold your end and pay me.
What an ABSOLUTE Horrible company to work for!
I don't like the reviews for this company
I don't like the reviews for this company. I did a job for them and was supposed to be paid $37. They sent the payment by email and told me to print it and deposit it using my phone. Even though I was unsure about it, I went ahead and did it. My bank flagged me for trying to deposit a bad check, so I had to prove that it was actually sent to me by forwarding the email with the check. They still said they couldn't verify it. I created a Checkbook Io account to deposit the check into my account, and I have been emailing the sender, but I haven't heard anything back. I just want the check to be canceled and re-issued so that I can get paid. Since then, I have received three job offers from this company, but I declined all of them. They offered $30 for a modification, but I declined without making a counter offer. They sent it back twice, increasing the offer to $45 and then $75. So don't be afraid to ask for what you deserve! I declined because if they won't pay the $60 that they owe me, I don't plan on finding out if they will honor any other payments.
I been workin' for Snapdocs Coast to Coast 'bout two years now and they always been fair 'bout payin' me my payment after 30 days
I been workin' for Snapdocs Coast to Coast 'bout two years now and they always been fair 'bout payin' me my payment after 30 days. But this month, they decided they wanna hold back one of my payments for an assignment I did on April 15. I reached out to 'em 'bout it and they told me to contact the company on the loan documents. I never done this before, but I want my payment. It's bad enough they make you wait 30 days for the payment, and then after 30 days, you gotta reach out to 'em 'bout it and they know they ain't paid you yet. So, I called the company and they said they pay Snapdocs every week for whatever loans Snapdocs process for 'em for notary services. This ain't right, 'cause number one, Snapdocs makin' us notary publics wait 30 days or more for payment, when they get paid every week from different escrow companies. Like I said, 'til now, they been pretty good 'bout payin' me after 30 days, but now, they wanna take the little money I get from the notary assignment. Help us Lord!
Coast-2-Coast signed me up for a last minute notary signing appointment, but when I printed the documents from my portal, they turned out to be
Coast-2-Coast signed me up for a last minute notary signing appointment, but when I printed the documents from my portal, they turned out to be the wrong ones. They actually belonged to the seller, not the buyer. David, the person in charge, accused me of having the correct documents and promptly removed me from the signing. However, I still have the documents I received. I decided to call the buyer back, who was patiently waiting for me to complete the assignment before leaving town. Surprisingly, he informed me that there was another notary involved, which I had no knowledge of, and that this other notary had also failed to keep an earlier appointment with him because she claimed she didn't have his documents either. This whole situation wasted over an hour of my time as I tried to resolve the problem, all while the buyer was anxiously waiting to depart. Unfortunately, Coast-2-Coast didn't offer any apologies for their mistake; they simply removed me from the file, leaving me with an unresolved status. Despite my latest email and phone call today, they haven't done anything to rectify their error. Now, my notary profile has negative information, which is negatively impacting my business. If they don't fix this issue soon, I will have no choice but to take legal action. Tomorrow, I plan on contacting NNA and SnapDocs to see if they can remove this company's signing from my profile. Additionally, I have already blocked Coast-2-Coast from sending me any more requests for Certified Notary Signing Agent assignments.
I recently got my notary certification
I recently got my notary certification. Coast 2 Coast Signings sent me a signing gig the other day, and I said yes. I made an appointment with the client for 6 pm. By 5:45 pm, I still hadn't gotten the documents I needed to finish the signing. I contacted the client to explain and said sorry because I couldn't make the appointment and had to reschedule. I told him I couldn't reach the company to get the documents sent to me. He said he had the same problem. We agreed to reschedule for the next day. I sent an email to Coast 2 Coast to let them know we had to reschedule because they hadn't sent any documents for the appointment. They replied saying it was okay and they would tell the escrow company about the change. The next morning, to my surprise, they took the job away from me and gave it to another notary! How is it my fault that your company can't send documents fast enough for someone to be on time for an appointment? Very unprofessional. I also have another signing scheduled for Christmas Eve, and I still haven't gotten the documents for that. So, I asked to be taken off this assignment. Another notary warned me not to work with Coast 2 Coast because they don't pay well. Now I see that this company is very disorganized and not professional at all. I won't be accepting any more jobs from them.

I had a transaction with Coast 2 Coast Signings on March 24, 2023
I had a transaction with Coast 2 Coast Signings on March 24, 2023. The order number was ***. I completed loan signings for them and was told to wait for 30 days or more to receive payment. However, I haven't heard back from them regarding my payment despite my inquiries.
They keep bugging me, offering jobs nonstop
They keep bugging me, offering jobs nonstop. I've told everyone from their company to never bother me again, I block all their numbers, but they keep calling me from new ones, sending texts and emails at all times, and they won't quit.
I got 2 invoices from August and I ain't heard nothin' back from 'em
I got 2 invoices from August and I ain't heard nothin' back from 'em. I done sent 'em a bunch of emails and invoices since then, but they ain't responded. It ain't 'bout the money, it's 'bout the principle. They hired me to do a job, and I did it. I used my own stuff like paper, toner, gas, and my time, and they ain't even bothered to acknowledge my emails or invoices. All I want is to get paid now. If I hired someone to do a job and they did it, I'd pay 'em like I said I would.

I took a notary signing with this company and boy, do I regret it
I took a notary signing with this company and boy, do I regret it. I finished the signing way back in March 2023 and up until now, I still haven't gotten paid. I've called them a bunch of times, but all they do is say they'll shoot an email to accounting and promise to call me back in 24 hours. Well, guess what? Nobody ever calls back. And now when I call, they don't even bother picking up the phone. According to their policy, payments are supposed to be automatic, but that's a load of baloney. I'm starting to think this company is a total scam, ripping off honest notaries like me. I ain't ever accepting another signing from them, and I'm dead set on suing them for their false claims.
I did a signing for C2C through Notary dash and got a perfect 5-star rating, meaning no mistakes or deductions
I did a signing for C2C through Notary dash and got a perfect 5-star rating, meaning no mistakes or deductions. But they still haven't paid me for the signing. I've reached out to them multiple times, and they told me I needed to sign up for a third-party payment portal called *** to receive payment through echeck. It's been over 60 days, and I still haven't received payment. The last message I got said that the accounting department would contact me within 2-4 business days, but it's been 15 days and I haven't heard anything. I sent another message, but now they're not responding. They also pay very little for notary fees, and it's unacceptable to ignore payment for the services I provided.
I haven't been paid for two Orders# XXXXXX & XXXXXX
I haven't been paid for two Orders# XXXXXX & XXXXXX. C2C terms are Net 30; Order# XXXXXX was done on 8/7 and Order# XXXXXX was done on 8/13. I've sent lots of emails and phone messages (over 10). I emailed the owner *** Accounting and general *** but got no replies. If someone would just contact me, it wouldn't have gotten to this point. You hired me to do a service, which I did. I used my own paper, tone, gas, and time, and you haven't even acknowledged my emails or phone calls. I just wanna get paid. "If I hired someone to do a service and they did what they were hired to do, I would pay them as promised." This post is like so many before.
They never paid me after I finished a job for their company
They never paid me after I finished a job for their company. I've tried many times to get the money. I have 21 years of experience in the notary loan business. I completed a job for them, but they removed me from it when I refused to go on a second trip for such a low payment. When I went out the first time, I noticed some missing paperwork from the title company and let them know. The owner became really rude on the phone when I told them I couldn't go back for such a low price. I've had other situations with them that made me think they might have too much work. They told the title company they paid me, but they never did. They removed me from the job after I went out so they wouldn't have to pay me.
On a certain day, I was supposed to complete a signing for Coast 2 Coast signing services
On that day, I was supposed to complete a signing for Coast 2 Coast signing services. Their directions and signing appointment were unclear from the start. I received an email stating that I could print out the documents, yet I didn't have an address for the signer until later! I was hesitant to proceed because Coast 2 Coast's payment for the work was too low. When I expressed my reluctance to complete the signing, they became irate. I insisted on being compensated for printing fees as my materials and time are valuable. When I first reached out, they tried to reply with an email. Upon calling back, I was hung up on! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.
I done a few jobs for Notary Dash aka Coast 2 Coasting signings for Notary Services
I done a few jobs for Notary Dash aka Coast 2 Coasting signings for Notary Services. I had to ask for payment for all but 1 of my orders so far. But I did 2 orders and still haven't got the $30 for each job, which adds up to $60. I did one job on November 23, 2022, and the other on December 1, 2022. They say they'll pay on the Friday between the 31st and 37th day after the job is done. But it's been way longer than that for both these orders. I asked them many times when I'll get paid, but they don't give me an answer. They keep saying my message went to accounting. Look at the pictures I attached of the printouts for each order.
I rented a conference room for a signing
I rented a conference room for a signing. In the middle of it, the client tells me that some documents are incorrect. So, we reschedule for me to print the corrected pages. We meet again, sign the correct documents, and go our separate ways. The next day, I receive a call from the TC. I made a mistake when printing the new documents. I told her that I would have them re-sign if necessary. She said she would let me know. On the signing website, my fee went from $150 to $40. I called C2C and they told me to email instead of calling to find out why the fee was reduced. I emailed C2C and then noticed that my fee had been reduced to zero. I never received a response. I sent an invoice and didn't get a response. I wasn't told to print the entire set of documents. I only reprinted the forms that had changes, which I've done in many signings. I made an extra trip, printed more documents due to their mistake, made another trip because they missed a page, and my fee was reduced to zero when most of the mistakes weren't mine.
I did a signing for this company in March, it's been way over 30 days, I've reached out about my payment, but no one has responded
I did a signing for this company in March, it's been way over 30 days, I've reached out about my payment, but no one has responded. I've reached out at least 3 times in the past week and a half, asking about getting paid for a signing I did on 3/6. They usually pay their notaries 30 days after the signing on Fridays. It's now 4/20 and I still haven't been paid, and no one has responded to my texts, emails, or calls about when I'll get paid for order *** ($75) on 3/6. Also, I'm now due another payment because it's been more than 30 days since I did the signing on 3/16, order *** ($50). I've done a few signings for Coast 2 Coast in the past few months and they always paid me on time, but lately, it's been hard to get in touch with them. I just want to get paid for the work I did for them. *** Notary Public / Loan Signing Agent.
I got contacted by notary Dash Prestige notaries after becoming a signing agent
I got contacted by notary Dash Prestige notaries after becoming a signing agent. I accepted my first order on March 24th and called the signer to set up an appointment. We agreed on March 27th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at his home. I went to his home, completed the signing, collected all the documents, and shipped them overnight. I finished the assigned signing and the signer's fee was $90. I sent the invoice to the accounting email as instructed and received a reply confirming that they received the invoice for processing. I then emailed the accounting department again to ask for an ETA of payment, but I didn't get a response. I called and left messages and voicemails, but still no response and no payment. This is not good business in my opinion, especially as a businesswoman. I just want to be paid for the work and travel I did, as promised through notary *** AKA Prestige notaries. I reached out to *** who initially contacted me about this issue via text, but I didn't get a response. I called her and left a voicemail. Today, on April 17th, I tried calling her again and sending a text message, only to find out that the phone number is no longer in service or has been changed. I think I've been scammed by this company, and it's really heartbreaking that they would do this to someone like me. So, if you could kindly reach out to me to resolve this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. I would love to continue doing business, but I can't with this outcome. I have several screenshots and emails as evidence, but I hope I don't have to use them. I just want to get paid for the job I did, like anyone else.
I did a signing for Coast 2 Coast Signings and had some issues with the process
I did a signing for Coast 2 Coast Signings and had some issues with the process. They asked me to sign the dates on the 30th for the 25th, even though I had already reprinted and resized the documents because they said it needed fixing four days later. I couldn't do it that evening, so I asked the signer to do it the next day and reached out to a representative named ***. She said I could do the signing and that's all I could do given my situation. The next day, another representative claimed it was a correction and not a backdate of how I signed. I talked to my NNA representative and they informed me that according to Washington state law, this is considered backdating and is illegal. The manager, ***, and the representative, ***, told me the next day that I should have initialed it, which was false. So, I had to turn in the documents and was treated very rudely. I got cut off and need to be fixed. This was the original message: "PLEASE USE ORIGINAL SIGNING DATE AND SCAN BACK (OR TEXT to***) ANY SIGNATURE AND/OR NOTARIZED PAGES BEFORE SHIPPING ASAP. Receiving the scan is often as important as receiving the original, so please take clear complete phone pics before shipping." The signer and I signed on the 30th. I got a call the next morning after submitting the scanbacks and they told me I had to change the date again. Then, I got a call back from another representative stating that the documents needed to be redrawn since I had done this on the 30th after messaging them about the soonest it needed to be in. I messaged and called, but only got a response from Susan wasting my time. I had to take a trip out just to get this signed, only to find out hours later that they needed to be redrawn. With another company I worked with, I had similar questions and Miles B. signed on the dates they said, not the previous ones when redoing documents.
I'm a notary signing agent and I agreed to do a job for Coast 2 Coast
I'm a notary signing agent and I agreed to do a job for Coast 2 Coast. I did everything they asked, but they won't pay me. Coast 2 Coast Signings ("C2C") asked me to do a Notary Signing Agent Assignment less than 24 hours before an appointment on January 26. I printed over 200 sheets of paper with confidential client info, organized it, and went to the appointment on time and dressed professionally. But because of C2C's mistakes, the client didn't sign the documents. I wasted over 4 hours of my own time, including a one-hour drive to the appointment. Besides the cost of ink and paper, I had to throw away the wrong documents. Now they won't pay me anything. - We agreed on a fee of $150, which included $75 base pay and $75 for this specific job. - The address they gave me was wrong, over a mile from the actual signing. Calling the client and changing my route could have made me late. - When I got there, the customer saw the documents were wrong. They called their loan officer, who confirmed the mistake. The order wasn't supposed to go out until the next day. The loan amount, funds due, and other details were all wrong. - The loan officer told the customer I would be compensated for coming to the appointment. - They didn't fix the order for almost two weeks. During that time, they tried to take $40 from my pay, then added it back by mistake. I asked them to close the order and pay me what I earned. I also told them to send a new order for the next signing. C2C refused, saying they would provide new documents. - They used the $40 fee because that's what they usually pay if the client refuses to sign. But in this case, it's C2C's mistake, not the client's fault. - Out of nowhere, almost two weeks later, C2C tried to make me redo the signing on Monday, February 8. I told them I wanted to renegotiate the fee since they messed up the first time and I wanted to make sure I'd get paid. - C2C responded by taking me off the job, cutting my fee to $40 on 2/8, and removing me as a trusted notary. - As of Tuesday, February 9, they removed my fee completely. C2C won't even pay me the $40 non-signing fee. They're never available by phone, and I have no way to fix this. I'm a single mom trying to pay my bills. I can't afford to do this specialized work and not get paid.
They were supposed to send mortgage mod notarized papers to my bank, and sent them to the wrong place. My bank then put my house in foreclosure and now my credit is destroyed. Don't use this company if you want any work done properly.
