I was very pleased with the attention and response the Sunesta team provided for our recent purchase and installation of our patio awning. A personalized sales visit, prompt and helpful installation by Derek and Chris, and we appreciated Ryan's response to our questions on the use of our awning. We look forward to using our newly shaded patio once again.

We had a new awning installed 6/18. The sales rep, Mike Smith, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He helped us pick out the perfect color. The installers, Dan H. and Jared, did a fantastic job as well. They obviously knew what they were doing. They were personable, very helpful and fast! I would definitely recommend them. We love our new awning!

We were very pleased with both the Sunesta Awning salesman and installers (they have their own, in our case, Derrick and Chris). Everyone expertly answered all our questions and explained the product's features. Very happy with the quality, choices of colors, and options. The south-facing deck was virtually unusable before, but I can now say to the sun, "Bring it!"

Last summer we had a Sunesta awning installed on the front of our house and this week we had our second one installed off the back. Our sales rep, John, was friendly, easy to work with and clearly knew his product. Our installers, Derrick and Dan H, were early, worked quickly, were friendly and happily interacted with my very helpful puppy. I would recommend the Sunesta awnings as well as the above mentioned team to anyone!

Just got my new shade for my back patio today and I love it. And by the way, it was delivered early? When was the last time that happened. Dan H and Derrick were awesome installers and by the way, they were early! I see a trend that this company under promises and over delivers which is so refreshing when it comes to time lines and products. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to add comfort and shade to their outdoor spaces.

Great service and follow-up on the installation of our awning. The sales process was thorough and comfortable. Great follow-up throughout. The installation date was a bit earlier than expected which was wonderful. The two technicians (Chris and Derrick) who installed the awning arrived early for their appointment which is rare in today's business world. They were efficient and spent time showing us the details of how the awning worked. A great experience from beginning to end.

Chris and John were early to the installation which was great, since we didn't have to wait wondering when they would arrive. They were polite, professional and even took the time to get to know our dog so they could install the awning and we didn't have to lock him up. They asked and confirmed where we wanted the awning, asked about the degree of drop and showed us how to operate both the remote and manual extension and retraction. Recommend them if you are looking for an awning.

Quality Product! I want to send a huge "Thank you" to the Sunesta crew. The hardest part of the whole process was picking a fabric choice style. The man who came to help us learn of the quality, fabric and of the Sunesta company was super nice. They are very knowledgeable of quality awnings. Very speedy and clean installing the product. Our second installation and we're elated! Sunesta installers are concise, professional and exacting in their work. We have a heavy solar load on our lake home back porch making it unbearable and unusable almost every spring, summer and early fall day. Literally the storm door handle becomes too hot to touch. Our new solar shade from Sunesta is the perfect solution! We have been so pleased with our retractable power awning on our front deck, we knew we'd get the right product from Sunesta.

Extremely happy with the recent installation of our new Sunesta awning for our deck. Dan H. and John S. arrived on-time and immediately got to work. They also finished up their work within the timeframe they provided prior to starting. They walked through the operations of the awning and considerations such as rain and wind impacts. Our family ended up eating dinner on our deck that night, using our new awning. It worked perfectly, providing shade from the afternoon/evening sun. Very happy with the purchase so far.

We were very happy with our entire experience from sales through installation! John Warner was very helpful. He gave us the time needed to select our awning, he took the time needed to answered all of our questions. Derrick and Chris did a great job with installation. They arrived at the time we set and took the time to make sure they were installing our awning where we had talked about. They answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate our awning. I recently purchased a townhome that happened to come with a retractable awning. The awning had seen better days and was in desperate need if replacing so when I saw the Sunesta ad, I decided to give them a call. I most certainly glad I did! Salesman Jim did a great job making sure I knew what all my options were and made sure all my questions were answered. When it came time for my beautiful, custom new awning to be installed, Chris and Dan H. did a fantastic job! We are very, VERY happy with our awning. We've always enjoyed sitting out on our deck but the sun would drive us inside before we really wanted to head in. No more! :-) The whole process was very smooth and very professional. The sales rep (John) was very knowledgeable and understanding of all of our questions. The installers, Derrick and Dan H, showed up on time and were here only an hour. Very professional. We could not be happier with our choice of awnings and the color choice we made perfectly compliments the house. An additional benefit of the awning we did not anticipate is it just makes the deck feel cozier. It's odd, but that's the feeling we get. We LOVE it!

From start to finish, absolutely outstanding. With one phone call we had an appointment set up for a sales rep to come to our home in just a few days. Mike M did an great job explaining the product, company, process etc. He showed us many options/samples and there was no way we weren't going to go with Sunesta. And yes, we had looked at a competitor. Well, the awning arrived almost a month early and was just installed today 6/24. Derrick and Dan H were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very good at responding to all questions in detail. Great experience and worth the little extra $$$$. We were referred to Sunesta and John Warner from a neighbor who had one installed and they loved it. John contacted us quickly and was easy to work with. He walked through all the options and their associated cost. His estimated delivery date was within a couple of days of our installation date. Pretty awesome when you consider current supply chain issues. The installers, Chris and Jared were great in that they came early and worked quickly while also taking the time to walk me through the set up and use of the unit. We have a winter home in Florida and were familiar with Sunesta as well as the competition. We know that if the product can handle the weather in Florida, it should be able to handle our little winding spot on the plains of Minnesota.
