Not worth the money
Not worth the money. No difference in my dogs who were healthy to begin with. I tried Dinovite for my pups, but it didn't do squat. They were already fine, and this stuff didn't make any changes. Waste of cash, if you ask me.

Don't expect a refund if your puppy doesn't like it! I contacted them three times about my refund, and they said it was refunded to the payment method I used, but I never received any refund! I asked three times for the date when I could expect the refund, but they never answered.

This company is the worst! I ordered from them in 2017, returned the supplements, and they completely scammed me with their refund policy. They didn't give me back the full amount, and they didn't refund the taxes or shipping either. On top of that, I had to pay for the return shipping myself. Now, I'm stuck with a measly $2.00 credit that dinovite refuses to give back to me. I will never buy anything from them again! It's been 4 years and they still haven't resolved this issue. They are absolutely terrible. dinovite doesn't even deserve a single star!

What a scam! I orderd 90 days worth for $90. In these trying times I cant afford to loose this kind of money. I have an american bully named Trip. Best dog ever. I actually didnt need to supplement him but he doesnt eat regularly. So I thought I would try it. I read the directions and put about a quarter scoop in his food. He smelled it and turned away. He didnt eat for 2 days! I thought he didnt trust the food or something. Flat out he was hungry and literally ate around it. I wrote them and they reply to try other ways. He will not eat it. So if he doesnt like it- and he eats a variety of dog foods- something is wrong. I will post their reply next. Charli

I bought Dinovite for my dog
I bought Dinovite for my dog. Dinovite got a money back guarantee. I did all the stuff they asked for the refund. Then I did what they said and sent back the "empty box" with UPS Ground, but I had to pay for it. Dinovite emailed me and said they approved my refund. But here's the thing, during the time I bought the product and used it for 3 months and sent it back, someone used my card without permission and my bank had to cancel it after checking it out. Now, Dinovite won't give me a refund check. They said they wanted to do a 3-way call with my bank, but that's impossible 'cause of my work hours. Plus, my bank never heard of that and said it wouldn't work. I tried reaching out to Dinovite a bunch of times, but now they won't answer my emails for a whole week. I deserve my refund and it's really bad customer service that they're ignoring me and not giving me a check like I asked.
