Ultimate Pet Nutrition I have been feeding Nutra Complete Beef dog food to my dogs over a full year

I have been feeding Nutra Complete Beef dog food to my dogs over a full year. My big dog likes it a lot and my little dog likes it a little. Although expensive I felt as though I was feeding them highly nutritious and healthy food. For 4 months I fed my BIG Dog only Nutra Complete beef mixed with water. My little dog gets fed another dog food with about 10 pieces of Nutra Complete and a full scoop of Nutra Thrive daily. Recently took both dogs in for blood test & urine tests. Both dogs tested high protein in their urine. Both dogs are seniors but this is the first time they have had high protein content in urine specimens. Not sure if it is because of the Nutra Complete or not but I am going to cut back on feeding that to them for a month and see if any changes occur in their urine specimens. I always have a hard time ordering from UPN online. I have been a VIP customer for over 6 months now but every time I try to place an online order it is as if I am ordering from them for the first time. Having to fill out all info. Including name, address, pet name, etc. What a hassle. However I give them much credit for refunds on purchased products I was not pleased with. They ALWAYS REFUNDED CREDIT BACK TO MY BANK, without any trouble. Like most the products I have tried just concerned about the protein content for my Sr. Dogs.

My 9 year old Australian shepherd loves this food. She gets excited for mealtime, jumping up and down until she gets her bowl; a big change from before. The appearance of her teeth and gums improved, and ease of bowel movements much improved. Overall appearance and energy level much better. I'm a happy pet owner!

My one cat lost some weight and seems to have more energy, the cat really no difference, but he was always active. They are not crazy for the chicken liver treats but they eat them they would rather have Temptations. The drops I guess are helping also. They don't seem to throw up either which really wasn't a problem but would happen from time to time

I tried to leave a review on the companies site, directly. It wasn't posted. They only have complimentary reviews. This further misleads the public and, is dishonest. I am going back to school. To become certified, as a veterinary technician. I have been interested in animal nutrition for decades. I was very impressed by the product, initially. I bought three jars. I was happy to spend the money. The product promised, great improvements. Unfortunately after carefully following the products instructions. My dog became sick, immediately after consuming the product. She vomited multiple times. She was clearly not feeling well. I thought I was going to have to take her, to the emergency veterinary hospital. The company refunded my money. Consumers need to be informed. The vitamin industry is poorly regulated. Adding supplements to your dog's food. Is risky and not recommended by most veterinary practitioners. Minimal nutritional requirements, exist to varying degrees in all dog foods. Fat soluble vitamins can quickly build up in your dog's system, creating toxicity. If you really want to improve your dog's health. See a board certified veterinary nutritionist. Fresh food is better. It is not possible, to improve the quality of a poor quality food. I feel this company makes claims, which do not consistently occur in every dog.

My dog Pablo loves this food and I use it to supplement his regular food that I give him.His regular food is a hydrolyzed protein dog food but he seems to tolerate this food just as well.

Ultimate Pet Nutrition From the start, my 4 cats have responded well to the Nutra-Thrive powder that I mix in with their wet food

From the start, my 4 cats have responded well to the Nutra-Thrive powder that I mix in with their wet food. I started out with a small amount and gradually increased. Now each gets 1/2 of the spoon measure per meal. I will be increasing it again soon and I plan to continue use on a long-term basis because my cats throw up a lot less often, are very healthy, and their coats are thicker and shinier. I recently started giving Nutra-Bites (chicken liver) that I break into pieces and mix with their dry food, which I serve once every other day in place of their 2 daily wet meals. They liked it from the start, eat it up (do not leave any), and are happier with dry than they used to be. I have never had the slightest problem with ordering or communication re: orders, and I have found communication with this company outstanding. I began by buying a large quantity of Nutra-Thrive in order to get the discounted prices, purely on the basis of what I read about it on the site and because I also asked my long-term vet his opinion, and he said that although he had personally never used it for his own pets, he had many people in his practice who used it for their pets and they had only good things to say about it. I highly recommend this company on the basis of my experience both with the product and with their integrity in handling orders.

Ultimate Pet Nutrition I have an 8 year old Rottweiler named Maddie who was having a lot of digestive problems

I have an 8 year old Rottweiler named Maddie who was having a lot of digestive problems. I thought we were doing the right thing buying her expensive dry kibble but boy were we wrong. She progressively put on weight and became very sedentary. She recently got a bacterial infection and had nonstop diarrhea for a week. We tried everything to help her and ended up taking her to our local vet. I spent hours researching the best diets for our baby. We decided trying a raw diet of meat and veggies but we weren't sure if she was getting all the minerals and nutrients she required. We came across your pod cast on FB and thought we should give it a try. We purchased Nutra Complete beef freeze dried raw dog food. We give Maddie a cup of chicken or beef with some veggies and then We add a cup of Nutra Complete as a topper. We mix the Nutra Complete with a cup of warm water and let it sit for a couple minutes as it makes a gravy. Maddie goes absolutely crazy as we carry her bowl over to where she eats. We have not seen her be this eager to eat anything. So fast forward a couple weeks and Maddie's coat is shiny and she has lost a couple pounds. She is back to playing ball and she is also ready to go for a walk any time we reach for the door. We will continue to use Nutra Complete and actually just added the wild Alaskan salmon to her diet. Thank you so much!

My pup loves it! He used to eat regular dry food and would take over an hour to finish it. He would take one bit at a time, drop it outside of his dish and maybe come back and eat it. Now he doesn't leave his dish until it's all gone!

Our 13 year old lab has had a lot of digestive issues since we rescued her. Recently she started loosing her hair, and had a horrible Oder. I have spent years trying to find a food she liked, that kept her coat nice. For the past two years I have made homemade bone broth to add to her food. When I learned about Ultimate Pet Nutrition I decided to try it as an addictive. She quickly started picking through and leaving her other food in her dish. I now separate the two, she only eats the UPN food. I am switching to all UPN. She smells better, she is still shedding, I hope that will with time two.

My cat, Scarlet, is the healthiest she has ever been! She actually chases her own tail now, because she has so much energy to burn off. It seems to be preventing outbreaks of her skin allergy, also.

On the supplement my pet was experiencing loose stools, I had to purchase products to allevate it. I informed the company. I had to spend out of pocket to correct a problem my dog didn have prior to use of their product. At that time I wrote a positve review of the supplement but noted my issues. After that review I saw where other uses had similar issues with their product and didnt have to send back the jars which is normally a requirement to receive a full refund. I contacted the company and because my pets issues were similar, I asked for a waiver requiring the return of the products jars. The company's reply via email said my pets problem is normal when starting a supplement. I've never heard of such a thing. They refused to allow the waiver. And said, this is why they recommend you get the advice of your vet before starting the supplement. I'm hard pressed to find any mention of that advice on their website and welcome them showing me where that advice is written. If this is an important issue it should be stated up front with the description before the product is purchased. After several emails exchanged they still made the requirement to return the jars but gave eventually gave a refund. If the refund is made in earnest, to satify my complaint here, I'm requiring Ultimate Pet send me an email which relieves me of the requirement to return the jars.

I've NEVER fallen for such a scam in my life! This was marketed FOR CATS! I read all the reviews and all the 4-5 stars were from DOG OWNERS! THE ONE STAR, LIKE I GAVE, IS FROM THOSE WITH CATS BC THEY WON'T EAT IT NO MATTER WHAT! I had just lost my bigboy Gracy and saw this wishing I'd had it for him but I fell for it out of grief thinking I could extend my babygirl, Faith, Gracy's mother several years! I give her medication in her ear to eat and she will STARVE HERSELF BEFORE TOUCHING IT! SHE WON'T EVEN GET CLOSE TO PLATE BEFORE HER EYES START TO CLOSE FROM THE SMELL! She would have nothing do with the treats and bc I, like others are disabled, have very little money to make ends meet and I spent close to 1/2 of my entire monthly checks on this food! I can't even afford to pay the shipping to return it bc I'm still paying on the food! NEVER AGAIN WILL I FALL FOR THIS TYPE OF SCAM AGAIN WHEN IT'S CLEARLY MADE FOR DOGS NOT CATS! I NEED MY MONEY BACK BUT BC I COULDN'T FIND THE PICTURE I TOOK OF THE WEBSITE I VISITED IT'S A FEW DAYS PAST 90! Actually I was very surprised because I had tried to give her I Ams, Purina, Dog Chow, and all kinds of brands and she just would not eat anything that was dry pebbles like, and she did eat table food, I'm assuming that when I rescued her, she had been fed table food, and so I was a bit confused as to what she liked, I did find out she liked bologna, wieners, and fried chicken breast majorly but I was scared to give her any of that food because , there were times she would throw -up afterwards, so I tried to keep her with. I tried to make her soft juicy foods, but she didn't like that, (I guess I'm not a good cook) lol, anyways when I read your book, I said I got to try this, the first thing I did when it arrived I showed her the bag, but she gave me this look, like saying daddy you know I don't like bag food, so I fed her another type of natural food for dogs I had recently tried, she liked it, but she really didn't, its called Nutra Bites from some Natural Company, and she ate it kind of like with a snarl of a smile, so then I gave her a bout 4 of yours, and she ate them she sniffed them out picked them up with her mouth and tossed it over and then went right to it, then I gave her a few of the other bites, and she came up to me trying to open your bag, and I said you like it, and took a few more and served them to her in her little bowl, and she ate them all, but one thing, she does not like them wet thats for sure!

Ultimate Pet Nutrition I have been very pleased with the Nutra Thrive as well as the dog food

I have been very pleased with the Nutra Thrive as well as the dog food. His stool has firmed up dramatically. I am still giving him half of his normal dog food and half of your dog food. I sprinkle half scoop of Nutra Thrive in each meal. He is hyped up come meal time and actually begging for his food. He finishes it within 5minutes, whereas, before w made meal times a game to get him to eat.
He does not like the liver treats at all, so I am out that.
I do have 2 questions: i have not totally switched over to your dog food. My vet says that the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is prone to heart issues, and Bentley has a slight murmur, therefore they absolutely need to have grain incorporated in their diet. His normal food Is a limited ingredient of a single protein and whole brown rice for the grain. All your products are grain free, so my question is,
Does the Nutra Thrive have the supplements necessary for my little guy that takes the place of the nutritional values necessary from the grains for a healthy heart?
Next, you have recently come out with the Prebiotic, Probiotic, Postbiotic supplements. I do have my little guy on a probiotics. My 2nd question is,
Are the supplements for the "triple P's" in the Nutra Thrive? Or do I need to be giving him both the Nutra Thrive and the "triple P"s"? Or switch to just the "triple P"s"?
If you could help me out with my questions, much is appreciated. I really am pleased after just one month of incorporating the food and Nutra Thrive into my little guys diet and the improvement in his overall health and mostly his stool. As with everyone, I only want the best for my fur kid.

I came across this product while searching for probiotics for my dog and after watching the video, like so many others, was amazed at what this product claimed it would do. I ordered one jar and was immediately prompted with a deal that would allow me to get three more jars for a much more reasonable price. The usual selling price is too high in my opinion but I love my dog so I went ahead and ordered the three additional jars because every review on their website was either 4 or 5 stars. Once I received the product I was very careful to slowly introduce it to my dogs usual meal. My dog is very, very food driven and does a dance every time he about to get fed. When I added a pinch the first few times he did not really seem to notice anything was different, but I as I started increasing the amount he became less interested in eating it. This peaked my interest and so I dug deeper into reviews of this product and to my surprise found out it isn't this magical formula it lead so many to believe. I discovered numerous one star reviews of how this product was expired, peoples dogs wouldn't eat it or in some cases even made some dogs ill. So after discovering my dog will not eat this and that the company was not sharing any negative reviews on their site I reached out to their customer service for a refund on the three additional jars I purchased and I was only offered a refund amount for one jar! I bought this product to improve the livelihood of my dog, I am not going to force him to eat something that does not instinctually want to eat. To only offer a refund for one jar when I bought a total of four is absolutely wrong, I cannot afford to spend over one hundred dollars on products that are of no use to my dog.

I had the same issue as Brittany and I agree completely. I have been feeding my little guy the freeze dried Nutra Complete for 3 months now. I decided to try the NutraThrive. Upon placing the order for his usual, I clicked the 3 jars when the pop up appeared, but with the understanding (as online orders work with other businesses ) that I would be able to edit these to 1 jar in my shopping cart BEFORE placing my final order. This was not the case. A few Pop ups later and bam! I was charged $89 for the 3 jars! I immediately reached out to customer service about this and I received an email 24 plus hours later stating my order had already been processed! That's ridiculous! I called and was told I could return them and a shipping label would be sent . They emailed the wrong label. So I called again. Then I get to UPS and was charged $15.03 to ship these. I reached out to customer service once more( 3rd time now) and was told they don't cover shipping. Their website does not mention this, and none of the customer service agents or emails I received mentioned this. I emailed a copy of my UPS receipt asking to please reconsider it as a one time courtesy. The response was to make sure I hold on to my tracking number and this last email says they don't cover shipping. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls now they say this? Their products are guaranteed or return for full refund? their website is designed to screw you into purchasing more than you're willing. The inconvenience and expense of this experience is infuriating! And the fact that as a regular customer they couldn't give a one time refund for the shipping or even a credit for future orders is incomprehensible. I will NOT be buying from them again, and I recommend people considering purchasing for their pets from this company, should look closely before pressing the BUY key on your device . It will cost you more that you expect, guaranteed! And don't be fooled by their
" sincere " response. It' s fake.

Ultimate Pet Nutrition So after reviewing some of the complaints, seems like no one has brought this issue up

So after reviewing some of the complaints, seems like no one has brought this issue up. Now, the product itself & customer service I received I think it deserves a 5-star, however I'm giving this 1 STAR so it can be brought to attention or the correct channel.

We are pet owners from Toronto, Canada. We were very excited to receive the product as we've conducted research about products online for some time, and the high reviews & feedback was what caught our attention. We want to provide what we can to our one and only 5 years old golden retriever.

We placed an order on Feb 18, and have received the product on Mar 13. We have purchased 3 jars. So we noticed on the packaging of all 3 jars - the manufacturing date for this product is dated 11/27 and we are aware the product is good for 18 months based on the reviews/Q&A online. So by the time we've received this product there's only 2-3 more months left until it may not be as effective for use. Now, in general any supplements even consumed by human we can give it a couple more weeks, or another month and it'll still be okay for use upon the expiry date. But given that this was manufactured/made since the end of 2018 and we were already very into Mar 2020, so we've called Ultimate Pet Nutrition to request for replacement. The rep I've spoke to was very understanding. They eventually agreed, and another order was sent to us.

In April , we have finally received the second order, and just when we thought it's resolved, we found out that the manufacturing date for these new 3 jars dated Dec 6, 2018 ! Have these products been sitting in the warehouse for a long time, even though its sealed? We could not believe that they would stock products for this long and sell old, about to expire products to consumers (even it's supposed to be good for 18 months). As a health product, the longer the product sits, the less effective it becomes.

I do hope this can be addressed accordingly, so that other pet owners will not experience the same thing I did in the future. We all want the best for our fur babies.

Ultimate Pet Nutrition I have a [almost] three year old Black Lab/Retriever mix, Lucy, adopted from Southeastern Guide Dogs

I have a [almost] three year old Black Lab/Retriever mix, Lucy, adopted from Southeastern Guide Dogs. She has been on a diet with Turkey as the protein ingredient. This was because her tummy had been warmer to the touch than it should be, according to the Southeastern Guide Dog Vet. We continued with that food, post our adoption of her, at one years old. Since she seems to be fine now, we decided to try this Ultimate Pet Nutrition (UPN) Nutra Complete due to the way it was advertised, and responses from customers as to how their pets enjoyed it. I too have the deterrent of the cost of this food, so, I too, only use it as a topper for her regular dry food. I see no change in her zest for gobbling up the food, from pre to post UPN. Since she enjoys the new diet, and the ingredients of the UPN are great, I'll continue unless something changes. What's contributing to the four stars (I was very close to three) is the support around the product and how UPN responds to posts. As to the support, first, after placing my first order, I had a terrible time getting information on line and getting to my account online. In speaking to someone by phone, I got the impression it no big deal to her, and said I can always talk to someone on the phone. Second, I was feeling I would run out of UPN food prior to the Aug 25th auto ship date. The rep said I would have to delete my PayPal payment for the autoship, and reestablish my account using a credit card. That needs to be fixed. That is not acceptable. I didn't wish to do that, and felt if the product shipped on time, on Aug 25th, I should be fine, and was assured the product would be shipped on time. It's now Aug 30th, and it has yet to be shipped, or notification email noting shipment. I placed an order for Nutra Bites on Aug 28th, and got an email that it was being packaged and prepped for shipment already, on Aug 29. Sill nothing about the Nutra Complete, four days after it was suppose to ship. Lucy does not appear to miss it, however, lol. As for the second issue, responses to reviews, it appears most reviews receive a boilerplate (Cut & Paste) response about pricing, telling posters who are concerned with the high pricing to keep watching the site for discounts. Some of the other concerns within the reviews appear to be just ignored. As an aside, I, perhaps mistakenly, thought the Nutra was Bison meat based off the video advertisement, but arrived as Beef. This was a bit disappointing, but my fault After all is said and done, I'll leave the reluctant four stars, however, management of UPN needs to place more focus managing logistics, website, payment options, and providing custom responses to reviews, even if they are unable to discount pricing, except on rare occasions. I bought Nutra Thrive Canine Supplement directly from the Company after I saw an infomercial touting its benefits with a horse named "Sly." On June 19th, I started adding small amounts of the product by mixing it in with my dog's other food. He is 10 years old and a Jack Russell Terrier/ Chihuahua. Within 3-4 days, I noticed that my dog had black diarrhea. I also noticed that his anal area was red and he was scratching it with his teeth. I immediately took him off the supplement. I thought everything would return to normal. Then on June 29th, i saw that he had red blotches on his flanks and stomach area. (I have pictures, but I do not think that I can attach them here.) ( I did send pictures to the company.) I took him to a vet and the vet diagnosed the problem as an allergic reaction to something. I told him that i had just started feeding him the Nutra Thrive supplement. He concluded that there must have been something in the ingredients that caused the reaction. I was dumbfounded! Anyway, he gave him a cortisone shot, put him on antibiotics for 2 weeks, shaved his stomach and flank area, so I could apply gentacalm on the areas throughout the day and night. My dog is not happy! UNBELIEVABLE! The vet bill was $298.99!. Prior to this event, my dog had never been to a vet for anything other than to get his yearly shots! I would strongly suggest to any dog owner that if your dog develops diarrhea, IN MY OPINION, STOP USING THIS SUPPLEMENT IMMEDIATELY!
I called customer service and asked for a refund because my dog had terrible diarrhea. The woman was very understanding and professional about my request. She immediately set out to give me a refund. I mailed back the jar which was 95% full because I had used very little of the product.
I also sent an Email telling them what had happened and requested that they reimburse me for the vet bill of $398.99. I received a reply from a person who stated that he apologized for the " inconvenience" that the product had caused me and my dog. He calls a $298.99 vet bill and the miserable condition my dog is in an "inconvenience." I wonder what that person would say if the shoe were on the other foot and it was his dog that had the problem.
The following discussion is based upon my opinions.
Of course the standard line that the company always offers is "we always suggest speaking to your preferred veterinarian for the best advice. The infomercial that I saw never said that. If that is their position then EVERY AD THEY RUN SHOULD STATE THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD SEE THEIR PREFERRED PROVIDER BEFORE THEY BUY THE PRODUCT! Of course if they did that they would not ,in my opinion, sell any product because the vet would most assuredly say do not buy the product. The vet would sell them their own product. WHO ARE THEY KIDDING! Their whole business model is to bypass *** vet. IF IT WERE OTHERWISE, THEY WOULD TRY TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT THROUGH THE VET!
The ingredients in Nutra Thrive caused harm to my dog and the company should reimburse me for my vet bill of $298.99. I understand that they do not sell their product to harm pets. That is not their intention. However, when their product negligently causes harm to a pet they are liable for the damages. If they care about pets like they say they do, they should pay up.
A STRANGE THING HAPPENED WHEN I GOT MY REFUND ON JULY 7,2020! The refund was issued by a company called "California Pet Partners." I looked up who runs that company. The name I found was Martin Goldstein. Martin Goldstein is none other than "DR. MARTY' who sells his own line of dog supplements. WHY DID I GET A REFUND FROM DR. MARTY FOR A PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT FROM DR. RICHTER! STRANGE!

They raved about how delicious Nutra Complete was. That every single dog who has ever tried it has loved it and literally inhaled every bite in seconds. They guarantee if not 100% satisfied they will fully refund immediately no questions asked. Well this dog food turned out to be tiny bags of foul smelling weightless powdery chunks. Just add water and they look twice as unappealing and smell twice as bad. I made my dogs wait 8 hours past their regular meal time to make sure they were good and hungry. 4 out of 4 dogs, even after missing a meal, gave it zero stars. It would have to be edible before they could rate it 1 star. I have no doubt all the reviews on their site are fake. If I had checked their website before buying, the disclaimer at the bottom of each review "individual results may vary" would have warned me away. They don't need to tack disclaimers on to real reviews because they can't be held responsible for anything a customer says. True or false. They only need to protect themselves with disclaimers when they themselves are responsible for fabricating a false impression that they KNOW will have many angry customers making accusations of fraud. After reading other reviews on this site, I see their immediate refund no questioned asked guarantee was probably an extreme exaggeration like every other claim. This is the latest thing in competitive marketing. Set up multiple sites and Flood the internet with fake articles. Lies, Lies, and more lies. whatever they have to say to make a sale. They claim it's a high end product marked down 50-75% but its still priced several times over what it's actually worth. They preach a money back guarantee. That it will cost nothing-zero risk to try it so they try several times to upsale you during checkout. Exclusive offer just for you buy more at 70% discount... buy a 10 year supply at 80% off. Wait! for just $700 more... They REALLY pound you over and over again to squeeze as much out of you in the first sale as possible. Because they know the first sale will be their last. They don't expect any returning customers. So they go all out to get everything they can on the first sale. Then you find out it's not really risk free- You can pay to return it and recover 50% of your cost if it ever reaches them. Or you can accept a 60% loss and accept a 40% refund right away. If half their customers opt for instant 40% refund their *** food is so overpriced, they are still raking in huge profits if they only keep 20% of the sales. They have the support of Google and paypal to continue their scam for as long as they please without ever be called into account for the hundreds or thousands of complaints pouring in and the blatant criminal fraud that is obvious to anyone who takes 2 minutes to investigate. Look out for these scumbags they are all over the internet and sell just about anything. Just remember to check for the characteristics I mentioned. Paypals backing means nothing. Their automated so-called buyer protection dispute process is actually instrumental in their scam process. The criminals don't have to lift a finger to defend themselves. Paypals automated dispute process simply ignores everything that you state when you file a dispute. It invalidates every victims complaint for them without ever reading a single word of what happened. Every dispute ends in the criminal's favor. They are even selling books by fraudulently hyping up what amounts to a collection of infomercials in print and trying to pass *** off as fantastic medical breakthroughs or "secret" cure-alls. Truly disgusting. It's time we as consumers stop buying ANY of these products until this rampant *** dies out or legitimate businesses help lead the purging of these *** who are giving all online merchants a bad name.

I purchased a product from this company six months ago and they seem to think I contracted a continuing order. After three months, another large supply was sent and I informed them that I had no further use and to please discontinue service. Today, 7/5 I received an email notice that they "received my order, which I did not send and were charging my card on file about *** for a product I do not want or need.

I returned the product 2/24. Still have not heard from company after multiple emails requesting a refund. I changed my mind and decided I did not want the product. I requested a RMA from the company, they emailed to me. I took the unopened package to the Post Office and shipped back. It arrived 2/24. I still have not received any communication from the company. I attempted to cancel within hours of ordering and I just want my money back. It has been 2 weeks. They have a 30 day guarantee and the product was returned within 3 weeks.

I would like a refund per the warranty I purchased Nutri Thrive (order #***) on 4/11 and tried it for 4 days. My dog had a seizure, and since that was the only change to her diet, I decided to return it per the warranty. I have called more than 3 times and sat on hold in excess of 15 minutes. I have emailed twice with no response. I have tried live chat and just get disconnected after about 15 minutes all 3 times. I'm thinking this company may not still be in business. If they are, I want a refund. I will gladly send the product back but I wanted to know if I needed an authorization number.

The 1st shipment I received to day was manufactured 12/07. It's already expired by their standards. I emailed Utimate Pet 2 weeks ago to find out what the shelf life was for the NutriThrive, I was expecting to recieve. Nobody responded. I received my product today, April 27th. Looked on the bottom to find it was manufactured December 7. According to what I've read, the shelf life is only 18 months, which would put the product I just received already out of date. I would like to either get fresh product or get a refund. I haven't received my credit card statement yet. I sure hope there's no problem there.

On 4/9 I ordered 3 jars of Ultimate Pet Nutrition NutraThrive for Cats (Chicken Flavor) order # ***. I received an email confirmation of the order for 3 jars. On delivery we received (in the same box) 6 jars of the product. Our credit card was charged on 4/10 for two charges of $113.87 and $113.65. There is no customer service answer on their phone # and no chat help on their web site. Please help me get a refund from this company. Wish I had researched the reviews better on ComplaintsBoard.com.

My credit card was charged for 2 orders I did not authorize or purchase. On May 2nd, I bought one jar to try. Two extra orders were charged to my card without my consent. I called immediately, but it was after hours. I emailed to cancel but got no response. The next day, I was told by customer service that I couldn't cancel and had to return the items at my expense. They refused to credit my card for the unauthorized charges, making me feel scammed.

Ultimate Pet Nutrition dog food

I bought dog food from this company directly on their website. I made 4 different attempts to feed my dog as per their instructions, using some of my dog's regular dog to slowly introduce it to him. My dog did not like it at all and even, threw up! This is literally the first time my dog has ever reacted to food this way. I wanted to return the food and the company is offering to refund back to me! Seriously? All packages are sellable, never opened with the exception of one. I would like my full refund as most companies would do when there is a problem with any item and a return label to return the perfect sellable packages. The cost to return this out of pocket is outrageous approx.

Placed an order for 3 jars of Nutra THrive, was charged for an additional 6 jars on a promotional offer that I declined. I placed an order on Sunday, May 17th for 3 jars of Nutra Thrive. Upon paying for this order, I was asked if I wanted 6 more jars at a larger discounted price, I declined the offer. A few minutes later, I get an email confirming two orders, one I place and one I declined. I immediately sent an email to their customer service department, asking them to cancel the order, as I did not place that order. I received a generated email saying thank you for contacting them and they would respond to my request within 3-5 days. Today, I checked my accounts and show that BOTH charges have been taken out. I called Ultimate Pet Nutrition immediately and was told that the order has already been processed and there was nothing they could do. I stated, it was an order I did not place, and wondered how they could charge my account when, as she stated, the merchandise has not shipped yet. I talked with my bank at that point to file a dispute, because it has already came out, they will try, but not sure if that will help. I then got on a live chat with Ultimate Pet Nutrition and they said the same thing, I stated I did not place this order, I want my money back for both orders, as I do not want to business with them, if this is how they treat their customers. He apologized, but still said they couldn't refund the amount, but was willing to give me a 40% refund on the amount I paid for the order I did not order. That is why I am filing this complaint. I've attached the email I sent at 8:55 a.m. on May 17th, I have the email confirmation from them for the unwanted order they sent at 8:36 a.m. on May 17th and the electronically generated email they sent back at 8:55 a.m.on May 17th, but was only able to attach one. Please let me know if there is any further information you need from me.
