WWW.DISCOUNTBRAKES.COM SENT ME THE WRONG PARTS! WHEN I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL FOR THE MISHAP THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THAT AND I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IT BACK PLUS THEY WILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE! WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY IS THIS... I WILL NEVER BUY EBC BRAKES FROM THEM AGAIN OR ANY OF THE US AUTOPARTS WEBSITES. THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS AND HAVE TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS.
BUYER BEWARE!

buyer beware this company is also related to the US Autoparts Network who has a terrible reputation for scamming their shareholders in 2007. if they didn't care about their share holders what makes you think they care about their customers! buyer beware of www.discountbrakes.com
www.autopartswarehouse.com
www.partsbin.com
etc

They were actually sued for scamming potential shareholders when they released their IPO and lost. They have also started selling parts under their own made up company names. The have products made over seas in Asian countries and sent to the US for sale. The products are never tested before hitting the market. The failure rate of these products is extremely high but they continue selling them. They could care less about the safety of these products. The only time they will care is when a family is killed due to one of these parts failing and they lose money due to a lawsuit. US Autoparts is just another greedy American company. What I am really trying to say is DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. You may save a few bucks, but is your safety really worth it. Also, when you buy from this company you support a company who sends jobs over seas. They have US in their name but in reality they hate Americans.
This company also has country manager in the Philippines who runs their call center. His name is Steve Kaay. He is notorious in the Philippines for how badly he treats Filipinos. He guy has worked at several call centers in the Philippines and is well known for how horribly he treat his people. This guy is a racist and treats Filipinos like [censor]. The fact that US Autoparts keeps him employed there is a testament to how much they could not care less for people.

So not only do they send call center, accounting, web development and marketing jobs over seas, they also mistreat the people that work for them in that country too.

Sir I worked with DISCOUNTBRAKES.COM and we get that all the time. Pinoylove I agree. MOST of our parts came from asian countries like Taiwan and Philippines.

We used their website to decide which items we needed for our specific vehicle...got them they were wrong. We spent $12.50 to get them shipped to us. When we spoke to them about return they made us ship them back, which cost us $16. Would not refund us any shipping costs. I called and they agreed to refund $5, out of the about $25 we spent. I asked customer service rep if people get the wrong parts frequently when they use website. she said yes that it's better to call in. It's a rip off, do not use them.
