Here is a picture of Meghan Prideaux, attorney-Ellis Law, and Sarah Gool, an employee of DNI Properties, and Sue Trout from Broadmoor Subdivision in Chesterfield MO, executing a temporary restraining order to force their way into a home that is code per St. Louis County, to "upgrade the wiring" for insurance purposes. Judge Bruce Hilton did not determine the right of the HOA to accomplish this, Meghan Prideaux exaggerated the need and did not state that insurance could be purchased privately. Judge Hilton also allowed a wrongly verified petition to stand and is a procedural error. All to accomplish an activity that did not affect the insurance rates at all. DNI was right in there as part of the brigade making these demands. Just another great win for the system that ignores the law and is more unjust than just. DNI is truly the worst management company I have ever come in contact with. The homeowners do not matter and DNI makes up the rules they follow.
