These guys are a real pain in the butt!
These guys are a real pain in the butt! I keep getting these cards in the mail asking me to sell my house. I called the number and told them I ain't interested in selling, but they just won't listen. I asked them to take me off their mailing list, but nope, two weeks later, another card shows up in my mailbox. I tried calling their main office, but all I got was some stupid automated operator. I thought I had removed myself from their list, but nope, two weeks later, another card! Seriously, what part of "no" and "take me off your list" don't these idiots understand?
I keep getting texts from some guy named *** (not sure if he's with them)
I keep getting texts from some guy named *** (not sure if he's with them). He's got my cell # and I told him 4 times not to bother me about my property. Now I'm getting cards in the mail from this company. I deal with investments and I'm not stupid, so please don't contact me again about my "as-is" property. I live there now and won't sell to some "flipper". If I decide to sell, it'll be for market price through a realtor. Don't harass me again. There are no laws for this kind of solicitation!
I had to sell my property fast because of my cancer getting worse
I had to sell my property fast because of my cancer getting worse. I saw the 5APG ad and called them. From the first contact to the person who met me, ***, she took pics of my property and said she'd contact me with an offer the next day and she did! Working with *** was great! She understood my situation and was empathetic as well as professional! *** was also cool to work with! My closing is 6/3 so I'll be working with *** from PV LLC and I think it'll go smooth! I'd recommend 5 APG to my peeps in the future!
Got a letter at the house after my mom passed away sayin' they buy old houses
Got a letter at the house after my mom passed away sayin' they buy old houses. Lucky for us, we didn't have to clean it out or fix anything up. We called Fifth Avenue Property Group and *** came over to check it out, took some pics, and explained how it all works. He was super professional about it. The house is pretty old and run down, but these guys got things movin' real quick. They took pics and sent us all the paperwork, and we closed on the house in just 6 weeks. I'd definitely recommend these guys.
This company is so rude, they send postcards to people's houses without permission, asking to buy their property
This company is so rude, they send postcards to people's houses without permission, asking to buy their property. "HEY! We want your property, call us NOW!" (Sorry, Fifth Avenue Property Group, but you can't have my property, and you never will. It's not yours to be greedy about. You're not entitled to it, or to my quick response.) I agree with other people who say this is harassment. This is not a good way to do business. I've gotten a bunch of these postcards in the last few years. Why can't they be nicer about it? "Want to sell your house fast and easy? We can help!" or "If you're thinking of selling, give us a call!" It's not that hard. I know they're not breaking any laws, but they should be. I don't get how they can keep sending these creepy postcards to people over and over again. And how do they have an A+ rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com? Their average rating is only 3.2 stars out of 5. That's not A+ material to me. And if what other people are saying is true, they're even worse than I thought. Shame on you, Fifth Avenue Property Group!
Everything went very smooth!

They came out to our home and took some pictures and informed us that they would get back to us with a quote
They came out to our home and took some pictures and informed us that they would get back to us with a quote. They never did. I even called the person twice, who came by and he never returned my calls. Poor business procedures.

We live next to a property owned by Fifth Ave Property Group and the changes they have made to their retaining walls has caused continued damage to our property. *** from this group was very friendly at first but has not fixed the problem and will not return my calls for months.
My 2nd closing in 3 years with this company
My 2nd closing in 3 years with this company. Professional, accessible, Well staffed. Coordinated details very well with me...with the boro (multi unit). No surprises. Transferred utilities and tax info promptly. Showed the property to several...they chose them again. Best offer.
My husband passed away three weeks ago, and today I received a letter for the Executor of his Estate
My husband passed away three weeks ago, and today I received a letter for the Executor of his Estate. I'm highly insulted that companies like this prey on the bereaved by tracking obituaries to find business leads, presuming there's an estate or sale. I also received a letter with a supposed contact number for him. It wasn't his! I don't appreciate these companies bombarding me with unwanted mail or calls. They're like vultures. I would give no stars if the option were available.
My mother died a month ago and two weeks ago I was sworn in as executrix. This vulture company sent a letter to my home wanting to buy "the property at..." for cash so that a realtor didn't have to be involved. I'm certain there are grieving families that would take this company up on the offer without thinking it through because they are so distraught about their loss. ANY company that reads obits and looks at the postings for estates and then attempts to prey upon grieving families should be ashamed of themselves and deserve even less than one star. The letter even said that I could call "Matthew" on his cell phone. It wasn't his cell phone, it was the corporate office.
My husband passed away three weeks ago, and today I received a letter addressed to the Executor of the Estate. I find it highly offensive that certain companies track obituaries to generate their leads, making presumptions about a potential estate and/or sale. I also received a letter with a cell phone number to contact, claiming it was his. It wasn't! I have no interest in his or any other company's intrusive mail or calls. The term 'vulture' is quite apt. I would opt to leave no stars at all if the option were available.
This company is full of bottom feeders. I have received multiple junk mail unrequested solicitations from them for over a year and have asked them multiple times to stop abusing my address and continuing to send their crap after I've requested to be taken off their distribution list. It is clear that they have no integrity and I would never, ever use them even if I was interested in selling my home. I recently filled out form 5100 from USPS to PROHIBIT them from mailing anything else to my address. I'm secretly hoping they violate it so I can pursue charges. What a loser company, too cheap to incorporate a real marketing plan. Instead they abuse your public information and harass you.

Order
I placed an order with Saks for some clothing items. Some of the items were identical, but just different sizes. I printed the return label and mailed one of the dresses within the 30 day return policy; however, it was returned to me because apparently they didn’t receive it in time. If there was a discrepancy in the 30 days, it was only a matter of a few days. In addition, we just had a hurricane come through my area, which may be the reason for the return shipping delay. To make matters worse, I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to speak to a supervisor. This company has zero customer service, to the point it is shocking. I will never purchase from Saks again. Why would anyone? Especially when there are companies like Nordstrom that have outstanding customer service?
Desired outcome: Return one dress for a refund.
Fifth avenue property group keeps sending me mail even though I told them to stop
Fifth avenue property group keeps sending me mail even though I told them to stop. They started after my family member died, even though she didn't own the property then. I'm filing a complaint with the state attorney general. I don't want their mail, I didn't ask for it. I called and they said they took me off the list, but I still get them six months later. This is my home, I live here, it's not for sale.
I been telling this "compny" like 12 times to stop sending me their junk mail and take my address off their list
I been telling this "compny" like 12 times to stop sending me their junk mail and take my address off their list. It's been over a year and they still keep sending me this spam junk mail. The phone number on the junk mail doesn't even work and I gotta leave a voicemail. I been leaving messages for over a year and I'm done with it. I want the junk mail to STOP for good. They need to stop using the county real estate records to find people and come up with a real marketing plan instead of bothering people who don't want their stuff. Just so you know, I ain't giving my phone number cuz I don't want them calling me. They don't care about people's privacy.

Fifth Avenue Property Group LLC is doing some shady stuff
Fifth Avenue Property Group LLC is doing some shady stuff. They keep calling me even though I'm on the Do Not Call lists. On October 4th, some dude named Aaron T sent me two texts from fake numbers trying to sell me some real estate. I pretended to be interested and got his name and website https://www.5apg.com/about/. This isn't the first time they've spammed me either. I told the PA State Attorney General's office before, but they couldn't do anything because of the fake numbers. This time, I did some digging myself. Fifth Avenue Property Group is breaking the law with the Telephone Consumer Protect Act. But they still have an "A+" from the ComplaintsBoard.com. That's messed up. The ComplaintsBoard.com shouldn't be supporting companies that break the law.
