and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. The website was user-friendly and allowed me to easily browse through available listings. The leasing agent was professional and made the whole experience stress-free. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained upon move-in. Any maintenance requests I had were promptly addressed and resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with Market Edge Realty LLC and would recommend them to others looking for a hassle-free renting process.

This management company took over our apartment complex
This management company took over our apartment complex. They doubled our rent and took our assistance money, then kicked us out regardless. They don't maintain the place properly. They charge you for everything and have brought this place down. It's shady. The *** apartment was completely taken over by squatters.
Terrible!
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Renting with the place has been a nightmare. Luckily, the owner of the home was able to fire these awful company. The owner of the management company really needs to rethink her life choices about being a property management company. Every encounter we had with this company was unprofessional. I just want to be sure that others who possibly rent from the place know to rethink and look elsewhere. They have no idea what they are doing. Just clueless and rude!
I wanna write this review for the owner of this company that likes to scam people outta their application without even being reviewed first!
I wanna write this review for the owner of this company that likes to scam people outta their application without even being reviewed first! The owner accused me of livin' in one of their rental units and accused me of lyin' 'bout my rental history. I applied at one of their rentals and now I see they didn't even bother to look at my application (verifiable rental history) but they sure did take my APPLICATION FEE OF $68.00! I'm a single parent and coulda really used that money for another rental. TO BE CLEAR I NEVER LIVED AT ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY WHICH COULD'VE BEEN VERIFIED IF MY APPLICATION WAS ACTUALLY PROCESSED. Thank you *** for takin' my money and not even lookin' at my application. I really wish you had the guts to say all this to me via phone when we spoke so I coulda withdrawn my application then and saved my money! Worst management company ever! Beware they'll take your money without even processin' your application!
We were sadly taken advantage of by this company as well. $130 to apply to rent a house? You can't speak with a human being, The website sucks. I just threw out that money that I could have used to actually rent a place.
This company came in and took over our apartments, increased the rent from 675 to ****, and added on crazy fees
This company came in and took over our apartments, increased the rent from 675 to ***, and added on crazy fees. They took many of us to eviction court. In court, the judge agreed that some of the charges were inaccurate and should only be for past due rent, late fees, and attorney and court fees. However, this company never adjusted and then sent a finalized *** of $8998 with no explanation. They stated they are charging for not receiving keys, even though the keys were sent certified mail and arrived on 7/28, which doesn't match what this company states. The owner of this company seems very retaliatory, as evidenced by the *** they sent with no explanation. I believe this *** was sent in retaliation for the reviews and pictures that were posted when this new company took over. They did not comply with CDC guidelines and attempted to put tenants out who were under those orders. I have paid my rent, so I was not living there free of charge, as she has accused us of not paying our bills in response to a review she received. She refused to talk with the news and stated that we, the tenants, were picking on her. This company is very aggressive but aggressive with false charges. They have similar complaints from other property.

I wanna say, I know I played a part in what went down, but dealing with Ms. was so not cool after I signed the lease. Her attitude in every convo just made me defensive. But that don't mean they had the right to pull what they did. I even filed a lawsuit to deal with it legally. They kicked me out of one of their places, and on 05/10/22, the Constable came and locked me out. She said I had the rest of that day, and it would count as one of my 14 days. I asked what that meant, and she said I had 14 days to get my stuff. Later that night, I realized I left a bag with my wallet and phone in the apartment. I called and called, but couldn't talk to a real person. So on Monday 05/16/22, I called again and left a message saying I'd be at the property, waiting for someone to meet me and let me grab my wallet and phone at least. When I got there, a neighbor asked if I was waiting for someone, and I said yeah, the *** so I can get my stuff. They said, "that apartment got cleared out this morning." I checked the dumpster, and sure enough, all my stuff was in there. They even threw in some paint cans that weren't even mine, so everything got covered in paint. Then, I had to watch as the trash truck came and dumped all my stuff and drove off. I contacted the Constable, and they said they violated the court order. They told me to go to court and see what they wanted me to do next. So I did, and they walked me through filing a lawsuit. I filed that day, and just today, I found a Process Server to move forward. At the end of it all, they still got an apartment to rent, and I got nothing. Everything I had that belonged to my late Mom and Dad, everything my Daughter made for me in elementary school, and everything her Daughter just made for me, it's all gone.
Jenny told me she didn’t understand my review and then bashed me and others who write negative reviews
Jenny told me she didn’t understand my review and then bashed me and others who write negative reviews. She told me to remove my review, but I won't. Scam artists. Rude, ignorant, disgusting people. Husband and I applied in April . At first, they take your money and run you in circles. They don't tell you what you're missing or any other information unless you stay on top of them and ask about it. If you don't, good luck, you're out $200! The house was absolutely disgusting from the previous people. All they did was replace the carpet and do a half-assed paint job over some ugly blue. The blue was showing and extremely patchy. They don't clean ANYTHING! First week we moved in, they tried to charge us a $50 HOA fee from the previous people in February. It's almost JUNE? That's almost 5 months difference? Since I refused to pay for it, they cancelled our automatic renewal so that we would end up being late on our rent and they could charge us an extra $75 and make their money back. They don't double-check their leases, so they'll change things when you find an issue that bothers them. They changed things in our lease 2 times. Put in our 60d in February. You pay for what they didn't fix. You need a 48hr notice to show up at the house. I went for a walk and there was a sign in front of our house. That's not a problem, but they didn't let us know. People started to just show up at my house randomly for almost 3 months. I get it, you're trying to rerent immediately, but you put it for available immediately after our 60d notice in Feb. But on Mar22, they never sent us the HoA letter that they received on Feb 23. We had no clue we even had one since they have the HoA send it to them instead of the people who actually rent or deal with the house. After we saw that we had 21 days to fix the issue, these absolute useless idiots at Market Edge sent it to us 30 days later and then tried to charge us $100 for their mistake. They also tried to remove us from the home, saying we had "10 days to get it fixed or vacate." I tried emailing repeatedly. Jenny ignored me, forcing me to pay the unfortunate $100. We had less than 1 month left. Because she was scamming us out of money and I told her she was wrong, she charged us an extra $25 and said, "I charged you guys because I can." (Checked the agreement, she was trying to get an extra $40 off the "10-day thing") Why are you trying to kick us out for not giving us the violation and then threatening us to remove us? When I tried to ask about it, she told me to seek legal advice. I didn't say anything about legal advice. You didn't give us the first only positive - they don't bother you like some do. They may not bother you, but they're bothered by you. The best thing I can say is they're not worth the time or effort.
Jennie Miller, PLLC, this one star is for you, congrats!
Jennie Miller, PLLC, this one star is for you, congrats! I hope someone from your company sees this review cuz it's employees like you that make a whole biz look bad. Thank you again for the promise of a refund (we'll see, fingers crossed)! It was very profesh of you to give it to me after you misinformed and then tried to lie to me. I originally contacted your company on 12/10 to apply for a 5 bedroom house near 35th and Cactus but was told that the house was going off the market. Looking thru my records, it was in fact YOU who had encouraged me to apply anyways, stating that you had a list of new properties you still needed to add to the website. You said that you guys get new properties all the time and that you'd find us something fitting our criteria. When I first contacted you, your website showed 33 properties. It's now down to 19 and there was never anything added that was close to what we needed. I checked a lot Jennie, almost daily, and now that I know it was you who I originally spoke with, it makes sense why you took my refund request so personally. It was you whom I complained about being tricked by and I didn't realize I was asking for a refund from the person I was accusing of misinforming me. You tried to tell me again that you add properties all the time and that it was just the area we were searching but you didn't know I was checking your site almost daily and strictly looking for 4 plus bedroom houses in ALL areas. You haven't added not even one new 4 bedroom house to your website since I started my search back on December 10th, not one Jennie. So now, you have personally lied to me twice. First by saying you had a list of properties to add to the website and that you'd find something for us but that was on 12/10 and your list only decreased since then. Second by saying you're always adding new properties to the website when my research and your own property numbers prove otherwise. Even if you do add and remove properties all the time, they're houses that are 3 bedroom and below and we clearly stated we were looking for a 5 bedroom or a 4 bedroom with a loft. You still insisted I apply and you simply shouldn't have done that. Instead, maybe you should've suggested I kept looking at your site and when something fitting our needs pops up to apply or contact you guys. You just wanted my money tho, you didn't care about finding anything for me. You proved your callousness at the end of our phone call when you told me I would basically be black listed from using your company every again. I had already told you I didn't trust your company so being black listed means nothing to me. All I wanted was a refund and I feel I had a good reason to get one, an understandable reason that a biz like yours should've understood. I'd even bet, had I dealt with anyone else, they'd have given me the refund without the attitude and hurt feelings. If you can't keep your feelings out of your work, find a job where feelings are appropriate. We have to deal with complaints and refunds in my line of work all the time and never once have I behaved as unprofessional as you did Jennie, regardless of blame. If anyone from the company is reading this, I'm sure Jennie is easily replaceable and you'd be better off finding someone who doesn't actively lie or make excuses on your companies behalf. Plenty of people need work right now, maybe look for someone who'd appreciate the job enough to treat your customers nicely and not lie to them to lock them into applications.

Relocated from previous residence #4
Relocated from previous residence #4. I still haven't received my deposit. Market Edge Realty claims to have sent it, but they're swamped. Their rating is mediocre. I use a U.P.S business mail drop, but no deposit mail has come through. It's possible my letter was misplaced at their office amidst the paperwork. I bank with F.C.I.O of America. Perhaps the B.B.B could assist with this issue.
Market Edge Realty LLC recently took control of our complex, and to our dismay, they decided to increase our rent by a staggering $600
Market Edge Realty LLC recently took control of our complex, and to our dismay, they decided to increase our rent by a staggering $600. What's even more frustrating is that this rent hike occurred without us signing a new lease agreement. As a result, we were left feeling taken advantage of and financially burdened.
To add insult to injury, we discovered that we were actually entitled to receive a refund of $5400 from a previous payment made by *** Can. However, despite Market Edge Realty receiving this payment, they only sent out a partial payment of $2400 on October 5th, the very same day they locked us out of our apartment. This discrepancy in payment is unacceptable, and we are rightfully owed the remaining $2600.
Furthermore, it came to our attention that Market Edge Realty also received an additional $1000 for water charges during the time we were locked out. This further compounds the issue, as they now owe us a total of $900 in overpayment for both rent and water.
Lastly, we must not forget about our $500 deposit. We took great care of the apartment and left it in better condition than when we first moved in. Therefore, it is only fair that we receive our full deposit back.
Overall, our experience with Market Edge Realty LLC has been nothing short of disappointing. Their decision to increase our rent without a signed lease, their mishandling of payments, and their failure to return our deposit have left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. We hope that they rectify these issues promptly and provide us with the compensation we rightfully deserve.

The apartment I rented was supposed to be ready for move-in, but it's disgustingly dirty and there's mold!
The apartment I rented was supposed to be ready for move-in, but it's disgustingly dirty and there's mold! I have to clean it myself, even though I paid a ridiculous cleaning deposit. These people are frauds, all they care about is taking money and not providing any services! The unit wasn't cleaned, painted, or even checked if the appliances work. When I contacted them, they gave me short answers and treated me like an annoyance. They also charged fees that weren't mentioned during the lease signing. They charge $25 for someone to change my air filter every month, but it clearly hasn't been changed in a long time! Market Edge Realty is full of crooks! They told me to clean the unit myself, but I won't get any credit or compensation for it. What?!
On 07/31, I called the office of Market Edge Realty LLC
On 07/31, I called the office of Market Edge Realty LLC. A lady answered the phone, and I asked her to check my tenant ledger and update my rent. It seemed like we were being charged twice for rent every month, so I would call them, and they would adjust it to the correct amount of $1482.92. The lady confirmed that everything looked fine, and the rent due was $1075.18. I paid the balance as instructed.
However, on 08/04, I received an email stating that there was still a remaining balance of $415.38 on my tenant ledger. I called Market Edge Realty LLC, and they said there was an error in their system. Unfortunately, I couldn't pay off the remaining balance immediately due to my work schedule. Because of their mistakes, they are now forcing me to pay $415.38 plus $130 in late fees by today, 08/10, or they will continue charging me for late fees. They refuse to take responsibility for their errors and are making me pay for it!
Iv had multiple issues with this company
Iv had multiple issues with this company. I had originally complained about the condition of the unit at move in because it was disgustingly filthy. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and spend my own time and energy cleaning the unit. Then, I had sent them multiple pictures of how gross the complex was itself, and I took the time to clean it myself all around the parking lot and garbage came without a simple thank you from them. Their response was all apartments are like this. That isnt true in the slightest. Then, after writing a *** review which included all of the before pictures of the filth around the complex and pictures after I cleaned, they contacted me and bullied me into taking the review down because otherwise they threatened to terminate the lease early. Now, out of retaliation, they towed my car for not having current registration, which I did and do have, but happened to take it out of the window for a single day because I was cleaning my car and the windows. They claimed to have put a warning sticker on my drivers side window, which they DID NOT, because I drive my car all day for work, and there was no warning sticker. They towed it at midnight. I had to pay $250 (including the Uber). I showed the tow yard my current registration, which was sitting in the top part of my hatch back, which I know was visible, as well as the registration in my glove box, and they didnt understand why it was towed either. Now, Im being charged a $100 breach of lease fee even though I sent them proof of current registration. This was purely out of retaliation, and they will not refund my money, nor will they remove that $100, even though I sent them proof that there was no breach of lease. They illegally towed my car! What can I do about this?! Now they are trying their hardest to get me to agree to get out of the lease early because I dont put up with their unprofessionalism! This company is not good to tenants, and they need to be held accountable!
I sadly signed a 1 year lease with Market Edge Reality in November, and it ended on December 1st of 2020
I sadly signed a 1 year lease with Market Edge Reality in November, and it ended on December 1st of 2020. My time with them was a complete nightmare with many problems. The house was not cleaned before I moved in, the landscaping was not done, and there were rodent issues that Market Edge refused to help with. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong combination for the lockbox containing my keys, so I had to enter through a window. Additionally, my utilities were not turned on by the "concierge" service at Market Edge when I moved in.
The biggest issue came with the 30-day notice. After my lease ended in December , I was put on a month-to-month contract with a 30-day notice requirement. On December 26th, I gave Jennie *** my 30-day notice. She responded by saying that the terms of my lease had changed in the middle of my contract, and I now needed to give a 60-day notice. She claimed that they had sent me the changes via certified mail, but I never received anything. I explained that certified mail would have a delivery confirmation, and she then said they had sent it via email instead. However, I still did not receive it, which is why I didn't have a signed copy. She insisted that my signature was not necessary and provided a provision code to justify it. The code stated that landlords can make changes to a lease for the tenant's safety and well-being, but this change had nothing to do with my safety.
To add to the frustration, Jennie *** is now trying to charge me an extra $700 for half a month's rent in February, even though I moved out on January 10th and gave her the 30-day notice in December. The ownership of the house has been returned to Jennie ***, and I fulfilled the terms of the lease that I signed.
Hello my name is *** and I have a few concerns about an apartment
Hello my name is *** and I have a few concerns about an apartment. I just signed the lease and already I want to terminate it. I viewed the property in a self guided tour maybe twice before I signed the lease the apartment was kind of dirty and needed a few repairs as well as I seen a ***. When I went in for the second tour I noticed someone had been inside because the *** was outside and I noticed there were other little bugs inside the apartment including another *** in the restroom, so I was just thinking ok they sprayed or something. However they gave me limited time to sign the lease and I thought the apartment was in a decent condition so I signed it. They gave me keys on the 17th but I didnt go to the apartment immediately I waited a few days, when I go to the apt. Signs of entry showed. I wasnt notified about this entry. From the beginning I was trying to inform the lady about some concerns i had about the apt. She then said i needed to place a work order which I did. But the condition of the apt was not move in ready. I have 2 kids a toddler and a baby that be all on the floor. It is not safe for them to play crawl with all kinds of bugs in the apt. I told the lady I wanted to break the lease and she literally said that isnt an option. I told her you cant tell me I cant break that lease because I was feeling forced to live there, & then she responded that they cant force us to live there and finally wanted to talk about breaking the lease after Ive said multiple times i wanted to break the lease. I also let it be known multiple times that the apt was infested with all kinds of bugs in which i was ignored. The moment i say i want to break my lease then they try to have pest control call me to schedule to do something about the bugs. At this point i feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable with the people and the unit. I paid 68x2 for app fees, 800 for a move in plus 285 for i dnt even know what. These people dnt even call you they text & emaileverythi

The transaction took place on March 8, when I gave a security deposit to Market Edge Realty, LLC, Jennie *** in the amount of $2,056.50 for a rental house that they never rented to me. A deposit was required so that the house could be inspected. The house failed 2 inspections and after the last inspection the representative Ms. of Market Edge Realty, LLC offered to return the security deposit in full. They are now trying to charge me prorated rental loss and additional fees that were not a part of the lease agreement when they were fully aware of their responsibility to provide a house that could pass inspection and if not the potential tenant security deposit wouldn't be returned in full. This company seems to make it a practice of promising a person one thing and during something totally different. Incidentally, that said the property was being renovated and it was going to be ready in May , they never renovated the house and it could not pass any inspections because they refused to make the necessary repairs. Their scam is to have you give them a security deposit under the false pretense that they will be making repairs to the house and give themselves two months so the person would be unable to dispute the charges with their bank and this is what this company has done to me, trying to take 3/4 of my money for service that I did not receive nor did I rent their house and they are trying to treat me as though I am one of their tenants. This company is now trying to settle by giving me $431.12 and keeping the rest for fraudulent reasons. There was never a lease agreement and Ms. stated in her Settlement document " the property was never rented to you". I want my security deposit returned in full without any further hesitation on the company's part. She states I owe one month's rent for a house that could not pass inspection. Please help me resolve this matter and get my full security deposit of $2,056.50 without any further hardship.
