I want to thank Darryl who assisted me with my rental today. He was exceptional and would refer anyone to this location for storage. He went the extra mile to see that I was an senior citizen with out me telling him. He made the application process easy as well. Stay on the phone with me until everything was completed.

Top notch people and service
The people that extra space storage have been exceptionally nice and helpful. Bob, at Sherman Street in San Diego, has been extra nice. He helped me select and get just the right size, and when I needed a bit more space he was able to get me another right beside my existing storage.
Today, when I consolidated down to one storage again, he processed prorated refund while I was there.
I would recommend extra space storage based on the people alone, and add that the facility is always clean, well lit, and secure.

This is actually a brokerage company, they don't tell you this. They lie and promise you things for you to find out too late that they lied then even though you have proof and they know they lied they refused to give you a refund even though they never provided a mover. Don't give them your checking account info real companies will take a credit card. Then they just take money put off your account. Not only did the booking person lie repeatedly about things when you call to talk to customer service they lie as well. They will steal your money.

Frustrated and disappointed
Extra Space Storage rates are over priced for the quality of services and customer care. My belongings had mold and water damage. I wasn't notified that my facility had experienced flooding, heavy rains, roofing leaks/issues. When I reported the damage I felt dismissed being told "that's a risk of putting your stuff in storages". Prices are frequently increased, making it difficult to pay the rents. In addition to inflated late fees, the rate at which additional late fees are accrued makes it almost impossible to stop auctions/foreclosures of our belongings. The Extra Space app has not worked properly since taking over for the Champaign-Urbana area. The app hasn't allowed me to make my monthly payments, whether they were on time early or late. Partial payments aren't allowed but could really help those that had an unexpected loss or major life change. Working with tenants builds a good trusting relationship. In turn Extra Space reviews/complaints would not only decline in content severity but decline as a whole. When a past due account is paid current, Staff needs to stop leaving Extra 's locks on those units for days/long periods of time. People can't access their belongings, the treatment is controlling, hurtful, and illegal.
Recommendation: Find storage company that meets your needs, that's affordable, that has Customer Service staff that listen, they are available for conversations if needed. Be nice and kind to customers. Be flexible...
Disappointing Experience with Extra Space Storage: Lack of Responsibility and Poor Customer Service
My experience with Extra Space Storage was not the best. At first, the staff seemed professional, but they didn't do much other than show us the unit. Shortly after we moved in, there was a line break with the sprinkler, and we had to move all our belongings to another unit that was closer and available. Unfortunately, we were charged extra for the bigger unit, and we had to report our belongings to insurance. It was frustrating that they didn't take any responsibility for our items, even though it was their fault.
When we took our belongings out of the unit, they canceled our account without speaking to us. This was only three days after we had paid for the full month, and since the account was canceled, we had no way of getting any pro rate. They refused to refund any of the payment, even after we spoke with the staff, customer service, the district manager, and a call from the corporate office. It was disappointing that everyone was friendly but couldn't help us in any way.
It was also frustrating that they encourage reviews immediately after renting from them. I can only assume that they hope to bury any negative reviews they have. Overall, my experience with Extra Space Storage was a rocky start to finish. While the staff was professional, they didn't do much to help us when things went wrong. It was also disappointing that they didn't take responsibility for their mistakes and that they canceled our account without speaking to us. I wouldn't recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.
Unacceptable Experience at Extra Space Storage in Newark, NJ - Facility Not Open During Business Hours
I went to Extra Space Storage on Sussex Ave. in Newark, NJ on 7/24/21, but the facility wasn't open until 10:00 AM. I got there at 9:30 AM in a uhaul by the hour rental, and there was already a line of cars waiting outside the facility gates. I decided to call their customer service line, and they told me that the facility should be open. However, the gate access code on their website wasn't applicable to this location. The phone agent was only able to reach the assistant manager, who was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. The agent said she provided my name and contact to Area Management, and I'm waiting for a call back.
While I was on the phone with the agent, a staff member showed up, but he didn't have access to the office or main access doors leading to the storage units. Luckily, the staff person tried all doors and found one unsecured, allowing patrons to access their units. However, I never saw the assistant manager. This experience was unacceptable, especially since it happened on a Saturday. I'm considering finding another storage facility and ending my new relationship with Extra Space Storage ASAP.
Can you imagine if a new prospect showed up and saw this circus? It's a poor reflection on the Newark facility's manager and staff. Smh.
Warning: Do Not Rent from Extra Space Storage - Terrible Security and No Responsibility Taken
This storage facility is not a good place to rent from. They claim that their gate is secure and their cameras are working, but that's not true at all! Our boat was stolen after someone broke the gate. The theft was never reported to the police. When we went to retrieve our boat, it was gone. We called the police and the manager said that the gate had been broken for weeks, but he never called the police or checked the cameras. When we asked to see the camera footage, the manager told the police that the cameras were not working! It wasn't until the cameras were fixed that we could see two men breaking the gate and stealing our boat. However, the cameras were so old and blurry that we couldn't see the license plate or the description of the robbers.
How can a storage facility claim to be secure when the cameras don't work or are blurry and the gate was easily opened? Extra Space Storage takes no responsibility for any of this. They won't take responsibility for not reporting the theft to the police, not taking responsibility for the cameras not working, and not taking responsibility for the gate being broken. After months of no response, we finally got a call from their insurance company. They said they take no responsibility for the theft and hung up on us!
Whoever owns this business needs to shut it down! Please save your stuff and don't rent from this awful business!
Extra Space Storage Review: Rates Increased, Items Stolen, Locked Out, and Charged After Move-Out Request
I had a unit at Extra Space Storage for a good 3 years. At first, everything was going well, but then the rates started to increase, and it became a bit of a hassle. One time, I had to move a large board room table, but it wouldn't fit on the elevator, so I had to go get help to move it. It was locked inside the building, and 16 minutes later, it was stolen by someone that the Extra Space Storage person gave access to the building. That was a real bummer.
Because of the rates, I decided to move out. I notified them and removed everything from the unit except for 3 items that wouldn't fit on the truck. One item was worth $3000, a fridge, and a chair. I left and forgot that I had a piece of the lock, so my storage was pulled down but not locked. Extra Space Storage called me to come back and lock the unit, but I was already out of town. I sent someone back there the next day to get it, but Extra Space Storage locked my code out. This was on June 9th. I told them that I was moving out, but they kept my items, locked me out, and would not honor my move-out request. They continued to charge me until August, which was 2 months later after move-out. Then they put over $600 on my credit report.
I was really frustrated and had a lot of questions. Why wouldn't they let me get my belongings? I wasn't even 15 days late. Why did they lock me out? Why did they continue to charge me when I went online to process move-out as requested by the worker? And how can they put it on my credit report and keep over $4000 worth of items (3 items)? It just didn't make sense to me.
Overall, my experience with Extra Space Storage was not great. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. The rates kept increasing, and the customer service was not helpful when I needed it. It's just not worth the hassle.
Poor Customer Service at Extra Space Storage in Golden Valley, MN: Rude and Incompetent Staff
The Extra Space Storage located at 2701 Nevada Avenue in Golden Valley, MN is a place where you can store your belongings, but it's not a place where you can expect to receive good customer service. The customer service worker who assisted me was rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. When I signed up for a storage space, she lied to me about running a special that would lock in one price at signing. However, two months later, I received a price jump to $125 monthly instead of the $70 I was promised.
Recently, I stopped by to update my payment after returning from abroad. The lady customer service representative became combative and confronted me very rudely with colorful words. She accused me of leaving an unattended vehicle in the parking lot of Extra Space and said to me, "You have to be responsible." When I asked if this was a mistaken identity or complaint, she called 911 for the police to throw me out of the Extra Space property. I was shocked and surprised by her behavior. I waited until the police arrived, and they introduced themselves and asked what was going on. They admonished me to take the issue up with corporate.
The customer service lady needs to be retrained or replaced. Her behavior was unacceptable, and she was not trained to interact with customers in a combative manner. The police received better training than she did as a customer service representative. I left standing a troubled, incompetent, and rude customer service representative that will eventually run that business under the ground because of her nasty attitude to customers who pay her salary.
In conclusion, the Extra Space Storage at 2701 Nevada Avenue in Golden Valley, MN is not a place where you can expect to receive good customer service. The customer service worker who assisted me was rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. She needs to be retrained or replaced. Terrible Experience with Extra Space Storage: High Prices, Limited Access Hours, and Unfair Fees
Hello, my name is Ivonne and I want to share my experience with Extra Space Storage. I have been renting a unit at their facility located at 485 West 129th St in New York City since September 2022. I have been charged $297 per month for a 10x5 unit, which I think is quite expensive considering that other storage facilities offer better access hours and lower prices.
When I first inquired about renting a unit, the store manager, Jeannette Gonell, told me that I could not get the first free month rent promo because I was getting an online rate. I didn't understand why I couldn't get the promo since I was still paying a high price for the unit.
One of the biggest issues I have had with Extra Space Storage is their access hours. They are supposed to be until 7pm, but at 6:40pm they start rudely kicking people out. This is not fair to customers who need to access their units after work hours.
Another issue I have had is with the payment process. I pay for my unit using HRA, and they always assess fees to my account even though HRA sends the checks on time. Extra Space Storage always claims not to have received them, but all mail sent to me by HRA is received in 2 or 3 business days from the time they send them.
To make matters worse, after only five months of renting, I was told that my rent had already been increased. They demanded that I pay $56 out of pocket, claiming that the HRA check did not cover the full account balance. However, HRA sent a check of $297.50 on 12/22/22 for the January payment, which was also $297.50. A fee of $56 was assessed on 01/07/23 for a check that was sent out on 12/22/22. There was a roll-up credit of $40.20, but within the past two days, I have been called and told I need to pay $56.
Overall, my experience with Extra Space Storage has been terrible. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me and other customers. I think that Jeannette Gonell and Christina Roberts should be fired for their disrespectful behavior towards customers. I hope that Extra Space Storage can improve their customer service and be more transparent with their pricing and payment process in the future.

Extra Space Storage's Insurance Claim Process is a Nightmare: A Warning to Others
We rented two indoor storage units from Extra Space Storage for six months while we were moving to a new home. Everything was going well until we found raccoon paw prints on several boxes in one of the units during the second month of our rental. We immediately reported the issue to the manager, and they assured us that they would contact their pest control people to take care of the problem. We were grateful for their prompt response and thought that the issue was resolved.
However, when we went to retrieve our items four months later, we were shocked to find that several items in the rear of one 20-foot storage unit had been damaged by animal urine, feces, chewing, and clawing. The damage was so severe that we had to discard all the items involved. We were devastated by the loss and immediately contacted Extra Space Storage to file a claim.
Unfortunately, our experience with Extra Space Storage's insurance claim process was frustrating and disappointing. For two weeks, we were given the wrong information to file a claim, and when we finally managed to file online, the insurance claim representative refused to take our call. When we contacted Extra Space Storage, they told us that our claim was being denied because of food in the unit. They provided a picture taken days after we left the unit with an empty small jar of decorating sugar as evidence.
We were shocked by their response because we had no food of any kind in our unit. Our unit contained household items, some furniture, and clothing. Despite our protests, Extra Space Storage refused to accept our claim, citing the presence of food in the unit as the reason for the denial. We were frustrated and angry because we knew that the real reason for the damage was the raccoons that had been living in our unit for months.
To make matters worse, the district manager told us to file a claim on our homeowner's insurance, which was ridiculous. He also said that our claim would not be accepted by Extra Space Storage because the damaged items needed to be reported at the facility, and our pictures were taken at our new home when the moving company came. We were appalled by their lack of accountability and responsibility.
We do not recommend Extra Space Storage and advise others not to take the insurance offered, as it is useless. We are confident that we could win in small claims court, but the time and aggravation are not worth it at this time. They know we could win too. We also reported the insurance company to the state of NJ DOI.
In conclusion, our experience with Extra Space Storage was disappointing and frustrating. We were let down by their lack of accountability and responsibility, and their insurance claim process was a nightmare. We hope that our experience will serve as a warning to others who are considering using Extra Space Storage for their storage needs.
Warning: Terrible Experience with Storage Company - They Sold My Belongings Without Notice!
This storage company is the absolute worst! I had a terrible experience with them and if I could give them a negative zero star rating, I would. I was a loyal customer for over two years and moved my things into two lockers from my expensive apartment near NSU campus because I could no longer afford a one-bedroom in Davie. I signed a contract for the monthly fees back in 2020, but this company raised the monthly rental three times during COVID and recently during the recession. They sent me detailed statements in the mail of the increased fees with no contracts to resign and no preparation for my budget to meet the new price.
I wrote to them in early October to inform them of my unemployment as a struggling graduate student at NSU and that I was behind on payments, but would catch up as soon as I got employment. I thought they would understand given the current national circumstances and my nearly two-year customer loyalty. However, they never responded to my email. Their greed showed me why they ignored my letter and proper communication to them.
In November, after getting employed as a teacher, I sent another email to inform them that I would catch up on my two-month payments. To my surprise, I received a response stating that my lockers went to auction that morning! I was livid and had to ask for clarity if they were referring to both of my lockers. They responded coldly, stating that my materials went to auction with no regret whatsoever. No one from this company sent me a letter or called to inform me of this before or after. I cannot believe that a company would do this to an American citizen.
They took the time to send me a nice detailed card of their fees increasing three times and the effective date, but they could have done the exact same thing to let me know they were getting ready to sell my belongings. They sold my grandfather's, the minister's and Bishops bible, heirlooms from our great grandmother, my nursing school supplies that are needed for further testing and masters level nursing soon, and all my gifts from graduating from the toughest BSA program that exists. They also sold the rest of my thousands of dollars of merchandise that were in the combined lockers.
This company showed no respect for me as an individual, a professional student, a person of color, and clearly not as an American. These kind of thoughtless, cowardly, and simply greedy business acts should be banned and never allowed. I hate that someone ever recommended this company to me to store my personal and cherished things. Hate is a strong word I never use, but I hate the fact that someone recommended this company to me. We often wonder why hard-working people lose it, go postal when cheated, stolen from, disrespected, and degraded.
I hope no one ever has to suffer this kind of stress, worry, anxiety, anger, and rage over someone stealing their items that they worked hard and for many years to obtain. I hope everyone will either sell their things or better yet give them to someone in need. Don't let a company like this steal from you!
Unjustified Rent Increase & Filthy Unit: My Disappointing Experience with Extra Space Storage
My experience with Extra Space Storage (extraspace.com) has been less than satisfactory. I was a customer for 13 years between two different locations in Marlton, NJ and Lumberton, NJ. However, at the end of my contract of 5 years at my last location, I was shocked to see that ES had increased my monthly unit rent by 49%. This was a huge increase, and I couldn't understand why they would do this. The only reason that comes to mind is total greed! When I spoke with other occupants who were moving out for the same reason, they felt the same way. Everyone was of the opinion that ES was taking advantage of renters with these huge monthly increases, and that they were being greedy. I, for one, will never use their services again because of what happened here. It was totally uncalled for, as I was paying double from what I started out at 5 years ago. ES was making money off of me with increases every 8-9 months, so this increase was not justified in the slightest. People are fed up with the way ES treats its customers and have lost solid, good-paying, never-late customers because they wanted to rip people off for more money. This is not fair to the customers who have been loyal to them for years.
Apart from the exorbitant rent increase, my unit was also completely filthy with mice droppings everywhere. I had to wear gloves in order to move my boxes/containers out. According to the property manager, a unit next to mine had cereal in it that the renters left abandoned. By the time they removed the renters' stuff, there were mice everywhere. However, I was never notified of this to have an opportunity to move my stored items to another unit. Therefore, my boxes were invaded by mice, with contents ripped apart and, of course, their droppings were everywhere. It wasn't just the mice; my unit also had an overabundance of stink bugs everywhere, including attached to boxes, containers, etc.
Before ES started raising monthly rents exorbitantly, they should have checked with the property manager about the status of the units in "Building I" near where the cereal unit had been located. It was so disgusting that I was totally sickened by it. Having to change containers from the boxes ripped apart by the mice was just one aspect of trying to move my items out that had mice droppings in the boxes, shredded paper, etc. But all ES could think about was how to get more money for the old, decrepit, run-down units/facility in Lumberton, NJ.
Let me tell you, it has seen better days and is on the down-side of a decent storage facility to rent a unit. So as they continue to lose customers due to their total greed, they only have themselves to thank. They should have paid me for my unit being overwhelmed with mice droppings and stink bugs everywhere. Have they ever heard of exterminators? They need some in Lumberton because it is a total s--t hole that is falling apart at the seams and allowing all kinds of outside bugs and animals to make their home in the units! But yet, they want to rip people off by raising the monthly rates outrageously for a deteriorating facility. Good luck ES!
I, for one, will never rent from them ever again! And yes, I would like someone to contact me because I would like to see what they have to say in the wake of all this! But they will probably be cowards and steer clear because it may not be in the realm of what they are looking for in a review. I have been at this location for over a decade off and on. Haven’t had a problem until now. The unit was flooded and have damaged property. Yes I have insurance. The problem is Casey ! Spoke with her and very snappy and rude. I still don’t have a solution 4 days later about where it came from or even moving to a dry available unit. She tried to offer me a unit that also had a leaked that I refused and was rented out the same day to a new customer. Wow.
I was trying to get a hold of someone over her head because she is now avoiding me. I have 3 units at this location. Every number I found and call, it keeps redirecting me because I am a current customer in the system. Whom and how can I speak to someone about my concerns ? Thank You

I rent unit #3971 at the storage facility located at 7855 Haskell Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91406. On August 23, 2023 I paid all fees due. The next payment due is Sept. 7, 2023. On August 26, 2023, I paid over $600.00 for movers and a truck to move things in and out of my rented unit. We were unable to get into my storage unit as it was locked by management. I had access to the building and elevator but the unit itself was locked. I am seeking reimbursement for the $600.00 I paid. The staff did not do their job and did not unlock my unit DAYS AFTER I paid in full. The first question she asked me was if my address was still “_______”. I asked her why are you asking me this and she kept demanding to know it with no explanation. I said my things are in storage…
Turns out, they sent a “notice” to that address and she told that this one letter staying the $100 new hike up to my bill was legally sufficient enough notice and if I want to change the address on file. WTF.
I then asked her why my bill was even $100 more after only 3 months. She rambled on about market value, competitors, and what’s best for the company. Also that management doesn’t even know, only corporate makes the changes in pricing. Which she later contradicted by saying I should always expect my bills to hike during summer months. WTF. Why would I want to listen to [censored] about market pricing and what’s best for the company.
I asked her who I can contact regarding this issue…the financial department? I was the. told if I don’t pay within two days that my gate code would de-activate and would also get a late fee in a week. I asked how how much the late fee would even be to which she responded she doesn’t know. I asked her if she can look in the system (? Do your job ?) then was told approximately $90.00+ USD) 20% of newly priced unit.
I then wanted to discuss a smaller unit. Emma ash has no idea why I have the unit, why I need the size I need, and frankly it doesn’t concern her in anyway whatsoever ever. To figure out a possible downgrade size, I said it was half full so what size would I need and what availability is there in that size? She started laughing saying why are you in such a large unit? What do you use it for? WTF. Why are you asking me these things (I.e. there are a thousand reasons someone would need a specific size of storage unit, none of which are mgmt’s business). I don’t believe she’s even legally allowed to ask me what’s in my rental unit.
She then told me I don’t qualify for the online price of the only 10x15 storage unit and it’s “$x price.” I said why wouldn’t i qualify? She didn’t answer me randomly rambling on until I asked what if someone like my mom wanted to rent it? Then she said we can’t do that. I said what do you mean. She said you’re telling me you wanna use your mom to avoid fees for the possible new rental, and the online discount is for new customers only.
FINALLY. Thank you for the ANSWER to my question. That online prices are for “new customers only”. And WTF. It’s once again, none of your business who could potentially rent the open unit. It could be for a business I own with my mom which is completely separate from personal unit storage. Regardless, it was a quick example to understand why I wouldn’t qualify for online prices.
And ANYONE can rent the unit online in a heartbeat. It’s none of her business !
The conversation with mgmt at this location, Emma Ash, was insane.
Not surprisingly, I had follow up email questions which she did not respond to. Like how often are these rentals legally allowed to be hiked? As if I pay for living costs to love into a rental unit that will be immediately hiked up, then there’s no point in paying movers, etc.
Emma’s incompetence at answering normal management questions and personal questions/judgements about me and my life was astounding and [censored]ing weird.
Desired outcome: Fire Emma Ash, replace with capable, professional, and objective management.

This storage space rental is the worst I've ever had in my life. I wish I had known that my storage rate could increase whenever they choose to do so. If I had known this, I would have never rented a storage unit with this company. In all my years of renting storage units in different states and cities, not one has ever changed rates on me while I was in a contract. I will be sure to never use their services again and tell everyone of my horrible experience so they won't suffer the same fate.
The lady supervisor at my location is rude, disrespectful, and has no care or concern for customers. I can't wait to be out of their unit and done with their business. I rented a unit at 1257 S Hairston Rd in Stone Mountain, GA. The location is convenient, but the service is terrible. I had to deal with the rude supervisor every time I went to my unit. It was a nightmare. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Unfair Rent Increase at Extra Space Storage: My Experience and Fight for Justice
I've been renting a small unit from Extra Space Storage for a while now, and I have to say, I'm not too happy with the recent rent increase. They raised my rent by a whopping 40% since 2021, which seems pretty steep to me. What's worse is that they're renting the exact same size unit to "new" customers for much cheaper than what I'm paying. That just doesn't seem fair, does it?
I tried to talk to the folks at the location I'm renting from, which is on Frazee Rd in San Diego, but they didn't seem too interested in helping me out. So, I decided to take it up with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Unfortunately, the answer I got from them wasn't much better. They basically told me that the cheaper price is just a trick to get people to move in, and once you're in, they can raise the rent as much as they want. Apparently, I signed a lease agreement that had computer-generated signatures, and I didn't get a chance to read and understand all the details about the "uncontrolled rent cost raises."
Now, I know that the state of California has rent control for most major cities, including San Diego. So, I'm going to try to solve this unfair and unethical business practice by going to the city and the state. I think it's important to stand up for what's right, and I hope others will join me in this fight.
If you're thinking about renting a unit from Extra Space Storage, I would just caution you to be careful. Make sure you read all the fine print and understand exactly what you're getting into. And if you do run into any issues, don't be afraid to speak up and fight for your rights.

Extra Space Storage is not a good place to store your belongings. They might tell you one thing, but then do something completely different. Their service is bad and sometimes you won't even be able to get into your storage garage because they don't manage things well. Don't be fooled by the new green and grey paint, this is not a good company. I've had my belongings stored in one of their garages for a while now and there have been some serious problems. For example, there was a block wall that was destroyed and it took them six months to fix it. That's a long time to wait when you're paying for storage. The gate is always broken and the place is dirty and unkempt. It's not a pleasant place to be.
Another problem is that they don't answer the phone or emails. It's frustrating when you need to get in touch with someone and they won't respond. I'm surprised they're still in business. To make matters worse, there was a fire that destroyed almost half of the storage garages while I was there. That's a scary thought when you're storing your belongings.
If you care about your belongings, I would not recommend renting here. The representatives are not helpful and they treat you with contempt when you try to resolve a problem. They're not very nice people. In fact, they're a bunch of first class $#*! holes.
Overall, I would not recommend Extra Space Storage. They have too many problems and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you're looking for a place to store your belongings, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointed with Extra Space Storage: Price Hike and Poor Customer Service
I've been renting four units from Extra Space Storage on *** Telge Road, Cypress, TX *** for a few years now. However, since they were bought out by Extra Space, the prices of my units have almost doubled! It's really frustrating to see such a significant increase in price, especially when I've been a loyal customer for so long.
To make matters worse, my RV, which is less than four years old, was hit while it was parked in one of the units. I reported the incident to Extra Space, and they claimed to have looked at the cameras on the row but were unable to locate the person who hit my RV. The impact was so strong that it almost knocked my RV off its stand. I'm really disappointed with the way Extra Space has handled this situation. As a long-time customer, I expected better treatment.
Despite my disappointment, I've decided to leave my units there for this month since I've already paid for it. However, I won't be giving Extra Space any more of my money after this. It's really frustrating to see how they've treated me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Since Extra Space took over, many people have left the facility, and I'm sure more will follow if they continue to raise prices and not support their clients.
I hope the COO of Extra Space responds to my email and takes my concerns seriously. It's important for companies to listen to their customers and make changes accordingly. I'm not sure what the future holds for me and Extra Space, but I hope they can improve their services and treat their customers better in the future.
