I scheduled a pickup of furniture from Big Lots and called the company they (Big lots) recommended & have a contract with. The company is Dolly.com. I was told Dolly would be here today at 10 am to 11am. They no showed. I called Dolly only to here that they cancelled it because they did not have a driver available, but they did not tell me. I got an email from Dolly saying they would be here from Noon to 1pm today. Dolly no showed again. I called again and Dolly rep said they would schedule it for today for 1pm to 2 pm. Dolly no showed again. I called big lots to see if Dolly showed up there. Nope and they could not help me as Dolly is a third-party company. My furniture is still sitting at big lots.
