DomainRightNow review: Domain transfer / website

I performed a domain transfer with a certain domain now and unfortunately it was not possible to conclude, due to the owner of the current domain not authorizing, so I was forced to renew the plan with a godaddy domain service provider and cancel the transfer with a domain right now. It has been almost 1 month since I requested my refund of the amount paid for the transfer and domainrightnow simply does not return it, claiming that there was no receipt, but the transaction on paypal was carried out and discounted on my credit card.
