Dominion Gas workers tore up, dug up my front yard at a gas line they accidently believed was the Main line. It was during the second winter storm in January and they supposedly got a call across the street regarding a gas leak. When I asked them if they will be filling in what they dug up and repairing my lawn they said once the snow melts. My Wife and I waited until the first week of March and no repairs, yard looks aweful and now with melted snow is actually a safety hazard to those walking through the sidewalk (i.e.. mud, dirt, rocks, crap). So I called Dominion first week of March and the women on the phone call put in a high priority work order for Landscaper and Dominion workers to come and repair the mess in my yard. /she said no later than April 15 and it should be filled in and repaired. Today April 18 and no repairs/fill in of the mess. /called again today, got Connie on the line from Dominion and she gave my number to a Supervisor, Ms. Moore (Kim, Cavil, who knows she does'nt speak clear). Ms. Moore, who is at a Canton, Ohio number, [protected]. She spoke about a "process". She was rude and frankly ignorant to my need. Basically FIX MY YARD! I have contacted Congressman David Joyce's office and his Staff member was very professional and helpful. After taking my complaint about Dominion East Ohio Gas lazy ineptness and unprofessionalism, Ron the Staff member gave me the number to the Public Utilities Commission and Staff Member Mike, also showing empathy and high level of professionalism, had me fill out a Complaint Form. An Investigator will be assigned to my case, Case Number [protected]. Ms. Moore, do your job and FIX MY YARD. NOW, Not in July, not in August. NOW.
