Dotsure Warranty Insurance review: To fix my car and bring it back to me

hi Peter,

I have a big problem a have taken a warranty last of last year 2021 , i have paid my insurance every month but now when it's my turn for my claims ,ihave putted claim in June that my car is not starting and i'm transporting children with my car but they have taken their time in July they have taken my car to be fixed but until today 01/09/2023 my insurance has not called me back to inform me what is what i am calling them everyday i don't get a proper answer the last time a lady called and she claimed that some lady will call me but till today and i'm losing customer's now please help me out ,
