Doubleday review: My book is missing pages, has duplicate pages and out of sequence pages

The book I purchased A Time For Mercy by John Grisham ISBN 978-0-385-54596-9 hardcover is out of whack. This is how the page sequence goes, 57-60-59-62-63-62-begin chapter 7 (no number) -64-begin chapter 7 again-68-67-70-71-70-begin chapter 8 (no number) -72-begin chapter 8 again-76-75-78-79-78-81-80-81-84-begin chapter 9 (no number)- 86-87-86-89-88-89. Then the pages go in the right sequence. I have not finished the book yet so hopefully this is the only messed up section.
