I messaged Doughboy with a product issue I was having. I did not receive a response until about a month later, this is after multiple follow-ups. I provided images of their faulty product and proof of purchase. They simply responded that this wasn't covered under warranty and that it basically was my fault the product failed. They simply don't want to own up to the poorly engineered products they produce and essentially want me to leave them alone. The easiest thing they could do is blame the customer without actual proof. How do they know this was the customer's fault? They asked zero questions and just assumed.
Never purchasing a Doughboy product again. Terrible customer service and quality.
Desired outcome: Replacement
