I would never use them as they are to well know for the scams they pull
I would never use them as they are to well know for the scams they pull as is proven from other posts by reveiwers, I also found when researching site to deal with russian brides that the ones that are owned and operated from the United states are all the same large fee's that leeds to heartbreak and an empty bank account, My advice is do research before using this corporate dating sites there goal is your money and not your happiness.
women are being paid to chat with men
Hello to all the men out there!
I have been on this site for two and a half years. I have been to the Ukraine 3 times now and met ten women from dream marriage .com. Did you know most agencies pay the women to chat with you? I actually made a friend on this site and this is the third time I have met her here in the Ukraine. She tells many women will chat with as many as 9 men at one time. They are not all bad. You can tell if they are serious or not. One thing you do not want to chat with a girl that does not have a cam. You need to be able to watch what she is doing while you chat with her. Another way to tell is she will be online only when you are. You can watch them without logging in. Just go to search and enter their I.D.. It will show if they are online. They will not give a personal email address with contact information. So do not expect it. This time I am here to meet a girl I found out has a boyfriend. Her name is Tatiana I.D. 1395019. She is a scammer! My suggestion is meet as many women as you can. You will find one that will take interest in you and not play games. I will tell you if they say they lost their job, got their purse taken away or anything to do with money lose them and fast. They just want money from you. Vinnitsa Ukraine they pay the women to chat with men for sure! I would not talk to them, avoid them they are not serious. I have to admit my friend Julia lives here and she has never lied, asked for money and was online when I was. Sorry guys I think I found the only good woman in Vinnitsa. There is another here. She is serious about marriage. For her it was the opposite she found a man who is playing games with her. If you can find her she is a good person and very serious about marriage. Good luck and watch yourself!

I have included a photo of Tatiana with her boyfriend. Avoid this woman!

DREAM MARRIAGE IS A TOTAL CON
I always had my suspicions regarding DM for some time, so before spending thousands of dollars on contact details I had to do my due diligence. So popped on to the internet It’s amazing what you can find out at a click of a button.
MY STORY:
I was getting over 2000 messages a week yes that right 2000 MESSAGE A WEEK ! Every single one of them from absolutely gorgeous women all but none saying (in the very first menages) the exact same thing they all say “they read my profile, ages is not a problem and I’m the most handsome guy on the website” (flattery will get you everywhere) not that I was looking for some one too young I’m 43 and I think the youngest woman I was in contact with was 29.
So I spent hundreds of dollars on emails back and forth only to find some of the replies I got back were nothing to do with the message I previously sent just a generic load of sentimental rubbish which was obviously copied and pasted for a external website. ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING.
Including this for some reason I was getting notification from DM as in a form of email where I noticed the on several messages this %name% which is the coding for (insert user name) if you are sending bulk emails. How do I know this? I use this very same coding for my customer when sending them out bulk emails on a offer I have. So I sent DM Customer Services a message asking them what it meant and was told by there representative (Jenna) it was the translator fault. So I replied with both picture show them the message I got, as a email and the message I got when on there website, one showing %name% and the other one on there website showing my name. The reply I got in the next email was “ohh it must be a tech problem then” which confirm to me that it is a bulk emailer coding fault. ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING.
Please see picture below as proof...
When I did get a reply from a member they would alway include embedded in their message a link to watch their video, the only way to view the message text was to was to pay $20 to look at this 3 minute video of them prancing around a bit . I could go to the cinema and watch a BlockBuster Movie for that twice ! ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING
As well as when you are on their website on the left hand side are live notification where there female members try to get you to go on either “Live Web Chat’ or to go on “Camera Video Chat”, which will eat away at your money Supa Fast but I’m glad to say I NEVER did either! as i might be an idiot but I’m not a fool. ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING.
So there I was contemplating on which one of these lovely Russian babes to contact which i noticed in the early days (a few months) of being on DM Website was $600 and all of a sudden it shot up to $900 for contact details ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING I don’t care how lovely you are hunni I’M NOT PAYING THAT.
So on 28/02/2017 I sent a email to DM Customer Services about my concerns getting no reply whatsoever. Only to find out that on the 01/03/2017 (under 12 hours later) without my authorisation they stole money out of my bank account for another months membership(which I now know is common practice for them to do) taking $100 out of my bank when they find out you know it’s a SCAM. ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING.
So I had to cancel all my credit cards and just to be on the save side changed my pass words on every single Social Media Website I was linked too, all my work emails, personal emails and any other associated platform I belong too. They even tried to hack both my businesses websites how do I know this? the internet security company I use send me a report every time someone tries to hack them even if they use a proxy, giving me the iP address and the location of the hacker, Ill give you 2 guesses where the location was ? ... ALARM BELLS HAVE RUNG.
At this point I pretty much had enough. But I had another PLATINUM membership for 1 month on this SCAM website as I said costing me $100 (that they stole) giving me 50 “follow up message” and 100 “introduction messages”. So why not use them and play them at there own game so I did.
So how could I make 110% sure that this is a SCAM website and use these message I had to my advantage. So I sent every member (about 7) that I had been talking to on a regular basis and to over 100 members that had got in contact with me in the past the exact same message, of what I had found out about DM including asking the member to send me their contact information if they were really seriously interested in me as all of them at some point offered me their undivided love and intention to marry in one form or another. so we could talk of line and get to know each other and see if we definitely click...
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM DECLINED.
ALARM BELLS HAVE EXPLODED.
They had a few explanations why they couldn’t send them below here are my TOP 10 EXCUSES:
1) I have to get their contact information from the DM website then they we can talk off line. (like i’m going to spend $900 on a fake mobile number)
2) I’ve lost my phone and only have a cheap one that don't allow SKYPE calls (but in your picture you have a iPhone)
3) I don’t have a computer I only use the one in the agency (so it’s your job to send messages then and you get paid for it)
4) The Internet is too expensive in Russia so I have to use the one in the agency ( Oh so it means it’s definitely a job then)
5) I’m not allowed to give you my contact information. WHY (please see No1)
6) I can’t speak English very well and won’t understand you (even though you have on your profile that your speak GOOD English) !
7) No answer whatsoever (that’s a bit rude considering I’ve been talking to you for months, thought you loved me)
8) I have to get their contact information from the DM website then they we can talk off line. (I know i’ve said this before but I thought I better make the point again)
9) I can not afford a mobile or the internet so I can only speak to you in the agency (so what the point on paying for your contact information then)
10) LOCAST ! (OK I made that one up) but can you see where I’m coming from they will never give you there personal contact information WHY because their not interested in you it’s their job their only interested in your money. I’ll say again it’s there job for god sake...
Guys this is own experience on DM which i’m soooooo glad that I found out before spending thousands of dollars on contact information ... So please do your due diligence on them before loosing loads of money on this now obvious SCAM. As you will not be speaking to a real woman, more like a fat, bearded, overweight Russian fella who is just taking you for a ride as the woman on there are none excitant...
So as the saying goes BUYER BEWARE. !
It is nice to see that dream marriage has solved this guy's concern. Since he is still a client of their's, maybe he should come on this site and confirm what Carla has said to be true. Carla, maybe you can contact William through his email or phone number and ask him to give the readers here closure.
thx
Hello,
I am Carla, and I work for the company.
We have assisted William, the client who posted this comment, with his concerns. He is still a member of our site and has decided to attempt to give Tatiana another chance to prove her legitimacy.
Scam Site
This is a total scam site. How can so many beautiful women be on this site with hardly any average looking ladies? They say they have jobs, but are always online on this site. Their ages, English proviciences & other personal statistics can change almost daily. Give me a break! How can a woman be 19 today, 31 tomorrow. 21 a week later & 29 next month. She cannot speak a word of English & requires a translator today, but next month she can speak English fluently. She is an only child & the next thing she is talking about her brothers & sisters! Her father left them when she was younger & has not seen him since. Oh! But now he tells her that he supports her decision to register on this site. Maybe some of the woman are really who they say they are & what they are looking for, but most are just doing it for the easy money these agencies pay them to write letters or chat with a man. Most are unemployed, so they do this for the easy money. They cannot chat from their home PC because they do not know English, so they must go to the agency where you can see them in video chat. And all this cost extra money which adds up quickly! They cannot even type what they want to say themselves; an interpreter must type for the. Yeah right! There are many free translation web sites that we use frequently for my work as we deal with companies around the world. They may not be 100% accurate, but close enough to understand what the sender is telling the recipient.
Them main agency in the USA claims that they screen the partner agencies in other countries & confirm all the women's profiles. If this is as they say, how can a woman's age change so often without them noticing. If I were to change one single thing on my profile, it must be approved before the changes are allowed to be displayed on the site!
Most of the ladies appear on different sites of this type with different names, ages, English proficiency, home town & personal statistics. They are married on one site & have never been married on another. They may be 30 years old on one & 24 on another. Why hasn't anyone shut down sites like these yet? You have got to be freaking kidding me if a company is allowed to operate under these conditions with catching the interest of someone capable of doing something about it; such as the "Better Business Bureau"!
I just wanted to see what this site was about & realized immediately that it was a scam. So what about the lonely guy with nothing to lose but money & time? They keep dumping money into the pockets of the scammers & don't even realize it. Some of the women on this site probably don't even know it is going on or don't even realize that others may be sending letters under their name or profile. Some may be genuine, but they are outnumbered by the women that are participating in the scam!
I sure hope someone will notice this & do something about it!
Peace & later!

3-Day Trial
Even though they say 3-Day trial, you better know when its the last day because you should cancel before the end of trial period, its mainly Ukraine girls or Russian Girls, one russian girl was like fell in love with me. E-mailing me like everyday, I got mad and just sent every 2 days to see what she would say, the problem was that she was going to come and ask to borrow money from her friends and family to come as a tourist visa. i was so scared that i was not even giving her my airport code because if she did come, take advantage of me(which would be ok if it was sexually), but of course she would try to convince me to sponser her, i bet. I kept on telling her December okay, because Christmas and stuff. she said no, i had to come now? i think she would probably divorse me when i married her.

We recently recieved a letter by Ficka & Associantes regarding an outstanding balance from some company named Dream Marriage Global, Inc. Neither do we know who or what this is, nor did we use any of their service. Since we are seated and located in Germany we are very suprised that those Injternet scammers now even cross the oceans with their faudulent law suits. We do hope that Interpol or any other internationally operating jurisdiction is able to put a stop to this abuse of personal data, soon.

Yes - it certainly is a scam. 80%
+ of the women are students needing extra cash. How to tell? I recently tried their 3 day free trial .The 'girls' comment how beautiful you are - despite me never having put up a photo. Some of the letters even had 'Dear newJoe' in their text - obviously places where they are using a word processor to insert new text - and hadn't realised that 'newJoe' wasn't a name - although Joe is.
It's pathetic. It should be shut down immediately and the owners - who pretend not to know what is going on - should be stripped of their assets and put away for massive fraud.
This recently happened to me as well. They were also threatening with me and I would like to know if you have had further results or any more discrepancies?
we recently received a collection letter from RPS Worldwide, Inc. 5924 S> Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32809. [protected]. this letter stated my son owed $685.99 to Dream Marriage Gobal, Inc. Months prior my son's checking acct was hacked into. we were notified by our bank of this fraud and subsequently filed all necessary papers and our fund were reimbursed. Then we receive this letter. I called the number given and spoke to a person named "Colby." It was apparent that he did not know how to speak to a "potential client" that he expected payment from. His threatening comments and belittling demeanor quickly rattled me and before i knew it i was in a confrontational conversation with him. i finally realized that this was not worth the trouble and hung up on him. i honestly believe this is a scam and was a scam from when my son's account was hacked into. so now i will get the necessary authorities involved and unveil what is actually happening here with Dream Marriage Global, Inc. and RPS Worldwide, Inc.
Total scam
This company pretends to represent mail order russian brides. They charge u hundreds of dollars to even get the actual email to any of the ladies. My friend spent thousands to correspond and had young pretty girls all over him. Once he planned his trip they all disappeared! This rip off company also starts to bill you once you have canceled the membership!...

I've been working on website fingerprinting technology and it can catch scammers as they build new sites.
We've now got our bots on dream-marriage.com and can see what other websites they have relationships with. I've attached a small screenshot of a portion of our tool that deals with their identity.
To date we've scanned 150 million TLDs and used +2, 500 ID snippets to analyse and connect all the sites together. Combined the domains with reputation and identity data and HEY PRESTO! we've been able to find scammers as they open new websites.
If you think you'd be interested in using a tool like this can you upvote this comment for me? That will essentially tell me that I'm on the right track.
And I'm really keen to find some beta testers who often need to work out whether to trust a website or not.

My review is going to sound like Dream-Marriage paid me to write it but that is absolutely not true, I have no connection to D-M other than having had a membership for several months now. I have read all the negative reviews I could find and I strongly disagree with almost every point made and here is why.
First the point I agree on: pricing appears totally predatory, $5 for every letter and more for video chats is really bad. It is a little cheaper with an upgraded plan but you end up spending a lot of money if you are not careful. I have spent thousands, much more than I planned, and can give you my perspective on the site.
Now the points I disagree with and my advice to anyone who wants to find a Ukrainian bride. I have received over 6, 000 letters from at least 1, 000 women and have corresponded and video chatted with numerous women and I am 100% confident that my evaluation is accurate.
My overall summary first: I regret very much that I could not come across a site and women like this 15 years ago.
Second: I will marry someone half or less my age from this site within a year after my visit to Ukraine. The problem is deciding which one because I have now fallen in love countless times.
1) These women are real and they are honestly looking for love and marriage. Are there some who are here to take advantage? There are bad people everywhere, two women started hinting to me that they needed money for a sick mother etc so I know that there are some, just like there are American men who are here to play and who are even married. The scent of money always attracts some people.
I had been on a fake US site where employees posed as 'Angels' writing fake letters and the fine print said as much, that their purpose was to 'stimulate activity'. And when I wrote back to these women I never received even one reply. So when I saw this site mentioned and read the negative reviews I knew that this was a scam site as well. But I wanted see the sexy photos so I signed up for 3 days and immediately my opinion was reinforced because I received a hundred letters in a few days. From women 18 to 26 or so years old, not the 32 to 50 that I said I was looking for in my profile. Clearly a scam so I did not expect anything when I wrote to a number of them. But I was taken back when I received a reply to every single letter, often the same day. I had to find out more so I paid 29 or 39 dollars for another month but within a week I was convinced that these were real women, not agency employees sending fake letters.
2) Why would an 18 year old want to have anything to do with a man my age, let alone perhaps want to marry me? I have learned that Ukrainian women are very anxious to marry at a young age. Anyone not married by the time they are 25 is considered an old maid who will never marry. There is a stigma that tells men that there must be something wrong if no one had wanted to marry her by that age. Besides, the women do not have a high regard for Ukrainian men who they describe as being only interested in drinking and sex and leaving their wives at the drop of a hat, or a younger woman. They have a good image of Western man and age is not a barrier. Would every 18 year old want to marry a 50 year old man? Not necessarily but there are many who would. I have no illusion about why this is: Ukraine is not a very nice place for many people, especially women, and being an American gives me the same kind of advantage that I would have with American women if I was a multi-millionaire. I am certain that there is a large number of 18 to 26 year old women with whom I have corresponded and video chatted who would be ready to marry. There are many who look pretty high maintenance, models, actresses etc and I imagine that they may be more demanding and might not be sufficiently attracted after a personal meeting but I am convinced of this: If you are a moderately good looking guy with stable income and no bad habits you can almost name your own price, that is, pick almost any woman to marry. I am not that handsome so I might not be able to marry just anyone but I still have a large number to pick from and that is actually my difficulty: I can't decide. I may be in love again today after I talk to a very attractive girl and then tomorrow there is another one and so on. I have 200 who have tagged me as a favorite. And there are many girls who are so anxious to be loved and have a family that looks are not an important factor to them.
3) Are they really that beautiful? The photographers who take their portraits are brilliant and almost every woman looks like a beauty queen. Do a video chat before you tell anyone you love them because sometimes the reality looks different but for the most part they are very beautiful, often just as attractive or even more so on video cam than in their photos. Many of them also send up-to-date candid photos that show how beautiful they are in real life. You could take any number of these women and they would hold their own in any beauty competition.
4) Do not make any commitments too soon. Soon after I joined I got responses from girls who were more beautiful than anybody I had ever dated and I thought that I had to grab one or another immediately, until one after another even more beautiful women started writing to me, sometimes several times a week for months without any return letters from me, telling me how much they wanted to get to know me. At that point it is a little awkward to start ignoring those early crushes in favor of someone new.
5) Don't worry about the obvious form letters that many women send to everybody. They are not exactly personal but I understand it very well after going through the initial introductions with every new woman, it is much easier to save the basic introductory letter and send it as my first letter to everybody, or modify it as situation might warrant. After the initial correspondence you will get the real letters personalized for just you.
6) I cringed the first time I chose the $99 a month diamond plan but if you are like me and cannot resist writing to every new gorgeous girl it is the most cost efficient plan, otherwise you end up buying additional credits during the month.
7) Some men wrote that they could not see the women on video and therefore they must be fake - well now you can and there is nothing fake about them. Others have written that when they said they were traveling to Ukraine, all of a sudden the women disappeared. Not in my case. I have told several that I am coming and they can't wait. Some are upset that I am also going to see others. One immediately wanted to meet me at the plane. Others make plans for a vacation at a friend's lakeside cabin. And many have told their mothers all about me and about our discussions. There just isn't anything fake about my experience on this site.
Ukrainian women are wonderful, they are beautiful, gorgeous bodies, no overweight ones that I have met, romantic and open with their feelings, I can't imagine finding such women anywhere else. If you are smart about spending your time and money and serious about finding a wife I cannot imagine a better place. That is my 2 cents worth.
