DreamCatchers Photocinema review: Rude and very unprofessional

We booked an engagement session with them months ago and now a few months after we have contacted them so we can move ahead with the pictorial session. Only now they tell us that the date is no longer available because they have booked a wedding that date. Naturally, me being the groom, got furious and had a go at them for overlooking such an important detail. Their response was that it was just an honest mistake and that we should reschedule our date instead!

It was very rude and not even at an apologetic tone. The photographer was to a point sarcastic with her calmness and didn't recognize how disappointed I was over her mistake. No form of consolation or "i'll talk to my team on how to remedy" was offered. It was outright, you have to reschedule

I asked for them to have their head call me and she did not accept. We found a way to contact Martin San Antonio and asked for a call which he said he would. I waited all day understanding that he was at an event but no call came through. I followed up from text and no response.

I tried to reach them over facebook and commented saying that I was still waiting for that call but their response was to block me. I was a client and they decided to block me anyway.

They responded through my fiances viber chat and said that they do not tolerate clients like us. The nerve of this wedding photographer!

To all Filipino clients considering them please think twice. Their work looks good but they are no way professional in dealing with complains or issues with their contracted clients. We were initially considering to remain as a client but after that response in viber, it was the final straw.

I'm writing this to anyone who thinks of considering them. I will forever and always speak ill of them as a result of this. I am willing to share screenshots of our conversations on how demeaning they are to clients.

DreamCatchers Photocinema customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

----What kind of resolution statement is this? I think it is an auto close by the system. There was no attempt to contact the complainant by this photo team. All attempts of contact was initiated by us to get a refund. And no, they did not do everything to resolve, all they wanted was just for us to reschedule our prenup in favor of their double booked destination wedding in Batanes. Complaint is not null but can be closed because after a heated email exchange and legal threats on their end, we got our refund.
