Business neglects professionalism and customer service, which can greatly impact the overall experience for clients. You are charged exorbitant prices for no name brand products. I will be laying a complaint with sorbet HQ as I am absolutely dissatisfied & * franchisees like this should be dealt with and bit awarded a store if they cannot manage the store and their staff. Also I felt that the nail tech was not experienced enough and her work was not to my satisfaction. As consumers, we go to a sorbet to receive professional treatment and to achieve the desired look, as we are sold this concept that the nails techs are well-trained. Untrue
