Dunmire Property review: Rent/work orders

I pay my rent on time every month. They bring in someone new who can't do the job right. Doubles my rent. Took them a month to fix it. Three months later they want to charge me late fees. Now my lease is expired. They don't offer me a new lease they just double my rent. I ask for new lease. They give me a 12 month lease and still charge me double. Get up the next morning and it has tripled. Almost 3000 for a two bedroom apartment. In the worst part of fountain. Put a work order in 3 months ago for the dishwasher still not fixes. Laundry room is never clean. Your lucky if the washer and dryers work.
