On July 27, 2022, E. Sprague Paving *** came to my house and said they had too much asphalt from a job nearby. They asked if they could use it to fix my driveway, but I said no. They asked again, saying that winter was coming and the damage could get worse. They said they would only charge me for the materials, which would be $5.00 per sq.ft. I said no again. They said they just wanted to keep their team busy and not waste the asphalt. I agreed to let them fix the potholes and damage. When they finished, they gave me a *** for $11,000. This was a scam and unethical.
