Effortless Backup and User-Friendly Interface with EaseUS - Highly Recommend!

Beware of EaseUS: Free Software Deletes Your Files Without Warning
I had a really bad experience with the EaseUS software. I used the free version to try and recover some deleted files, and I was surprised to see it actually found them pretty quickly. However, when I tried to restore them, the program asked me to upgrade to the "Pro version" in order to complete the recovery process. I didn't really want to pay, so I thought I could just do it later.
To my great disappointment, when I came back to use the software again, ALL of my deleted files had disappeared completely. It seems that once I refused to pay, the program made my files COMPLETELY UNRECOVERABLE.
I cannot stress enough how much I regret using this software. It was a complete waste of time and effort, not to mention the frustration it caused me when I lost all my files.
Please, do not download this terrible software. You will only regret it like I did.
Unprofessional marketing tactics overshadow EaseUS product performance
So I downloaded a free trial of one of EaseUS' products and it didn't work too great on my computer. But even after I unsubscribed to their email list multiple times, I keep getting emails trying to sell me stuff. It's like they don't care about my preferences.
Honestly, their aggressive marketing tactics make them look pretty unprofessional. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't seem to respect their customers.
All in all, I don't recommend using EaseUS. If I were you, I'd stay away from them like the plague.
False promises and disappointment: My experience with EaseUS data transfer software
So, I thought EaseUS was a good data transfer software, but I was totally wrong. Don't fall for their false advertising, people! I was promised up to 5 programs and 2GB of transfer for free, but when I tried to transfer a couple of programs between 2 PCs, I immediately got a notification saying that I needed to register. I was really disappointed, to be honest. I tried to transfer a 51 MB program and a 733 KB program, and both times I got the same message. It was really frustrating because I thought I could use this service without any problems, but I was wrong. Then I talked to their support team, hoping they would help me solve the issue, but all they could offer me was a small discount. I mean, seriously? That's not what I wanted!
I don't know why they don't just tell you upfront that you need to pay for their service. Why do they have to make false promises and mislead their customers? I was really disappointed with the experience, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I would definitely not recommend EaseUS to anyone who's looking for a reliable data transfer software. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.
Beware of EaseUS - Doesn't Deliver on Their Promise!
So, I saw this thing called EaseUS on the internet and it looked really cool. They said they could help me move my stuff from one hard drive to another one, so I got excited and bought their software on a disc. They said they had some kind of promise that if it didn't work, they'd give me my money back within thirty days.
But you know what? It didn't work! And I was really frustrated. So I went to Best Buy and bought a Samsung drive that came with free migration software. And guess what - that software worked perfectly! I was so happy.
Then, when I tried to get my money back from EaseUS, they told me no! Can you believe it? They wouldn't even stick to their own promise. I'm really disappointed. I wasted $20 on something that didn't even work and now I can't even get my money back.
Lesson learned - don't use EaseUS. Find something else that actually works and doesn't waste your time and money.
EaseUS Software Review: Disappointing Results and Deceptive Practices
I decided to try out EaseUS software which claimed to help me transfer my iPhone contacts to Outlook. However, I was disappointed to find that it didn't quite work as advertised. Nevertheless, I still went ahead and paid the $25.39 fee as I had already downloaded and used the software.
I assumed that this would be the end of my dealings with the company, but I was wrong. A month later, I realized that I had been automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription plan, and had been charged another $25.39. This was certainly not what I had signed up for!
When I reached out to the company to request a refund, I was shocked to receive a denial. In my opinion, this is a fraudulent and perhaps even criminal practice on their part. I strongly advise anyone against doing business with this organization if you can avoid it.
In conclusion, my experience with EaseUS was certainly not a positive one. Although I had hoped to use their software to simplify my data transfer process, I ended up being stuck with added charges and denial of a refund.
Avoid EaseUS: Unreliable, Unresponsive, and Untrustworthy Company!
I had a really bad experience with EaseUS (easeus.com). Let me tell you my story. So, I decided to purchase their membership for $531.40. I used my card to make the payment, but they didn't activate my membership and worst of all, they didn't return or refund my money back. I was really disappointed and frustrated with their service.
Their customer service is also really slow and unresponsive. They postponed giving me answers and it seems like they just want to keep my money. I found them to be an unreliable and untrustworthy company. I would strongly advise you to avoid and not make any purchase from them.
The worst part was that I lost all my money without getting any service in return. It was just awful! I have sent them many emails, but they never seemed to care or give me the proper response. They just kept repeating the same things over and over again. They even tried to blame my credit card for not working, even though I used my debit card for the purchase.
It was really frustrating because they didn't even bother to listen or read what their customer had to say. I completely regret making any purchase from them and I would not recommend their service to anyone. I would give them a 0 out of 10 rating for their terrible service.
EaseUS Data Recovery Pro Falls Short: A Disappointing Experience
So let me tell you about my experience with EaseUS. I was trying to retrieve some files that I accidentally deleted from my hard drive and stumbled upon their free recovery wizard. I thought, "Great, this will solve all my problems!" But unfortunately, it wasn't that simple.
To actually recover the files and view them, I had to purchase the pro version. As someone who doesn't know much about technology, I didn't really mind paying a little bit for software that would solve my issue. Unfortunately, the files that I did recover couldn't even be opened.
When I reached out to their support team, they told me that it was because of my SSD computer. However, their website advertised the product as being able to "restore deleted files from Recycle Bin, HDD, SSD, USB, SD card, etc." So, why didn't it work for me?
To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, since their product didn't actually work, they denied my request. They claimed that it was impossible for my files to be recovered and therefore not their fault. I was pretty frustrated, especially since they advertise a "30-day money-back guarantee."
Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received from EaseUS. As a non-tech person, I relied heavily on their website to guide me, but it ended up leading me astray. I wish they would have been more upfront and honest about the limitations of their product and not advertised a guarantee that they didn't actually honor.
Review: EaseUS - Making Backups, Cloning, and Moving to a New Computer a Breeze
EaseUS gotta be one of the most helpful things a person can have when it comes to transferring all the goodies from one computer to another or when needing backups. I mean, who wants to go through copying and pasting each file and folder, right? My experience with EaseUS has been amazing, their products are like wizards that make tasks easy and reliable. When it comes to moving to a new computer or operating system, EaseUS really makes the job a breeze. Without using these type of almost magical utilities, backing up, cloning or moving to a new computer is way complex and risky.
EaseUS specializes in a variety of products/modules dealing with backup and recovery, and other types of utilities - all priced fairly, too. Us humans can be rough when we break things while tinkering with our devices, but with EaseUS there to save the day with their support, all is well. The support is fantastic! They have chat windows and technical support email access. Even my grandma could contact them if she needed to.
I've personally used and purchased EaseUS Todo Backup and it works won-der-ful-ly. I've used it to clone my entire hard-drive and moved that clon-ed image to a new hard-drive, simply popping it into my computer and would you believe it? My computer fired right back up. It works like a dream, except that it does take a large amount of time to complete. It's understandable when you're sweeping an entire hard-drive clean and re-imaging everything. But again, it does work perfectly - at least it did for me!
It's good to be fairly fluent with backup and cloning terms and techniques. But other than that, it's really a snap. I totally recommend EaseUS products to anyone that needs backups or transfers data/setting between computers. Try them now! I guarantee you won't regret it.
Beware of EaseUS: A Costly Lesson Learned in Data Recovery
I done went and had me a bad experience with the EaseUS software from the easeus.com website. I had this ol' hard drive that croaked on me and I was lookin' to get some of the photos offa it. So I tried out this EaseUS software that had some good reviews and all. The free download found a bunch of files that it reckoned it could recover, but in order to actually get 'em back, I had to pay up for the full version.
So I forked over a hefty $76 for a one month subscription, thinkin' that I'd have plenty o' time to use the thing and get my photos back. But boy howdy, was I wrong. I let the software run for a good long while, probably longer than an episode of Gunsmoke, and when it was all said and done, it had recovered exactly zilch. Not a single dern file.
Now, I ain't no dummy. I know that it's a tough job recoverin' data from a busted up hard drive, so I wasn't too mad about that. But here's where things got real hairy. Y'see, that one month subscription I paid for? Turns out it wasn't just for one month. Naw, according to the fine print, I was actually signin' up to be billed $76 every dadgum month for this software.
I was ticked off, let me tell ya. I tried to get a refund, but they just laughed me off and said no refunds allowed. So now I'm out here in the wild, wild west of the internet, warnin' y'all to steer clear of EaseUS. You're liable to end up with empty pockets and a whole mess o' frustration. Save yer cash and find yerself a different data recovery solution.

Data recovery wizard hard drive repair
On December 28, 2023, I visited EaseUS website to review and consider buying a program that would help me fix my Laptop PC that is not Booting.
I went to a page that had the words on it: "EaseUS Data Wizard Hard Drive Repair" wanting this option to fix my PC hard drive and also be able to retrieve data from it if needed.
I chose the button for this option and eventually paid for this option. The invoice showed on it "Recovery Wizard," causing me to conclude that the Recovery Wizard also included the ability to "Repair Hard Drive" since the page had the title with this ability for it.
But on January 6th, after not trying to troubleshoot computer for several days, I chatted with a technician, asking him about using the Wizard to boot and fix PC, but was told that Wizard saved on my USB was not bootable do that.
Claimed loss: $34.97

Automatic renewal billing
I am a 66 year old senior who had a computer crash in 2022. I went online and purchased EaseUS software. Recently, I checked my credit card and saw a charge of $134.34. Immediately I advised the credit card provider and cancelled the credit card as they assured me this would stop the transaction from going through. I also send called 2COmyaccount and was advised the pending transaction was stopped. This morning to my surprise both the credit card provider and the company EaseUS uses for payments who assured this was cancelled both failed as a charge was processed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in how I can deal with getting a full refund for a product I don't require, and never knew about their auto renewal tactics.
Sincerely,
Wendy Langevin
Claimed loss: 134.34
Desired outcome: To get a full refund back.
EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional
I purchased this product to try to recover some lost data from a disk drive on my computer. Their website said this product could recover lost data, and they also have a 30 day money back guarantee. As soon as I started using the product, it became apparent that it could not help me. Less than an hour after purchase, I politely asked for a refund. The person ("Quinn Lee") replied back asking me a few questions which I answered. They reply back asking more questions, as if to try to delay the process on purpose. I answered again. Then they reply back telling me that I am not eligible for a refund because "SSDs have an auto trim feature that wipes data from the drive." This is NONSENSE, because I do not use auto trim on my SSDs. I manually trim them, and I did not trim this SSD before or after the data loss. It also doesn't say anywhere on their site that the trim function on an SSD makes you ineligible for a refund.
Desired outcome: I want a FULL REFUND.
They ended up finally providing a full refund.

Easeus
Hi,
Easeus promised to refund my money before signing the contract. It was written on their website as 30 days money back guarantee. Actually I bought it by mistake and in 2 minutes after buying, I sent them an email which requests a refund without even using. Customer service named ‘Quinn Liam’ told me that I am not eligible for a refund and they offered me one month free instead. Why do you offer one month free? They know they have to refund the money but they do everything to deceive client to not give a refund. This is such a scam

Warning: EaseUS Software a Total Rip-Off with No Support
EaseUS product is, like, really bad. Such a rip-off! Plus, they don't even have good support. I couldn't even activate the software, and when I emailed for help, no one even got back to me. Total waste of money, don't even bother.
