Pathetic, childish people, whom are corrupt and blame customers for it. I've been ordering since 2009 from these people and had the best quality bulbs and products delivered and praised them for years in reviews. However, around 2019 new ownership took over and has destroyed the quality and is now intentionally cheating people. When you call them on it, they will deny problems and blame you, then won't communicate. After much effort and BBB involvement, I was finally refunded for a bad order in 2022. I tried to place another order this year (2023) on items I knew were not susceptible to damage from their poor storage and handling processes. It seems they canceled my order this time for reason of "Fraud", kept my $116.60, and won't respond to emails, texts, or phone calls, or refund the order. The problem is they pack things in fall in paper bags and don't look at them again before they are shipped in Spring. They simply place labeled brown and plastic bags in a box to fulfill an order without looking at quality. The result is a rotted, smelly mess that shouldn't have ever been put in the box. I've left messages for 3 days now, they say they will respond in 8 minutes, and still no response. They are hiding from customers and restitution. If they took responsibility and didn't intentional ignore people, it wouldn't be a problem. But they will condemn customers and make them the scapegoat for their bad behavior, never taking responsibility for the 1000s of bad reviews and complaints. It is they who are the fraudsters. You can see from the numerous other reviews on this site and others that I'm not the only one having difficulties with these Charlatans, by far! They are no friend of the gardening community, but prey off of unsuspecting gardeners with their corrupt behavior to scam people with sub quality product. Don't be enticed by the pretty pictures. I'm sorry to say, it's not what you will get.
