I bought a new Toyota truck and Easy Care were activated by mistake. I cancel the contract, and sent Easy Care all the information they asked for. Example Dealer Cancel letter, certified letter and they claim I finance the vehicle through Ford Motor Credit instead Toyota Motor Credit. I have contacted Easy Care a couple of times, with no positive results.

Desired outcome: Request Easy Care pay me in full for the amount charged for no service
