I paid extra for USPS shipping, but they ended up using the cheapest FedEx option. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest. I hope the person who shipped my package doesn't get the Coronavirus and die. It's just a bit of a letdown, you know? I mean, come on, guys! The Chinese are better at this!

Ordered a shop pack of spark plugs from this company and they never even bothered to send out my order. They charged me nearly $7 for spark plugs that you can find for just $2 at any local store. It's so unethical and honestly, it's a complete joke! I mean, come on, who charges that much for spark plugs? It's just ridiculous. So, I heard that this Generac charger from OMB Warehouse was supposed to work with a bunch of different models, and it cost me $148.00. But guess what? It was the wrong part! Can you believe it? I had to send it back, and you know what they told me? They said it's now a used item, so no refund for me. Can you imagine? The nerve! And get this, the picture showed connectors on the wires, but when I got it, there were none! That's why they won't give me my money back. Can you believe the audacity?
